This study is focusing on young girls' motivation to do sports, sports unequal conditions and interruptions with team sports during adolescence. The report is an interview study involving four girls (18-20 years old) who have chosen to quit team sport during their teen years. The interviews have three main themes that is focusing on motivation, unequal conditions and interruptions in sports. By using previous researches and data collection from the interviews, the result could be analyzed, interpreted and compared to get a result of patterns or connections between the different respondents' perception of the study's main purpose. The main result of the study shows that there are patterns and connections between the respondents perceptions.
