[pt] O MANEJO DE ESTADOS REGRESSIVOS EM ANÁLISE: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA INTERSUBJETIVA / [en] THE HANDLING OF REGRESSIVE PHENOMENA IN ANALYSIS: AN INTERSUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE

ROBERTA CALCADO VINHAES 09 June 2021 (has links)
[en] The present work has as main objective investigate the contradictions as well as clinical possibilities initiated by the notion of regression. We ll start off from the freudian postulations, through which we ll approach the idea of regression in its intrapsychic aspect associating it with the process of dream and symptom formation. We ll then proceed with authors by us considered relational. Among them, the first to be addressed will be the Hungarian Sándor Ferenczi, who is the first to introduce the idea of regression as a clinical phenomena and to highlight the importance of the analyst s internal world in the therapeutic relationship. Following Ferenczi, we ll regard the works of Donald Winnicott e Michael Balint. Through their contributions we ll bring to light a more detailed and assertive description of the regressive states. However, in all threes authors, as we approach the phenomena of regression, we ll be also examining the idea of counter- transference and the theories regarding the constitution of subjectivity. In the last part of the work we ll propose an approximation to contemporary psychoanalysis in an attempt to describe how the concept of regression contains important innovations for clinical references today. We ll progress by presenting how the discussions about such phenomena through history of psychoanalysis contemplate pivotal clinical aspects such as transference, body and clinical handling.

[pt] A PROBLEMÁTICA DO TRAUMA: ASPECTOS TEÓRICOS E CLÍNICOS / [en] DISCUSSING TRAUMA: THEORETICAL AND CLINICAL ASPECTS

EDUARDO CAVALCANTI DE MEDEIROS 18 June 2020 (has links)
[en] Our investigation aims to research how the notion of trauma was described in Sándor Ferenczi s works and to relate his contributions to Michael Balint and Donald Winnicott s later developments. To achieve this objective, in the first part of this investigation, we will introduce the notion of trauma in both Sigmund Freud and Ferenczi s works, aiming to highlight their key differences. We will then discuss the main technical adjustments proposed by Ferenczi. Based on this discussion, in the second part, we will investigate the manner through which Balint redefines the early moments of the constitution of subjectivity, based mainly on his notions of primary love and basic fault. This new approach will lead us to a revision of the psychoanalytic technique, whereby the identification and clinical handling of clinical phenomena are referred to the early moments of the constitution of the ego. In the third part, we will discuss Winnicott s understanding of the traumatic experience, conceived as a reaction to environmental flaws, as well as the effects that these flaws will have on the process of emotional maturation. We will study the manner through which Winnicott defines the analytical setting, clinical handling of regressions in analysis and the use of interpretations. Finally, in the fourth part of this thesis, we aim to extract, from these authors, key elements that could be used as theoretical and clinical references for defining the specificities regarding the approach of cases pertaining to early trauma in psychoanalysis.

La porosité des résines composites utilisées en odontologie : étude de son origine et évaluation de son influence sur différentes propriétés / The porosity of resin composites used in dentistry : study of its origin and evaluation of its influence on various properties

Balthazard, Rémy 11 December 2015 (has links)
However, obtaining the ideal dental restorative material, with optimum mechanical and physicochemical properties, is still a significant challenge today. The nature and proportion of the monomers, the type, size and content of fillers, the quality of the bonds between the fillers and the matrix and the presence of porosities inside materials all emerge as aspects that can influence these properties. To improve our understanding of the impact of these various factors, a number of studies have been undertaken using three commercially-available resin composites with different viscosities: one high-viscosity resin (Filtek P60 – 3M ESPE), one moderate-viscosity resin (Grandio – Voco) and one low-viscosity resin (Filtek Supreme XTE – 3M ESPE). The influence of clinical handling of materials on the rate and volume of porosities has been evaluated by 3D X-ray computed tomography. Handling increases the porosity percentage and reduces the average porosity volume. Furthermore, the more flowable the material is, the more porosities it has within it. Two groups of samples were prepared in order to evaluate the influence of porosity on the mechanical and physicochemical behavior of materials: one group of samples consisted of materials simply extruded from syringes, while additional porosities were added artificially in the other samples. The polymerization stress was determined using a tensile testing machine, the absorption/solubility was measured in accordance with ISO 4049, the true tensile mechanical behavior was assessed using the VidéoTractionTM system, and the apparent compressive and flexural behaviors were studied using a compression test machine and a 3-point flexural test machine, respectively. The various organic and mineral components appear to be key elements in the physicochemical and mechanical behavior of materials. The initial porosity is also a predominant factor in terms of explaining this behavior. However, its influence is not proportional to its rate, since the addition of artificial porosities does not significantly affect the results
