The subject of diploma thesis is processing of the desing documentation for new multifunctional building in the street Dělnická, cadastre unit Komín, Brno - Komin. The building is a 3 floors and one underground floor and is designed as a last building in the street on the nearly flat land. In the building is located non-residential space, dwelling units and studios. Non-residential space comprise seven parking spaces in a public underground garage, two stores barrier-free solution with the facilities and two studios 1 + 1. The residential part has two dwelling units 1 + kk, two dwelling units 2 +1 and two dwelling units 4 + kk. The building is based on a waterproof concrete structure "white tub". The vertical structure is built of clay blocks Porotherm, horizontal structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The exterior building envelope is completed with thermal insulation. An internal staircase is cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The entrance to the garage for cars is possible by Autolift. The building is roofed with warm flat roof. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD software visualization are processed in Sketch Up

В работе поднимается проблема застройщика, заключающаяся в получении им некачественной цифровой информационной модели (ЦИМ) от подрядных организаций, которые разрабатывают документацию на все стадии жизненного цикла объекта с использованием технологий информационного моделирования. Настоящее исследование проведено с целью создания правил стандартизации и классификации ЦИМ. В ходе работы были проанализированы существующие бизнес-процессы строительной компании, собраны и формализованы требования к цифровым информационным моделям, разработаны классификаторы зданий и сооружений, элементов, материалов. Результатом работы являются документ «Информационные требования Заказчика к разработке BIM-модели (Employer’s Information Requirements)», библиотека элементов ЦИМ, разработанная в соответствии с системой классификации. Также проведено обучение сотрудников застройщика по работе с классификаторами. Это позволит застройщику получать корректные информационные модели, которые можно использовать на всех стадиях жизненного цикла объекта. / The paper raises the problem of the developer, which consists in obtaining a low-quality digital information model (BIM-models) from contractors who develop documentation for all stages of the object's life cycle using information modeling technologies. This study was conducted to create rules for standardization and classification of BIM-models. During the work, the existing business processes of the construction company were analyzed, the requirements for digital information models were collected and formalized, classifiers of buildings and structures, elements, materials were developed. The result of the work is the document "Information requirements of the Customer for the development of a BIM model (Employer's Information Requirements)", a library of BIM-model elements developed in accordance with the classification system. The developer's employees were also trained to work with classifiers. This will allow the developer to obtain correct information models that can be used at all stages of the object's life cycle.

Thesis (MScEng)--Stellenbosch University, 2001. / ENGLISH ABSTRACT: This thesis describes a module that links AutoCAD and CeDeas (cost estimation
software which was developed by Department of Mechanical Engineering, University
of Stellenbosch). CeDeas is intended for estimating the direct manufacturing cost of
simple welded assemblies in a batch production environment. It is aimed at use during
late concept design or early detail design.
The link module was developed in Borland C++ Builder. By using COM (Component
Object Model) technology, the link module employs the methods and the properties of
the AutoCAD automation interface to extract manufacturing information that is
required by CeDeas.
The link module prompts the user to pick objects in an AutoCAD drawing and then
determines the values required by CeDeas to estimate the manufacturing cost. The
user can choose between a "direct select method" (which uses the properties of
geometric entities already in the drawing) and a "user define method" (whereby the
user defmes temporary entities or combines aspects of existing entities in the
AutoCAD drawing). With these results and some non-geometric inputs, the user can
get a cost estimate of components and assemblies. After design changes, the link
module can provide CeDeas with updated values with minimal user interaction in
situations where the "direct select method" was used. The designer can therefore
easily use the cost estimates to compare design alternatives to optimise the design.
Validation studies demonstrated the numerical accuracy of the use of the link module.
The link module can be regarded as an extension of CeDeas. At present it only
supports AutoCAD R14, but can be extended to support AutoCAD 2000 and
Mechanical Desktop. / AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: 'n Module wat dien as skakel tussen AutoCAD and CeDeas (kosteberamingsagteware
ontwikkel deur die Departement van Meganiese Ingenieurswese, Universiteit van
Stellenbosch) word in hierdie tesis beskryf. Die doel van CeDeas is om die direkte
vervaardiginskoste van eenvoudige, gesweisde samestellings, in 'n lot-produksie
omgewing, te beraam. Dit is gemik op gebruik tydens laat konsepontwerp en vroeë
detailontwerp.
Die skakelmodule is ontwikkel in Borland C++ Builder. Deur van COM (Component
Object Model) tegnologie gebruik te maak, kry die skakelmodule toegang tot die
funksies en eienskappe van AutoCAD se outomatisasie koppelvlak en kan sodoende
die vervaardigingsinligting onttrek wat deur CeDeas benodig word.

kosteskattings gebruik om ontwerpsaltematiewe te vergelyk om die ontwerp te
optimeer.
Evalueringstudies het die numeriese akkuraatheid van die skakelmodule bevesting.
Hierdie module kan as 'n uitbreiding van CeDeas beskou word. Tans werk die module
slegs met AutoCAD R14, maar dit kan uitgebrei word om met AutoCAD 2000 en
Mechanical Desktop te werk.

