Up until the Kralice Bible, Old Czech biblical translations, traditionally divided into four translations, were based solely on the Latin Vulgate. This thesis examines all available Old Czech and Early Modern Czech biblical sources created before the Kralice Bible and assesses whether they contain the Song of Songs, one of the sapiental books, and if so, it attempts to identify whether the translation stems from an earlier version, or of it is a new translation. Several versions from the four Old Czech bible translations and later prints of the 16th century were then chosen as sources for representative editions of the Song. Based on those editions, a linguistic analysis of the texts was performed, oriented on phonologic, morphologic, lexical and syntactic features, which eventually yielded several tendencies in selected aspects of the linguistic development of the Czech language.

Criminological and criminal law aspects of the ransomware spread Abstract This diploma thesis examines different aspects of criminology and criminal law with the issue of the malware spread in the form of ransomware. This text is divided into two main parts. First, the theoretical part consists of the chapters about cybercrime, malware and criminological and criminal law aspects of ransomware spread. It uses the substantive law and also procedural law perspective. All chapters are divided into subchapters dealing with the questions of offenders and victims, criminal law qualification of the ransomware phenomena and with related concepts used for the broader understanding of this kind of cybercrime. Second, the analytical part follows. This thesis combines different criminological research methods and tries to verify the main hypothesis regarding the increase in the number of ransomware attacks in the Czech Republic. The hypothesis is as follows: "The number of ransomware attacks registered by the Police of the Czech Republic has been increasing since 2016". This hypothesis cannot be accepted due to missing relevant data from the Police of the Czech Republic and other institutions. (in English): The master's thesis deals with the question of how verb conjugation is presented in selected Czech textbooks for Russian-speaking students. It focuses on the way selected teaching materials classify Czech verbs and introduce their conjugation. The verb classification used in textbooks is compared with that in grammar books for native Czech speakers and that in grammar books for foreigners. and with CEFR recommendations for Czech at A1 and A2 levels. Each of the analyzed textbooks presents a system of Czech verbs in their own way. There is no unified approach to the classification of verbs. The systems used in textbooks differ between those in grammar books for native speakers and in those for foreigners. The aim of the work is to reveal similarities and differences in the classification and presentation of verbs in selected textbooks. The analysis of the gaps in the presentation of verb classes in present tense can be useful in the creation of teaching materials.

Book of maps will determined for pupils 1. – 2. class primary school and serve at teaching hours of elementary technig. The main focus of the work is to search for the greatest Czech, according to opinion of the 9th grade students. Other goal was to create and apply a project, through which we gathered information. Another goal was to find out if the students are interested in these persons out of the school education. Two methods were used to fulfil these goals - a survey and a project. The results of survey are: 1st place - Charles Fourth, 2nd place - Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk and 3rd place - Václav Havel. The survey also showed that students are in mostly interested in these persons. If they do, they use internet and documentary movies as main sources of information rather than specialised literature. The final reflection of the project indicates that students liked it and considered it as interesting.
