Vem leder - sjuksköterskans arbetsledaransvar i ett omvårdnadsteam

Hellberg Eriksson, Maria, Salomonsson, Jeanette January 2008 (has links)
The purpose of this study was to describe the nurse´s work leading responsebility in a care team through her own perspective including difficulties and challenges connected with the assignment. Earlier research which examines nurses´ own evaluation of work leading responsibility is limited. Five semi-structured interviews with nurses have been carried out in a general ward in a hospital in southern Sweden. Verbatim transcripts were produced. These transcripts were analysed with help of Burnard´s content analysis (1991). The results of this study fall into five main categories: Work leading role in relation to patient care, Communication responsibility, Group leading work, Adjustability and control, Difficulties and challenges.