Διερεύνηση σφαλμάτων από κεραυνούς σε διατάξεις χαμηλής τάσηςΧατζηευαγόρου, Σταύρος 06 December 2013 (has links)
Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η αναφορά των επιπτώσεων που προκαλούν οι κεραυνοί σε διατάξεις χαμηλής τάσης και o τρόπος, με τον οποίο ο άνθρωπος μπορεί να προστατέψει μια κατασκευή. Ώς μοντέλο, για να διαπιστωθεί αν η θεωρία μπορεί να γίνει πράξη, χρησιμοποιήθηκε ένα υπάρχον κτιριακό συγκρότημα που βρίσκεται σε περιοχή της Κύπρου, όπου κατά τη διάρκεια κεραυνικών πληγμάτων σημειώνονταν ηλεκτρολογικές ζημιές. Η μελέτη έγινε σύμφωνα με τους ισχύοντες διεθνείς κανονισμούς αντικεραυνικής προστασίας και τη σχετική βιβλιογραφική θεωρία.
Μετά τη μελέτη και τον υπολογισμό όλων των υπολοίπων τμημάτων που απαρτίζουν το σύστημα αντικεραυνικής προστασίας ακολουθεί η σχεδίαση του στο πρόγραμμα σχεδίασης AutoCAD.
Τέλος, με εξομοίωση του ισοδύναμου κυκλώματος, του ΣΑΠ, στο λογισμικό πρόγραμμα EMTP-ATP, μελετάται η μεταβατική συμπεριφορά του συστήματος γείωσης για να κριθεί αν το σύστημα που σχεδιάστηκε είναι αποτελεσματικό ή όχι. Το προτεινόμενο σύστημα αντικεραυνικής προστασίας όπως παρουσιάζεται στην πιο κάτω διπλωματική εργασία σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα, μπορεί να παρέχει μια αξιόπιστη και ασφαλή λειτουργία του κτιριακού συγκροτήματος χωρίς περαιτέρω ζημιές. / The main subject of this thesis is the study and designing of a lighting strike protection system in an existing building complex. In addition, the consequences of lighting strikes in buildings are studied and what someone can do to protect buildings. In order to apply the theory in practice, an existing building complex located in Cyprus, is used as a model in order to design the lighting protection system, since damages were observed during several lighting strikes the last few years. The study and the design of the protection system is made by following the national lighting strike protection rules and theory presented in existing literature.
The study and calculations of the other parts that belong to the complete lighting strike protection system are followed by the designing of the complete system in Autocad.
Moreover, a study of the transient behaviour of the Earth-termination system is done via the simulation of the building complex by using the EMTP-ATP software. It is important to mention that the phenomenon of ionization is consider as well in this step. The proposed lighting protection system as it is presented in this thesis and according to the results, can provide a reliable and safe operation of the building complex without any further damages.

Rapporten går ut på att se om laserskanning är en bra metod att använda sig av vid ombyggnation, tillbyggnad och renovering. För att få fram ett svar på detta har två takbalkar i Södra Climate Arena skannats av. Vid genomförandet användes en laserskanner från Leica av varianten P30. Försöket innehåller fyra stycken uppställningar som riktas mot sex stycken måltavlor. Informationen som fåtts ut från skanningen i form av en sektion i AutoCAD har jämförts med befintliga ritningar för att se om informationen från skanningen stämmer överens med ritningarna. I modellen som fåtts ut från försöket har också mätning och undersökning skett för att se hur bra det går att mäta i modellen och om det är något som fungerar lätt att använda sig av i praktiken. Arbetet går även ut på att få en god inblick i hur laserskannern Leica P30 fungerar.

The aim of the diploma thesis was the study of common facilities in the town of Zálesí u Bítova. A comprehensive land consolidation was carried out with assessment of the network of field roads, erosion ratios, drainage rates and environmental protection elements. Measures for land access, erosion measures for the protection of the natural soil fund, water management measures and measures to protect and create the environment have been proposed in the area. An analysis of the current state of the territory and the subsequent design of the measures was carried out using DMT using ArcMap, AutoCad, DesQ, USLE 2D, LS convertor.
