In educational institutions education, oriented to special skills, abilities and the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, exausted its possibilities in attitude of modified requirements of activity system and the needs of society. Developing a social service system for children which have special needs becomes very topical and important while foreseeing the organization forms, trends, modes and methods of social aid at school. One of the main point of contemporary modern education organization is team work. Education system organizations haven’t enough team work experience. The object of the research – creating a team work model, working with the children having special needs. Pedagogues team work quality depends on their age, work experience, positive managers their action evaluation, organization style managing. The object of this master work is: to create a model of the team work, working with children which have special needs in the boarding school.
