This research is a descriptive case study and multiple cases, whose sample is deliberat, and the two portals selected for this research are part of the Digital Library of the Learning Community of the Catholic Institution Chains of the Higher Education (CVA RICESU). The collection of the data was done by a script which identified, in scientific-technical literature, the administrative structure of the university libraries, services and products offered by the portals of the university libraries. After this collection and discussion of datas, it was noticed the organization of the information in those portals does not have any form of organization and the information in them are blended whit other services and products. / Trata-se de um trabalho sobre a organiza??o da informa??o em portais de bibliotecas universit?rias que objetivou identificar par?metros, bem como as vari?veis comuns e espec?ficas utilizadas para a organiza??o da informa??o nos portais de bibliotecas universit?rias. A pesquisa ? caracterizada como estudo de caso descritivo e de casos m?ltiplos, na qual a amostra ? intencional, uma vez que os dois portais selecionados para tal fazem parte da Biblioteca Digital da Comunidade de Aprendizagem da Rede das Institui??es Cat?licas de Ensino Superior (CVA-RICESU). A coleta dos dados se deu por meio de um roteiro onde foram identificadas, na literatura t?cnico-cient?fica, as estruturas administrativas das bibliotecas universit?rias e de servi?os e produtos oferecidos pelos portais das bibliotecas universit?rias. Ap?s a coleta e discuss?o dos dados, observou-se que n?o h? nenhuma forma de organiza??o da informa??o nesses portais, al?m de as informa??es contidas nos mesmos n?o diferenciarem os servi?os e os produtos.

The adopted methodology was the bibliographical research, approaching the mainly subjects: Information Science, University Libraries, Copyrights and Information Right. Among the raised solutions, the Open Access, the Text Book Program, e-books and the project Folder of the Professor. Are focus one expectation with this work is that the presented solutions can help to derease the doubts and shows viable ways to solve the differences between the Information Right and the Copyright. Thus opening way for the practical professionals based on the effective culture of the area that in many cases is more restrictive than the instituted laws or the codes of ethics. / Este trabalho analisa a rela??o entre Direito Autoral e Direito ? Informa??o a fim de estabelecer as bases conceituais e fazer um levantamento de solu??es, para que os profissionais da informa??o, atuantes em bibliotecas universit?rias, possam atender ?s necessidades informacionais dos seus usu?rios, ao trabalharem com essas duas formas de direito. A metodologia adotada foi a pesquisa bibliogr?fica, que abordou, principalmente, os temas: Ci?ncia da Informa??o, Bibliotecas Universit?rias, Direitos Autorais e Direito ? Informa??o. Dentre as solu??es levantadas, destacam-se o Acesso Aberto, o Programa de Livro Texto, os e-books e o projeto Pasta do Professor. Espera-se com este trabalho que as solu??es apresentadas possam auxiliar a diminuir as d?vidas e apontar caminhos vi?veis para a resolu??o dos impasses existentes entre o Direito ? Aims at understanding how in the contemporary society, the libraries, that symbolize traditional space in the search for information and knowledge, modify their contexts through technological resources involved in your scenario, and specifically checks as the process of mediatization is inserted into the communication practices and interaction of libraries, noting the relevance of the ownership of social media, especially twitter and facebook, by the libraries of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN. Use as methodological procedures, a theoretical approach concerning the conceptual research to investigate issues relating to social media, communication practice, mediatization and network society, and is characterized by being a descriptive exploratory research, of qualitative nature with adoption of the inductive method, using interviews and direct observation, analyzing reconfiguration scenario of university libraries located in UFRN.
