Thesis explains basic terms connected to CRM strategy, different sorts and its components. CRM concept is apllied on the banking area using the example of czech commercial bank.

Everyone seeks to minimize his tax liability. Generally, we can say that reducing the tax burden takes several forms. In this diploma thesis I deal with specific area - "tax avoidance", which is properly defined in the first chapter. Analysis and subsequent synthesis of the jurisprudence of the Supreme Administrative Court evaluates the current state of interpretation and usefulness of individual instruments by the tax authorities "correct" avoidant behavior of taxpayers. Interpretation of Czech courts is supplemented by a specific key court decisions of the European Court of Justice, defining the rules of one particular instrument. Finally, a Czech tax policy recommendation on the need for adaptation and mainly the general principle against tax avoidance in the Czech tax law could be found at the end of this thesis.

The concept of logistics and integrated supply chains is defined in the theoretical part. Moreover, this part outlines the task of logistics in the company and the role of warehousing. The analytical part focuses on warehouse area and on warehouse processes in the warehouse of Electrolux. The crucial topic of this part is the evaluation of possible alternatives of warehouse processes rationalisation.

The Master's thesis deals with the issues of the arms trade between Mexico and USA, focusing on the arms trafficking. The first chapter introduces the topic in general and analyzes the current situation of the world market in small arms and light weapons. The second and third chapter describe the characteristics of arms trade and its legislative framework in both countries - USA, Mexico - define local specifics and identify main trading partners. Bilateral trade in SALW between USA and Mexico, its process and practice how the trading takes place, is described in fourth chapter. The impact of arms trade on both countries is defined in the fifth chapter together with designed proposals to help to restrict illegal arms trafficking between partners and to reduce its negative impacts.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is the analysis of macroeconomic development of China in 1990 - 2014 in four key economic areas: economic performance, financial sector, labor market and internal and external equilibrium. The main hypothesis is that China is not threatened by a hard-landing in the next few years. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and defines the research framework. In the empirical part is conducted the analysis of the selected indicators in that framework, consisting of internal and external equilibrium, labor market and demographic trends, financial sector, fiscal and monetary policies and additional growth factors. The result of the empirical part is the construction of a SWOT matrix. At the end there are proposed the recommendations for setting the future economic policy in China.

This diploma thesis disserts about Customer Relationship Management -- CRM. CRM is a modern management strategy, which targets a customer as an actual center of all company processes and decisions in all departments and by all employees. The thesis describes the evolution of the CRM strategy and CRM theoretical base. It focuses at one industry: aerospace, which is analyzed; its state, main participants and functional rules including barriers of entry. A particular company is presented: Honeywell, whose CRM is analyzed. CRM process gaps are identified, a specific gap is found as fundamental and its solution and implementation of the solution is designed. The objective is to enhance CRM process effectiveness, ensure beneficent customer relationship management, provide higher level of relationships with the targeted customers and enable sales growth.

This thesis deals with the analysis of internet social networks and their relationship with users. It also discusses their business model and marketing purposes. The aim is to create an overview of the process of genesis and evolution of social networks in the Czech Republic and the world, the reasons for their formation and to analyze their current business model. The aim is also to describe the opportunities of social networks in business, especially how to use them to advertising, products promotion and customer relationship management. This thesis describes the different types of ads and their properties, then analyzes the major social networks operating in the Czech environment and shows their characteristics in marketing and the opportunities they offer for companies looking for new customers or employees. There's also analyzed the relationship between social networks and users, influence of social network od thein users and their impact on consumption. Then there is described the user view, processing of personal data, risks and threats of social networks. A between users in the most significant Czech social network follows and the resulting recommendations. In this thesis, you can find advices and recommendations on how to use the opportunities of social networks in promoting products and communication of companies with customers.
