The project of multifunctional building on Křížová street solves building over a gap at the end of the street next to the Mendel Square. The idea was to create a building that would usefully complement the existing block structure. The concept of urban multipurpose derives from the specific shape of the parcel as defined in the terms on which stands the main dark structure. This mass is penetrated by irregular cell structure of flats, which grid influences the whole interior layout. The whole building has four floors of underground parking, a ground floor with a café and shops and six floors of residential apartments from studio flats to 3 bedroom flats and luxury apartments on the roof.

My dissertation's target is detailed processing of selected place of urban project and planning complex of apartment building. My project is directed at social housing given position, surroundings' character and inhabitant's current necessaries. Selected place is the eastest part of urban project because of it's connecting with urbanized compact city and there is a possibility to build it in the first phase without respect to next realization according to urban project. There is designed a block of three buildings instead of a few separate buildings, the mass is simple and compact considering huge concrete high-rise block stand nearby and considering economical accessible social housing conception. The mail access is from Vídeňská street over Celní street, during building further housing development there is planned connecting with Vinohrady street and Jihlavská street. All houses are independent with having their own entry and accessories. Altitude differences of terrain are utilized for undergroung parking to enable using exterior place for inhabitants relaxation in the inner yard. Majority of flats meet the requirements to gain grant from Ministry of regional development or State fund of housing development.

The diploma project makes a design for a development on the triangular area in Staré Brno between the Pekařská and Anenská street. To the sloping area are 3 new houses with a public court-yard designed. In the center of the courtyard, there are three trees and place for a sitting and relaxing. Aproach to this central space is from the Pekařská street through a passage or from the Anenská street with the stairs. Houses along the Pekařská and also Anenská street are apartment buildings with the ground floor for comerce (offices, fitness). In the end of the area, there is garni hotel with café designed. Café offers an opportunity to sit on the terrace in front of the house or at the court-yard.

Energisimulering av ett nordsvenskt plusenergihus med kombination av bergvärme och solceller

Energianvändningen i världen växer för varje år, vilket i sin tur bidrar med ökade mängder utsläpp av växthusgaser till atmosfären. På grund av den ökade energianvändningen blir intresset för energisnåla byggnader allt högre med tiden. I detta projekt har en nordligt placerad fastighet med en Atemp på 716 m2 i Gnarp simulerats med hjälp av IDA Indoor Climate and Energy (IDA ICE) samt WINSUN. Fastigheten har två våningar med åtta lägenheter totalt och är uppvärmd med bergvärme då fjärrvärmenätet ligger för långt ifrån området. Tanken med byggnaden är att den ska uppnå kriterierna för ett plusenergihus, vilket innebär att fastigheten ska generera mer energi än vad den gör av med via en solcellsanläggning som monteras på taket. Enligt de teoretiska resultat som simuleringen visar så kan fastigheten klassas som ett plusenergihus, då solcellsanläggningen på taket producerar mer energi än vad som används årligen. Det innebär att möjligheterna för byggnation av ett plusenergihus i nordligare områden i Sverige finns, där temperaturer varierar kraftigt under årets gång och kan gå lägre än -30°C under vintertid. Den årliga elproduktionen ligger över 26 700 kWh/år och elanvändningen hamnar på 16 400 kWh/år, där tappvarmvattnet står för den största delen använt el. Det innebär att den genererar ungefär 10 300 kWh/år i överskott relativt till inköpt el-energi. Huset är välisolerat och har smart placerade glasytor för värmeinsläpp. Det inkluderar en effektiv värmepump, ett FTX-System för värmeåtervinning via ventilationssystemet samt ett solcellssystem på taket som i sin tur bidrar till möjligheten för en energiproducering som är högre än energianvändningen, därav en plusenergihus-klassning. Under energianvändningsprocessen så har den årliga uppvärmningen, tappvarmvattnet samt fastighetselen tagits till godo i beräkningarna för bedömning av byggnadens energiprestanda. Eftersom solcellerna producerar mer energi under sommaren, vilket medföljer att överskott på elproduktionen uppstår under vissa perioder av året, så innebär det att el kan säljas via elnätet till en elhandlare. / The interest in low-energy-houses has risen in recent years as the energy usage around the globe is constantly increasing, resulting in ever-increasing amounts of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. In this project, the energy consumption of a building in a northern area of Sweden, Gnarp, with an Atemp of 716m2 was simulated using IDA indoor Climate and Energy (IDA ICE) and WINSUN. The building has two floors and is comprised of eight apartments. It is heated using geothermal heating since it is not located close enough to a district heating area. The goal of the simulation was to determine if this building is an energy-plus-house, whereby a PV-system mounted on the rooftop allows for the energy production-value of the building to be higher than the energy-usage. The theoretical results of the simulation show that this building is indeed an energy-plus-house since the PV-system is generating more energy than the yearly usage of the building. This simulation shows that it is possible to build an energy-plus-house in northern areas of Sweden where temperatures are highly variable and can go below -30°C during winter season. It indicates a yearly electricity-production of over 26 700 kWh/year and a usage of approximately 16 400 kWh/year, where the domestic hot water accounts for the highest usage of electricity. This means that the building generates an electricity surplus of approximately 10 300 kWh/year. The building is well isolated and has well placed windows for heat generation via the sun. It includes an effective heat pump, an FTX-system, and solar panels on the roof which gives the opportunity for an energy-production that is larger than the energy-usage, which in turn gives the opportunity for an energy-plus-house classification. The heating, domestic hot water, and the building electricity were all considered when calculating the estimation of the energy-quality of the property. The PV-system generates more energy during the summer, which results in an overproduction of electricity at certain times of the year. The extra electricity produced can be sold to the electric utility.

