This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of the reconstruction of a mixed-use building in Radnice, which is designed as a four-floor. In the first floor are premises of a post office a pharmacy. The second and the third floor is designed for the management of the city and there is a public library in the fourth floor. The structural system is a cast-in-place concrete frame with the precast floor slabs and the gabled roof. The building is located in a terraced house on a square.

Diploma thesis deals with the design of the multifunctional building located between Havlickova and F. Vogner streets in relation to the existing building in Litomyšl. Building plot is slightly sloping, at the rear goes into greater inclination. The building has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The building includes services, located in ground floor, administrative premises decomposing in the second and third floor and apartments on the top floor. In the basement are located parking spaces. Supporting skeleton of the building is a cast-in-place concrete frame. Roofs are designed as a flat single shell. In part of roof over third floor is a green roof. The building is founded on piles. Due to the occurrence of water pressure is building an extra solved waterproofing system with checks and activation. The work includes text messages, drawings for building construction, fire safety design, construction and physical assessment of building structures and specialization from concrete structures.

The project involves the design and solution of restaurant with microbrewery and accommodations. This is a new building on the land plot no. 2739, which is located in Golčův Jeníkov and situated in the middle of plat. Entrance to object and disposition inside the building is has barrier-free solution. Restaurant with microbrewery is designed for a capacity of 120 people in restaurant and 30 places to sit in lounge bar. Total capacity of boarding house is 21 beds. One double room is designed has barrier-free solution. Structural system of restaurant with microbrewery is combined, which is formed in one part of precast concrete frame S 1.2 and in other part of wall structural system. They are designed reinforced concrete columns about dimensions 0,4x0,4 m with axial distance 6x8 m. Masonry part of the building and infill wall in above-ground floors is lined with ceramic blocks of the type therm. Infill wall in the basement is formed of permanent formwork. The building is insulated a contact thermal insulation with an insulation of thickness 130 mm. Internal loadbearing and non-load-bearing wall in basement and in first floor are lined with ceramic blocks type therm and in second floor they are designed plasterboard partitions. The building is covered with a warm flat roof. Loadbearing structure of roof and ceilings structure are formed prestressed concrete floor slabs SPIROLL. Floor assembly is burdened with river stones of thickness 120 mm.

Diplom thesis is about design of the fire station of type C2 for the HZS. The building is divided into two parts. First part of a building is designed as a rectangular recessed floor. The first part of building consists of two floors and one underground floor. Roofed by a single-layer flat roof of soft PVC. The building will be used to perform the services, the fire brigade. It will be used 24 hours a day. In the basement is located warehouse, HVAC room, utility room and a lounge with an alternative source of electricity. On the first floor are designed garages for storage technique and also the dressing room, workroom, washing box, warehouse, room for chemical-technical service and concierge. The second floor is designed to serve firefighters. The second part of the building is a training tower, which will be used to train firefighters and for drying hoses. The training tower is designed as a simple steel structure with four floors. The project was developed in the educational version of ArchiCAD 16th project is designed in accordance with the requirements of a layout, architectural design, structural design proper and safe use of the building.

The building has two floors and one basement. The kindergarten is for 60 children and for 11 employees. The building serves as a preschool institution for raising children. The supporting structure consists of a precast concrete frame supplemented in the basement by a cast-in-place wall and a foundation slap. External walls and partitions form sand-lime bricks Sendwich. The external walls are completed with Orsilt TF Profi mineral insulation th. 280 mm. The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new library and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The library is located on the outskirts of the village Jiříkovice on a flat plot. The building is designed as a detached building with an underground floor and two above-ground floors. The individual floors are connected by staircases and a lift. The above-ground part of the building contains library, office part and café. The underground part of the building contains archive, stores and technical facilities. The structural system of a building is designed from cast-in-place concrete frame with filling from ceramic blocks. Horizontal structural system is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete point-supported slabs. Part of facade is from wood and part is with contact thermal insulation system with mineral wool insulation. Roof construction is designed as flat green roof.
