Följande studie syftar till att undersöka hur rektor, förskollärare och barnskötare beskriver förskollärarens ansvar och kollegiala ledarskap. Semistrukturerade intevjuer har använts för att få en uppfattning av vad förskolepersonal har för uppfattning om förskollärares ansvar och kollegiala ledarskap.  Studien har en teoretisk utgångspunkt i Bernsteins teori som beskrivits av Osa Lundberg (2023). Teorins begrepp rekontextualiseringsfält, klassifikation och inramning används för att förklara hur respondenterna beskriver förskollärares ansvar och kollegiala ledarskap. Enligt Bernsteins teori påverkas pedagogiska verksamheter av vad som kommuniceras inom den. I relation till vår studie används teorin för att synliggöra om det finns delade uppfattningar om förskollärares ansvar och kollegiala ledarskap.  Resultatet från studien visar att rektorer, förskollärare och barnskötare har en gemensam bild av förskollärarens ansvar och kollegiala ledarskap när de beskriver uppdraget utifrån styrdokument. Studien visar även att när rektor, förskollärare och barnskötare beskriver ansvaret och det kollegiala ledarskapet i deras praktik framgår det delade uppfattningar kring vad det innebär. / The following study aims to investigate how principals, preschool teachers andchildminders describe the preschool teacher's responsibilities and collegialleadership. Semi-structured interviews have been used, as method to get anidea of what preschool staff think about the preschool teacher's responsibilityand collegial leadership.The study has a theoretical starting point in Bernstein's theory as described byOsa Lundberg (2023). The concepts of the theory recontextualising fields,classification and framing are used to explain how the respondents describe thepreschool teacher's responsibility and collegial leadership. According toBernstein's theory, educational activities are affected by what is communicatedwithin them. In relation to our study, the theory is used to make visible whetherthere are shared perceptions of the preschool theacher ́s responsibility andcollegial leadership.The results from the study show that principals, preschool teachers andchildminders have a common image of the preschool teacher's responsibilityand collegial leadership when they describe the assignment based on thegoverning document. The study also shows that when principals, preschoolteachers and childminders describe the responsibility and collegial leadershipin their practice, there are shared perceptions about what it means.
