Populační biologie rostliny skalních výchozů tařice skalní (Aurinia saxatilis subsp. saxatilis) / Population biology of rock outcrop plant Aurinia saxatilis ssp saxatilis

Šimáková, Terezie January 2018 (has links)
The rock outcrop plants are neglected group of plants, even though they include endangered or endemic species. Despite this fact, there is only a few of studies focusing at this topic. The aim of this thesis is to focus on this group of plants in terms of its population dynamics. Aurinia saxatilis ssp. saxatilis was chosen as a model species. It is a species of the Czech thermophyticum. Three populations were chosen and studied over three years. The population dynamics was compared between the populations by integral projection modelling (IPM) and matrix population modelling (MPM). The results of these two analytical approaches were compared to one another, too. The population growth rate (λ) predicts that one of the populations is stable, whereas the other two populations are declining. The highest elasticity is mostly for the seeds survival in the seed bank. The population growth rate does not differ distinctly between the two statistical approaches, IPM and MPM. In all cases the IPM λ is lower than the MPM λ. Within the IPM analysis, the influence of the substrate type was also studied. The analyses, however, did not indicate any major differences between the substrates. For maintaining the populations, it is necessary to protect the new seeds and seedling recruitment and to create the new space...

Smlouva o inkasu a smlouva o akreditivu / The letter of credit contract and the collection contract

Chabr, Jan January 2017 (has links)
The letter of credit contract and the collection contract The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the Direct Debit Contract and the Letter of Credit. A Letter of Credit is a special payment instrument issued as a rule by a bank that the principal has undertaken to pay to the person in whose interest the Letter of Credit is open and designated as the authorized amount up to the amount agreed. The Direct Debit is the commitment of the collector of receivables to obtain from the third party a receipt of a sum of money or other Direct Debit. Current legislation, contained in the Civil Code, took over the legal regulation of the Letter of Credit and the Direct Debit from the Commercial Code without any major changes. Both institutes show a number of identical and different elements. From a practical point of view, it is not possible to look for serious application problems in the Letter of Credit or Direct Debit. Keywords: Letter of Credit, Direct Debit, Banking, Bank, Payment Instruments, The Collection Contract

Stavba a struktura odpovědnosti mezinárodních organizací v oblasti mezinárodního rozvojového práva / Accountability Architecture of International Organizations of International Development Law

Obračajová, Barbora January 2017 (has links)
Accountability Architecture of International Organizations of International Development Law The Master's thesis dwells upon the accountability of International Organizations operating within the field of International Development Law. The interpretation of immunities thereof is extensive and there is no independent court with appropriate jurisdiction. Therefore there are solely very few means of holding them accountable for their acts, especially those which are not contrary to International Law outside of the realm of political pressure of the Member States. For this reason, the International Organizations were forced to adopt their own accountability mechanisms. These serve to help to eradicate the systemic shortcomings of the activities, mitigate risks and potential public outrage as well as to give recourse to those, who have been adversely affected by the International Organization's operation. These mechanisms, that include the revision panels, the so-called international accountability mechanisms, altogether form the accountability architecture. The core question of this paper is whether the current accountability architecture with respect to these International Organizations is satisfactory. To these ends it firstly delineates the so far unclear notion of International Development Law, its sources,...

Lekishvili, Salome January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of financial performance of central banks. Central banking is generally considered as a profitable part of financial system. However, this paper focuses on the loss-making central banks and emphasizes the examples of central banks with large accumulated financial losses. Relationship between the quality of balance sheet assets and financial performance of central banks is closely examined in the thesis. Alongside, it analyses the impact of negative financial performance on the main objectives of central bank, in the role of monetary authority. Effectiveness of monetary policy is conditioned by many factors, among them are independence of central bank, the level of development of financial markets - central bank operates in, analytical skills of employees and etc. However, the case, where financial performance of central bank is discussed in connection with monetary policy performance, is extremely rare. The primary goal of this diploma thesis is to reveal and describe the main ways in which financial performance of the central bank influences monetary policy decisions. It also tries to find out whether there is hidden threat of a damaging impact on the decisions in case the central bank accumulates the negative financial results.

Financovanie a podpora malých a stredných podnikov / Financing and subsidizing of small and medium enterprises

Hybler, Michal January 2008 (has links)
Small and medium sized enterprises constitute an overwhelming majority of all companies in the economy. They are the resource of the growth of GDP, innovation and significantly contribute to the employment. Representatives of the European Union are aware of the important role which these companies play and they try to create the most convenient and optimal business environment. The small and medium sized enterprises are supported through institutions such as Czechinvest and the ČMZRB which receive funds from structural funds of the European Union and the state budget. In my thesis I made evaluation of the projects of the SME Finance Facility program under which subsidy and credit lines were granted to the ČMZRB and various leasing companies. Finance was provided from various european development banks and were intended to grant the loans and leasings with better conditions than loans and leasings from unsubsidized banks. Based on the results from the survey I came to a conclusion that the program was relevant only to a certain extent because companies had significant alternative opportunities of financing their investment projects.
