Zabezpečení přenosu dat BCH kódy / Error protection of data transmission using BCH Codes

Kašpar, Jaroslav January 2008 (has links)
The thesis Data transmission error-protection with BCH codes deals with a large class of random-error correcting cyclic codes which are able to protect binary data and can be used for example in data storages, high speed modems. Bose, Chaudhuri and Hocquenghem (BCH) codes operate over algebraic structures called Galois fields. The BCH encoding is the same as cyclic encoding and can be done with linear feedback shift register but decoding is more complex and can be done with different algorithms - in this thesis there are two algorithms for decoding Peterson and Berlekam-Massey mentioned. The aim of this thesis is to find BCH code which is able to correct t = 6 independent errors in up to data sequence n = 150 bits, then peruse possible realizations of the codecs and set criteria for the best realization, then design and test this realization. This thesis is split into three main parts. In the first part there are encoding and decoding methods of the BCH code generally described. The second part deals with selecting of the right code and realization. There was chosen BCH (63,30) code and realization with FPGA chip. In the last part is described design of BCH encoder and decoder and compilation in the Altera design software.

Šindelková, Petra January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the application of Markov chains for the production of concrete products. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the concepts of risk management and describes the procedures for dealing with classical Markov chains. There are presented basics of fuzzy logic and finally there is explained the procedure using fuzzy logic in calculating of classical Markov chains in the subsection entitled Fuzzy Markov chains. The practical part describes production process, namely concrete pavements. On this production process is applied knowledge from the theoretical part and there is a comparison and evaluation of two methods of Marcov chains calculation (classic and fuzzy approach).

Numerické řešení nelineárních problémů konvekce-difuze pomocí adaptivních metod / Numerické řešení nelineárních problémů konvekce-difuze pomocí adaptivních metod

Roskovec, Filip January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is concerned with analysis and implementation of Time discontinuous Galerkin method. Important part of it is constructing of algorithm for solving nonlinear convection-diffusion equations, which combines Discontinuous Galerkin method in space (DGFEM) with Time discontinuous Galerkin method (TDG). Nonlinearity of the problem is overcome by damped Newton-like method. This approach provides easy adaptivity manipulation as well as high order approximation with respect to both space and time variables. The second part of the thesis is focused on Time discontinuous Galerkin method, applied to ordinary differential equations. It is shown that the solution of Time discontinuous Galerkin equals the solution obtained by Radau IIA implicit Runge-Kutta method in the roots of right Radau Quadrature. By virtue of this relation, error estimates of the order higher by one than the standard order can be obtained in these points. Furthermore, almost two times higher order can be achieved in the endpoints of the intervals of time discretization. Finally, the thesis deals with the phenomenon of stiffness, which may dramatically decrease the order of the applied method. The theoretical results are verified by numerical experiments. Hospodářská změna v Rusku: závislost na ropě / Economic change in Russia: Oil dependency

Krupa, Mikuláš January 2019 (has links)
This thesis concentrates on the case of Russian economy and assessment of its dependence on oil. Russia is often cited as an example of country suffering from resource curse as its natural wealth forms significant share of country's exports and revenues. Thesis will first concentrate on factors determining current state of Russian economy. Presence of the symptoms of Dutch disease in the Russian economy will be studied using the Vector error correction model (VECM) applied on the real effective exchange rate of country (REER). Thesis will also contain an assessment of Russian institutional environment to check for other symptoms of resource curse theory. Analysis of latest federal budget will be used to evaluate the sustainability of Russian federal finances. The thesis is concluded by discussion of results and possible paths of future development of Russian economy.

Šimeček, Ondřej January 2011 (has links)
Despote the indisputable advantages of fine-pitch components, is need to calculate with a few trouble during production, especially increased requirements for accuracy of mounting and solder printing. In this work I’m concerned with problems of solder printing for these components and evaluation using SPC. For the evaluation I used 3D paste inspection based on laser scanning of the surface. The output of this work is to describe the principles of solder printing and elaborating of GR&R, SPC analysis and histograms of solder printing for some outputs. I focused in my master thesis on motive design change of problematic components and economic evaluation of the adjustments.

Interakce stlačitelného proudění a struktur / Fluid-structure interaction of compressible flow

Hasnedlová, Jaroslava January 2012 (has links)
Title: Fluid-structure interaction of compressible flow Author: RNDr. Jaroslava Hasnedlová Department: Department of Numerical Mathematics, Institute of Applied Mathematics Supervisors: Prof. RNDr. Miloslav Feistauer, DrSc., Dr. h. c., Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Rolf Rannacher Supervisors' e-mail addresses: feist@karlin.mff.cuni.cz, rannacher@iwr.uni-heidelberg.de Abstract: The presented work is split into two parts. The first part is devoted to the theory of the discontinuous Galerkin finite element (DGFE) method for the space-time discretization of a nonstationary convection-diffusion initial-boundary value problem with nonlinear convection and linear diffusion. The DGFE method is applied sep- arately in space and time using, in general, different space grids on different time levels and different polynomial degrees p and q in space and time discretization. The main result is the proof of error estimates in L2 (L2 )-norm and in DG-norm formed by the L2 (H1 )-seminorm and penalty terms. The second part of the thesis deals with the realization of fluid-structure interaction problem of the compressible viscous flow with the elastic structure. The time-dependence of the domain occupied by the fluid is treated by the ALE (Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian) method, when the compress- ible Navier-Stokes equations are formulated in...

Projekt vývoje Integrovaného testovacího nástroje / Project Development of Integrated Testing Node

Ženíšek, Jan January 2014 (has links)
Nowadays the development speed of new software products is a key to success and it is not important whether the aim is to make customer's urges satisfied or get ahead of one's competitors and fill the market gap. Because of the increase of development speed the demands on the saving process of software quality are increasing. There are two types of tools that are supporting the process of software quality assurance. Firstly, we talk about comprehensive testing tools of commercial character that usually include many functions, but their purchase is extremely expensive. On the other hand there are open-source tools that are available for free, they function on many kinds of operating systems and it is possible to modify them. Unfortunately their functions are basically focused on a certain subset of controlling the software quality assurance. Company TRASK solution a.s. has decided to change this current situation, so it asked competence centre Software Quality Assurance at the University of Economics in Prague in order to create Integrated Testing Node (ITN) that would combine the advantages of open-source tools. Moreover, it would offer broad range of functions as commercial solution. The purpose of this thesis is to describe relevant phases of the process of creating the Integrated Testing Node from the factual and methodical point of view. This aim is divided into partial aims included task analysis and the proposal of solving system, open-source products portfolio analysis, choice of the most convenient tools for following integration, choosing the method of information system building, evaluating the feedback from a client and the proposal of future development of this tool. As far as the biggest contribution of this thesis is concerned, it is the realisation of ITN project that can be used during information classes at the University of Economics in Prague. Furthermore, it can be used as the control of software quality in commercial companies.
