This thesis deals with the structure of the Czech labour market and is mainly focused on the role of education. First part describes historical discrepancies between supply and demand of the labour force, its causes and economic development consequences. It is shown here how education and economic development are related as well as how level of education influences living standard of an individual. Second part focuses on current requierements of the Czech employers regarding specialization and reached level of education. The aim is to find causes and consequences of labour market disequilibrium. The thesis considers pros and cons of current increase of graduates in the Czech Republic compared to the European Union. The thesis concludes with a forecast in this area.

In the second, common part describes public international law and it's relation to the national law. Subsequently the system of sources of public international law and application of the international treaties to the system of the national law. In the third, analytical part describes relationship between international and the Czech law, it's historical development and present situation and the relation of the Czech national law to the acquis communautaire as well.

The thesis defines consumer protection law in the Czech Republic and compares it with italian law. The subject of this comparison is the substance of the law clauses but also the overall level of legal protection, consistency, system and comprehensibility of the laws and quality of european directives implementation. The thesis is divided into chapters - definitions, information, advertising, consumer contracts, safety and quality of products and consumer associations. In the conclusion some potential changes that could be made to czech system, based on good experience in Italy, are suggested.

This graduation theses compares the system of investment incentives in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and their role in the framework of economic policy of both countries. It analyzes the effect of investment incentives on the basic macroeconomic indicators of both countries -- gross domestic product, unemployment and balance of payments. On the basis of ascertained facts are identified same characteristics and main differences of these systems.

I deal with analysis of Czech medial market in my work, especially with analysis for needs of PR specialists. The object of my work is description of cooperation between PR specialists and Medias. I made qualitative research. Another aim is to make a list of all Czech Medias.

This work analyses possible impacts of environmental tax reforms (ETR) on czech companies the first year in force. It also focus on environmental taxation in Europe, its history and first ETRs in Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and Germany. Czech ETR was introduced 1.1. 2008 and its main aspects are analysed.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to characterize the development of Austria after World War Two, to chart its progressive integration into Europe and to evaluate its present position in the European Union. The first chapters of the thesis describe the economic and political development of Austria from 1945 to 2000; attention is paid to the gradual integration of Austria into the European Communities. Furthermore, the thesis concentrates on the development of Austria after 1995. It analyses the economic impact of its entry into the EU as well as its present position in the Union. It also discusses selected themes such as the first and second Austrian presidency of the EU, sanctions on Austria, the Austrian approach to the eastern enlargement of the EU and the Austrian citizens' view on the EU. It shortly addresses the contemporary relations of Austria and the Czech Republic.

This thesis compares Czech and German law concerning contract of purchase on the internet, where one of the contractual partner is consumer. It compares and evaluate constract of purchase in general, then the implementation of European directives concerning consumer rights.

This graduation theses is concerned with the economic development of the economies of Latin America and the Caribbean and economic relations of the Czech republic with these latinoamerican countries, especially trade and business relatins with Chile, Argentina, Brasil and Mexico. The purpose of the gradution theses was to analyse and mutual compare the progress of trade and business relations of these four selected countries and the possibility of czech enterprises to succeed on trade market of these countries.
