Stavba dřevěných karosérií automobilů

Kupková, Veronika January 2016 (has links)
This thesis aims to clarify technological procedures used to produce wooden automobile bodies. It presents Morgan Motor company, only company still continualy producing cars with ash tree framework and whose products are gradualy gaining more and more popularity. Core part of this thesis focuses on detailed description of technological procedure for veneer-coating Skiff-type bodies, used in past by french company Labourdette and on the same procedure with usage of modern materials and technologies, as it is done in Jiří Hemzals company. The thesis summerises knowledge of materials properties and principles necessary to sustain quality needed for producing wooden automobile bodies.

Výzkum trhu dřevěných pelet v České republice / Marketing research of bio pellets in Czech republic

Kožoušková, Kateřina January 2009 (has links)
The marketing research was made because firm Leitiger wanted to entry to the czech market. They need a complete research of wood pellets. There is made a political situation, analysis of the houses, analysis of the gas, analysis of the coal. Then there is a comperation of the fuels. The main part of this research is analysis of the competitors.

Návrh dřevěného odrážedla

Kraus, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
The main goal of the thesis is to design a prototype of wooden balance bike fitted to demands of ACER WOODWAY s.r.o. Thesis is chronologically arranged same as the progress of prototyping was realized. Practical steps are blended with theory, which was essential to study before moving forward. Renderrings of final solution and production drawnings was made as final result of thesis.

Povrchová úprava jevištních podlah

Koutník, Daniel January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of physical-mechanical properties of pigmented surface finishes used for solid wood pine flooring. The theoretical part deals with stage floor systems and interior public floors. Furthermore, it analyzes the requirements for interior public floors and the ways of its stressing and finishing. Experimental measurements of surface finishing are performed by using test methods. Waterborne and polyurethane coatings were selected for surface finishing. The aim of this work is to compare individual physical-mechanical properties and to develop the most suitable surface finishing for stage floors. Subsequently, the technological procedure for its completion is determined.

Dřevostavba rodinného domu v Bystřici nad Olší

Rybarčák, Andrej January 2017 (has links)
The thesis focuses on building project documentation needed for building approval of a wood frame house from wooden I-joists. It is a solitaire two-storey object without basement, with low pitch roof, exterior terrace and covered parking space for two cars. The construction project is based on the design project from the architect. The output of the thesis is divided to two parts. The first one represents technical reports of the building, radiation heat transfer coefficient of the house shell and house cost estimation. The second part includes drafting plans of the house and important construction details.

Stavebně-technický průzkum vodního mlýna v Leskovci u Březové a návrh sanačních opatření

Orlík, Jakub January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical state of wooden support structures of water mill in Leskovec near Březová (Opava district). The purpose of this research was to determine the range of the abiotic and biotic damage to each of the major elements of a timber floors and roof structures. The scope of damage was determined by sensual and instrumental methods (Arborsonic Decay Detector and Resistograph 4453). The measurement results were recorded and compared with values indicated in literature sources. It was enabled to create overall technical condition report of the mill by evaluating gathered data. The report led afterwards to suggestion of remediation measures. Structural wood elements of the water mill will be preserved in a satisfactory condition by implementing these remediation measuers

Pilový kotouč v procesu podélného řezání materiálů na bázi dřeva

Veselý, Přemysl January 2014 (has links)
In this dissertation thesis there is listed characteristics of circular saw blades, their distribution, influence of construction adjustments on final behavior of blade in the process of machining, problematic of oscillation of blades a mutual interaction among quality of machined surface, noise and dust. The thesis covers the problems of oscillation of circular saw blades as when idling and operating - the cutting process; and by the use of three circular saw blades with different construction modifications. These aforementioned construction measures are also compared to each other due to the implementation of standard construction saw blades not only from the perspective of oscillation, but also from the perspective of the roughness of the machined surface and the analysis of wood waste generated during cutting and noise. In the theoretical part there is an analysis of available literature and scientific theses. It outlines the particular publications devoted to methods of determining the shapes of oscillation, determining critical, resonant and recommended speed, blade constructions, including possible modifications, the theory of cutting saw blades including determining the size and shape of the splints and the effects of noise on the work environment. An important part of this work is methodology involving direct measurements for detection of unstable states of discs (resonance and critical speed. In this section it is further evaluated measuring of the oscillation of the test saw blade and verification of the proposed methodology with a different and practiced, commonly known method, so called cold shapes: The author also seeks to explore and determine the effect of different tooth pitch and method of execution of slots along with soundproofing grooves on noise levels, the resulting quality of the machined surface of various wood. The generated waste is then analyzed for splitting wood particles in particular size group with the percentage of each chip. The results of the experiment are in discussion confronted with the available scientific theses, taking into account with normal operating conditions, of which the conclusion is drawn.

Posouzení použitého druhu dřeva na vlastnosti jádra snowboardové desky / Assessment of the impact of the type of wood on the properties of snowboard board core

Jiřík, Adam January 2016 (has links)
Snowboarding as one of the fastest developing sports nowadays forces manufacturers to improve equipment for this sport or to introduce other innovations that would enhance pleasure of the ride. The most important and expensive part of the equipment is the snowboard itself. So far, the high-quality snowboards with the best ride properties include wood core. Every year a competition called Good Wood is organized for the best snowboard models of the season. This thesis deals with design and assessment of the new innovative composition of snowboard cores using different combinations of wood and other structural solutions. These compositions were compared with an already time-proven composition currently used by Hackboards Ltd. company. By using the stress simulation with the finite element method in SolidWorks Simulation program the stress progress and the deflection size of designed cores and the reference core were found out. Part of this thesis was also determining some of the physical and mechanical properties of native wood types according to relevant norms. Measured values were used to verify possibilities of using data of appropriate wood type from literatur efor simulation. Designed composition of the wood core formed by battenboard combining by poplar and beech reached very similar values as the reference composition formed by battenboard made of poplar and ash. The composition of combined laminated poplar and beech veneers showed a little worse properties. The composition formed by beech battenboard and the composition of laminated beech veneers showed worse properties in comparison with the reference composition.