Daugiabučio namo aprūpinimo energija technologinių sprendinių daugiakriterė analizė / Multi-criteria analysis of energy supply technological solutions

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas tipinis daugiabutis pastatas ir jam pritaikytos energiją generuojančios sistemos. Darbo tikslas – daugiakriterio vertinimo metodu nustatyti optimalų energijos aprūpinimo technologinį sprendinį pagal energinį, ekologinį ir ekonominį kriterijus. Tyrime nagrinėjama centralizuoto šilumos tiekimo sistema, dujinis katilas, oras–vanduo ir gruntas–vanduo šilumos siurbliai, saulės kolektoriai, saulės elementų bei visų šių sistemų kombinacijos. Tyrimui naudojami realūs šilumos suvartojimai ir statistiniais metodais nustatyti elektros energijos poreikiai. Sistemos nagrinėjamos modeliuojant EnergyPRO programa. Visoms sistemoms atlikta inventorinė analizė, nustatyti sunaudojamos energijos ir išsiskiriančių teršalų kiekiai visų sistemų gyvavimo fazių metu. Atlikus sistemų modeliavimą ir kitus tyrimus paaiškėjo, kad optimali yra kombinuota sistema susidedanti iš gruntas-vanduo šilumos siurblio, saulės kolektorių, saulės elementų ir centralizuoto šilumos tiekimo. Tokios sistemos šilumos savikaina yra 18,7 ct/kWh, teršalų emisija – 0,131 CO2 kg ekv/kWh/100 metų, pirminės energijos poreikis – 2,50 MJ/kWh/100 metų. Tokia sistema padengia beveik 85 % pastato metinio šilumos poreikio. Tyrimo rezultatai gali būti pritaikyti daugiabučių namų renovacijai. Darbą sudaro 14 skyrių. Darbo apimtis 65 p. teksto be priedų, 38 iliustr., 22 lentelių 36 bibliografinių šaltinių, priedai (pridedami kartu). / In this thesis a typical apartment building and its own energy generating systems were examined. The goal of this work – to determine the optimum power supply technology solution for energy supply, using multi-criteria analysis according to several criteria: energetical, environmental and economical. The study examined the district heating system, gas boiler, air-to-water and ground-water heat pumps, solar collectors, solar cells, and the combination of these systems. The study uses real heat consumption and statistical methods to determine power requirements. Systems were analyzed using EnergyPRO simulation program. For all systems were performed inventory analysis, to determine the energy consumption and the quantity of emissions of all the systems life phases. After system modeling and other studies results showed, that the optimum system is combined system of the ground-to-water heat pump, solar panels, solar cells, and district heating cost – 18.7 ct/kWh; Emission of pollutants – 0,131 CO2 eq kg/kWh/100 years; Primary energy demand – 2.50 MJ/kWh/100 years. Such a system covers nearly 85% of the building's annual heat demand. The results can be applied to residential buildings projects of renovation. The work consists of 14 chapters. The diploma thesis is elaborate in order to evaluate the economic returns of each proposed building insulation options for seniors in Šternberk. For the calculation use to secluded brick apartment building in the street Žitná. The theoretical section describes the types of buildings according to heating demand and a list of different variants of thermal insulation materials. The second part contains suggestions for building insulation in several variants. It worked certificate of energy performance of buildings, costs of proposed options and the costs of operating the apartment building before and after the insulation. Based on the comparison of results is elaborate economic returns for each of the proposed options.
