These constitutional changes meant that subsequently adopt these two countries, an environment conducive to promoting and protecting the rights of the child and adolescent legal framework. This is in general, and more specifically in cases of children in conflict with the law, through a system of care that adequately meets the adolescent offenders. It was in this context that exists in 1990, in Brazil the adoption status of children and adolescents, commonly known as ACE. For the case of Mozambique, a law that can equate to a statute, called the Law for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of the Child (LPPRC) and the Law of Jurisdictional Organization for Minors, in 2008 approved. The work is structured in three chapters, namely: The first chapter talks about aspects of State, Rule of Law, sovereignty, globalization, fundamental rights and brief approach to Mozambique and Brazil, in terms of geography, political, social and economic. The second chapter presents considerations about the history of the rights of children and adolescents in the world, Mozambique and Brazil; in the third chapter, we addressed properly on the system of care for children in conflict with the law of Mozambique and Brazil. Also work presents conclusions and references. For the preparation of the dissertation, we use as a methodology, descriptive research, preceded by an initial exploratory study and documentary research. / O presente trabalho trata sobre o sistema de atendimento aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei, por meio de um estudo comparativo entre Moçambique e Brasil, tomando como marco histórico as mudanças constitucionais operadas nestes dois países, em 2004, para o caso de Moçambique, e em 1988, para o caso de Brasil. Essas mudanças constitucionais fizeram com que, posteriormente, se adotasse nestes dois países um quadro legal favorável à promoção e proteção dos direitos da criança e do adolescente. Isso ocorre de maneira geral, e mais especificamente naqueles casos de adolescentes em conflito com a lei, através de um sistema de atendimento que atenda adequadamente aos adolescentes infratores. É neste âmbito que se verifica, em 1990, no Brasil, a adoção do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA). Para o caso de Moçambique, é aprovada a Lei de Promoção e Proteção dos Direitos da Criança (LPPDC), a qual pode ser equiparada a um estatuto, e a Lei da Organização Jurisdicional de Menores, no ano de 2008. Para a elaboração desta dissertação, utilizamos como metodologia a pesquisa descritiva, antecedida de um inicial estudo exploratório e pesquisa documental. O trabalho está estruturado em três capítulos, a saber: o primeiro capítulo disserta sobre aspectos relacionados com Estado, Estado de Direito Democrático, soberania, globalização, direitos fundamentais e uma breve abordagem sobre Moçambique e Brasil, em termos geográficos, políticos, sociais e econômicos. O segundo capítulo apresenta considerações sobre a história dos direitos das crianças e dos adolescentes no mundo, em Moçambique e no Brasil. O terceiro capítulo apresenta o sistema de atendimento aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei de Moçambique e Brasil. Por fim, o trabalho traz as considerações finais e as referências bibliográficas utilizadas.

The content of this diploma thesis is design of a mobile application of attendance system for a selected company. The mobile application is designed for the Android operating system and, in addition to the design itself, the thesis also contains a risk analysis and time analysis for the smooth implementation of the entire project. Part of the work is also decicated to a detailed analysis of the current state and requirements for the application in the selected company, on the basis of which this mobile application is designed. The proposed solution should contribute to the overall efficiency of attendance recording in the selected company.

This thesis describes design and realization of units of a developed modular access control system. It is focused on creating a software units modular system and its function.

This thesis deals with the issue of attendance recording. The aim of the thesis was to design a solution and then create a hardware terminal for the electronic attendance system. The whole system is based on the latest web technologies using the Raspberry Pi hardware, for the client terminal. Future use of the device is possible for both home and commercial use. The whole system was distributed globaly as Open Source project. The result of thesis is a physical prototype of a client terminal, based on the Raspberry Pi platform, Electron based application for terminal and a web application communicating with the server solution.
