The diploma thesis deals with the creation of an urban study in the area of Old Brno. The proposal builds on the transport solution for the Mendel Square competition, ie the creation of a new street by extending Hybešova Street to Mendel Square. The study complements existing buildings to create traditional blocks, supplemented with solitaires, while maintaining the patency of the area. It also includes an architectural study of selected four apartment buildings.

Housing in the city, in the Plaines du Loup district of Lausanne in Switzerland. The clear goal of the assignment adds a primary school as another point of solution, considering the school as an extension of housing. Furthermore, the assignment is extended by the design of the neighboring park. The project deals with the design of a city block, based on the relationship between school, housing and public space. The project is based on an urban study by Tribu architects, ranging from a comprehensive urban concept to the architectural design of a school and apartment buildings. The effort to create a pleasant living environment is intertwined with all parts of the project.

The thesis deals in its first part with the urban design of the brownfield site in Brno in the Old Brno district. The analytical part deals with the issue of the zoning of urban plan and the results of the Mendel Square architectural competition. The proposed urban solution is based on a traditional block of flats combined with a solitaire and defines various public spaces. In the second part, the architectural design of a typical block and four multifunctional apartment buildings in it is proposed.

The master's thesis deals with the description of heat pump technology (HP) and its use for apartment buildings. The theoretical part contains an introduction, performance of heat pump technology, in particular a compressor heat pump (CHP). In this section is also mentioned about heat pumps for an apartment buildings. Main focus of this thesis is a design of a compact air-water heat pump for the company AISECO spol. s.r.o. This section is focused a design of an individual components of cooling circulation together with proposal of the circulation and principle of operation.

The theme of this master's thesis is the elaborating of an energy audit according to the valid legislation in the Czech Republic a five-storey apartment building. The master's thesis consists of three main parts. Theoretical, Computional and Energy Audit. The theoretical part focuses on the theme of solar thermal collectors. In the calculation part, the energy consumption of the assessed object is analyzed in both the initial and the new state. The energy audit is drawn up in accordance the Decree number 480/2012 Sb. in the current version.

The aim of the thesis is the economic evaluation of return of the different variants of thermal insulation for residential building in Slavičín. In the first part are described the topics, which is related to the issue. Further, it is written the entire range of insulations, which currently are appear on the domestic market. In the practical part is described the residential house and are performed by the proposals of the variants of thermal insulation. Further, they are processed energy performance certificates for buildings, the cost to implement the options chosen. In conclusion, the evaluated individual variants and determined their economic return.

This master thesis aims to design the heating system and HDW preparation in an apartment building. The first variant deals with condensation gas boiler as the only energy source, while the second variant combines the gas boilers with the solar thermal system. The apartment building is located in Prag and has three above-ground floors and a basement. In the basement is the technical room. Convectors are being used for heat distribution. The theoretical part deals with the introduction to the solar thermal system.

In diploma thesis describes structurally technical project of the object A9 of the apartment building Vila Park in Olomouc. The parts of the thesis are technical report of the construction-technological project, assessment of trasnport routes, design of site equipment and design of main machines. The thesis also deals with technological regulation of external thermal insulation composite and his control and test plan. There is also schedule and itemized budget. In the end of the work is safety and healt protection on the construction site and economic deployment evaluation lifting mechanism.

Thesis "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL FOR THERMAL INSULATION OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING" deals with possibilities of financing the reconstruction of panel house, analysis of offers in Czech market and optimal proposal for financing such kind of reconstruction. Theoretical part contains following kinds of financing possibilities: home loan, mortgage, no-purpose credit and not bank loan. Practical part of thesis compares offers from Czech banks. In last part of thesis I propose the optimal financial plan for this reconstruction on base of requirements of supplier of reconstruction and banks conditions.

This master’s thesis „Financing of revitalization of prefabricated building“ deals with the possibilities of financing reconstruction of the block of flats. Based on theoretical knowledge, carried out the analysis and calculations, includes solutions for specific housing association.
