The Land Registry is one of the largest information systems with extraordinary requirements on the accuracy and reliability of the data in it. The seeking and repairing the incorrect data in Land Registry is the up-to-date charge aimed to improve the status of the land registry data and in this way strengthen the sureness and confidence of the owners related to the Land Registry. In my work is described the process how to solve erroneous data in the Land Registry. This effort has the aim to keep the Land Registry in conformity to all laws, documents and other data, which were put to the Land Registry to keep it up-to-date. The situation in terrain, in reality is obliged to be in perfect correspondence with the one registrated in Land Register, too.

The selection of variables problem is ussual problem of statistical analysis. Solving this problem via Bayesian statistic become popular in 1990s. We re- view classical methods for bayesian variable selection methods and set a common framework for them. Indicator model selection methods and adaptive shrinkage methods for normal linear model are covered. Main benefit of this work is incorporating Bayesian theory and Markov Chain Monte Carlo theory (MCMC). All derivations needed for MCMC algorithms is provided. in English - The Employment of Persons with Disabilities in the Czech Republic The topic of the thesis is the matter of employment of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic. I selected this topic based on both my own work experience in this area, especially trainings for disabled persons, as well as provision of advice to persons with disabilities and insight gained during the above- mentioned activities as well as my efforts to deepen the related knowledge in the area. Based on the activities in this field of law I learned about problematic aspects, problematic and old legislation, frauds in the area of substitute performance and secondary problems related to employment of persons with disabilities, especially in the area of numerous changes in the area of cards for special benefits or compensatory aids. The more problems I knew about, the more I was convinced that I wanted to deal with them in my scientific work. Another reason was that within the primary research I learned that no professional publication was published in past five years. Resumé The topic of my thesis is the employment of people with disabilities. In the thesis I deal with legal status of persons with disabilities and the instruments for protection and support in the area of employment. The thesis is divided into the introduction, nine chapters divided further into sub-chapters and sections, the conclusion and the annexes. The first chapter defines the term person with disability under international law, specifically in documents of International Labour Organisation, World Health Organisation, United Nations Organisation, Council of Europe, and under Czech legal system. In the second chapter I deal with the provisions of working conditions of persons with disabilities under the above international organisations. Furthermore, this chapter presents the actual actions of Council of Europe in the area of the rights of persons with disabilities. The third chapter briefly covers the European Union legislation of employment of people with disabilities The fourth chapter covers the fundamental rights and the principles related to employment of people with disabilities. My master's degree thesis focuses on special Czech social security benefit, which can be perhaps called "benefit for personal care". In the first chapter I explicate the topic and conceptions I will work with in the following text. The second chapter describes legislation which precedes the Act of social services containing the "benefit for personal care". This Act had come in force in 2006 and has come into effect since 1st January 2007. I compared construction of previous supports and " benefit for personal care" The third chapter explains in detail rules of law which regulate conditions of claim for benefit for personal care, administrative procedure, etc. The level of benefit relates to the degree in which needy person depends on help of other individual. The method used for establishing this degree is highlighted in the 4th chapter. The 4th chapter is subdivided into two major parts according to operations and procedures used to establish degree of applicant's dependence. I especially focused on aspects of establishing proper degree of dependence for visually impaired people. This thesis deals with a position of persons with disability (PWD) in the labor market from the perspective of these individuals. Based on the data obtained by questionnaire survey was conducted SWOT analysis which shows that PWD do not perceive negatively their own position on labor market. However, there is always something to improve, whether by themselves or in the surroundings in which they move. Furthermore, this thesis analyzes the impact of legislative measures to promote the employment of people with disabilities in 2000 - 2014. Based on the data obtained by the Czech Statistical Office was conducted regression analysis of three models. Estimates of econometric models support the hypothesis that higher unemployment in the case of persons without a disability employment is declining persons with disabilities. Further, it failed to confirm the hypothesis that the impact of legislative changes to promote employment for persons with disabilities has a positive effect on the employment of these persons. The last hypothesis that says that these legislative changes have no impact on the unemployment rate of persons without a disability was confirmed.

This thesis deals with the issue of persons with disabilities in the labor market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to persons with disabilities in terms of the labor market and their employment legislation and also explain all the tools employment aid these people. In the practical part of the thesis deals with the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of persons with disabilities and through its own research among employers are trying to determine what the position of these persons in the Czech labor market and attempts to suggest changes to improve the current situation.

The main goal of this work is to provide managers with complex methodology for the implementation of software supporting customer relationship management. Because the activity is done only occasionally, the methodology is based on theoretical findings of project management which the first part focuses on. The specifics of the multinational company where the software implementation was provided were taken into consideration. The implementation itself is described in chapters corresponding with the theoretical base and prepared project plan as the main implementation document. Described are practical experiences which I gained as the manager responsible for leading the project. During project realisation a number of theoretical findings were confirmed, as well as managers' practical experiences, both positive and negative. Regarding the importance and character of the problems it is expected that similar activity will be repeated in the future. The project provides information on how to prepare for implementation.
