Application of TRIZ to Develop an In-Service Diagnostic System for a Synchronous Belt Transmission for Automotive Application

Jupp, M.L., Campean, Felician, Travcenko, J. January 2013 (has links)
Yes / Development of robust diagnostic solutions to monitor the health of systems and components to ensure through life cost effectiveness is often technically difficult, requiring an effective integration of design development with research and innovation. This paper presents a structured application of TRIZ and USIT (Unitied Structured Inventive Thinking) to generate concept solutions fur an in-service diagnostic system for a synchronous belt drive system for an automotive application. The systematic exploration through TRIZ and USIT methods has led to the development of six concept solution ideas directed at the functional requirement to determine the state or condition of the belt. The paper demonstrates that the combined deployment of TRIZ and USIT frameworks is a valuable approach addressing difficult design problems. (C) 2013 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V. Úpravy střižných postupových nástrojů / Adjustments Shearing Procedure Tools

Dziuban, Jiří January 2016 (has links)
This thesis explains how to determine and eliminate the causes of quality problems in the production of connectors and small electronic components for the automotive industry. The process of making these components is carried out by use of both high speed and low speed metal stamping presses. There are descriptions of the different designs of editing punches, stamping dies, trimming and molding tools and how unplanned issues can occur during the production process. It addresses all the customer requirements for quality end products, listing the type of material, finishes and technology used for the production of individual components as well as their functionality, durability, and economic impacts. All examples of changes in the design or technology of metal stamping presses are based on many years of practical experience and most of them can be successfully applied in other similar type of instrument production.

Acosta Zazueta, Gonzalo Rafael 11 April 2024 (has links)
The design was enriched through components programmed in Python, facilitating the implementation of both essential and non-essential substructures and elements. In the conclusions, the effectiveness of the tool in improving generative design is emphasized, addressing cross-cutting factors such as aesthetics, leveraging computer usage in the early stage of design, and the stability of the proposed solutions. The contribution of this research is reflected in the creation of a robust and effective tool, providing a new approach in the field of design tools in the conceptual stage. Administrativní budova v Brně, stavebně technologická příprava stavby / Administrative building Brno, Civil technical project

Sokola, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
Thesis I worked on a project basis provided the building permit for an office complex of two identical fourth storey buildings which from the first storey intersects the inner atrium. The buildings are located within the CTZone Brno in the street Masna. The buildings are designed so that the ground floor is a garage for cars and retail space for rent and above-ground floors are reserved for office space lease. Objects are based on a floating pile conducted by the CFA, which builds prefabricated concrete skeleton. The cladding is formed by a combined system of aluminum windows, masonry face and sheet plotted on a system of stainless steel brackets. Roofing of buildings is done running flat roofs, the roofing of the atrium serves as a walkable roof. The garage is designed bearing slab plate fitted topping for added durability. Internal Partition Walls and walls are made of aerated concrete blocks. Thesis deals with construction technological preparations for the construction and contains a technical report, coordinating the situation buildings with wider relationships routes, time and financial plan, study the implementation of the main stages, the project site equipment, design tools, technological regulation, inspection and test plan, itemized budget, comparing two designs rough superstructure and appropriate drawings.
