No. of bitstreams: 1 arquivototal.pdf: 7904739 bytes, checksum: 975895e45463dea1ef194a2dda032536 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2017-02-14 / This work argues that it is possible to assess students, from the planning of activities that jointly use serious games and virtual environments in support to the training. Therefore, it features an architecture for web portals that offers the service for organizing and sequencing serious games and virtual environments, evaluating the performance of the user in these activities (games and environments). The research is motivated by the need to encourage the use of serious games and virtual environments in teaching support, as well as the need to help centralized access and monitoring the use of these resources. In the methodological course of this thesis, a survey with students, teachers and developers of serious games and virtual environments is highlighted, which verified the acceptability for using such resources in the educational context and relevance of services that a serious games and virtual environments portal may offer to these users. Elaborating the architecture considered as development stages the analysis, schematization, and the architecture's testing. The results indicate that it provides a way to collaborate with the human resources training from the proposal of the sequencing, allowing for a linked composition of activities, providing the reinforcement or complementation of tasks and contents in a progressive scale with planned educational objective-based evaluation. Also, as a result, the work presents Pegadas (Portal de Gerenciamento de Games e Ambientes para Delineamento de Atividades em Saúde / Games Management and Environments Portal for Designing Activities in Healthcare), developed based on the architecture as a concept proof. In addition to the architecture and its concept proof, the thesis shows as contributions: the research on student, teachers and developers acceptability of serious games and virtual environments, as for using such resources as assistants for the educational process; discussion on trial activities grouping serious games/virtual environments, in order to extend contents and strengthen knowledge through the different learning styles; the evaluation model that promotes use performance analysis together with serious games and virtual environments; the stimulus for the classification of educational goals through taxonomy that contributes to the process of educational objectives planning and evaluation; and, the attention to students' personal information collections, proposing the standardization of data as an alternative to assist in the management and interoperability of information across systems. No. of bitstreams: 1 arquivototal.pdf: 2261238 bytes, checksum: fc7c2e8798250891786ae161da6a888e (MD5) Previous issue date: 2013-02-14 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / Presents an intervention in the regime of information in the camp of archives Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), with goal to promote dissemination of archival information produced by the Standing Committee of Document Evaluation (CPAD), on scope the Campus I institution's, by building of one virtual space communication in the web and of actions of information appropriate. Broaches the process of mediation information in organizations as a set of information actions established based on the relations between the subjects and the networks Socio-communicational primary and secondary formed in the context of information regime that, through the resources offered by the infrastructure of cyberspace, are grouped into a single information environment in a form dynamic and effective. These actions are developed during the stages of production, organization and dissemination of information on the web, to which are find on collaboration of nature multidisciplinary between Marketing and Information Architecture for the web, the essential conditions for achieving the goals according to the characteristics and information needs of users. Accordingly, we used the methodology of action research so that permits the opinions, needs and experiences of subjects involved in the process of document management of CPAD to be considered regarding the planning and implementation of information actions. We departed from the application of semi-structured interview to obtain subsidies for the production and organization of information available on the web, following to the record of users' opinion regarding the evaluation of the information architecture of the website and then, ending with dissemination of information available on the web (website) through direct marketing. We conclude that both the construction of the website institutional of CPAD, as regards to the content of information architecture, regarding its dissemination, met the expectations of the servers involved in document management, as well as assisted in the promotion of CPAD within the institution, that is, giving visibility to the Table of Temporality document (TTD), the archival information and, especially, management practices that comprise the life cycle of documents.

Coopération homme-machine multi-niveau entre le conducteur et un système d'automatisation de la conduite / Multi-level cooperation between the driver and an automated driving system

Benloucif, Mohamed Amir 06 April 2018 (has links)
The recent technological breakthroughs in the actuation, perception and artificial intelligence domains herald a new dawn for driving assistance and highly automated driving. However, in a context where the automation remains imperfect and prone to error, it is crucial to ensure that the automated driving system maintains the driver’s situation awareness in order to be able to successfully and continuously supervise the system’s actions. At the same time, the system must be able to ensure the safety of the vehicle and prevent the driver’s actions that would compromise his safety and that of other road users. Therefore, it is essential that the issue of interaction and cooperation with the driver is addressed throughout the whole system design process. This entails the issues of task allocation, authority management and levels of automation. Conducted in the scope of the projet ANR-CoCoVeA (French acronym for: "Cooperation between Driver and Automated Vehicle"), this thesis takes a closer look at the question of cooperation between the driver and automated driving systems. Our main objective is to provide the driver with a suitable assistance level that accounts for his intentions while ensuring global safety. For this matter, we propose a general framework that incorporates the necessary features for a successful cooperation at the different levels of the driving task in the form of a system architecture. The questions of task allocation and authority management are addressed under their different nuances and the identified system functionalities are studied and adapted to match the cooperation requirements. Therefore, we have developed algorithms to perform maneuver decision making, trajectory planning, and control that include the necessary mechanisms to adapt to the driver’s actions and intentions in the case of potential conflicts. In addition to the technical aspects, this thesis studies the cooperation notions from the human factor perspective. User test studies conducted on the SHERPA-LAMIH dynamic simulator allowed for the validation of the different developments while shedding light on the benefits of different cooperation forms.
