Srb, Ondřej January 2017 (has links)
Thesis title: Public interest, politics and developers The thesis deals with issues of public interest, politicians and developers. The aim of the thesis is to map the conditions for new buildings and determine what the public interest is in urban planning. The thesis is focuses mainly on the territory of Prague. For that purpose thesis analyze the relationships between terms and analysis of the legal framework and a description of practical experience in construction. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is divided into two main parts and is dedicated to the term of public interest, first from the interdisciplinary and subsequently from the legally perspective. This chapter provides a better understanding and grasp of the term. In the first part thesis interprets the works of prominent thinkers who work with the term, especially the genesis of the words "public" and "interest". This is followed by a search for a corrective to the capitalist view of the public interest, as well as view of the public interest as the interest of certain groups, as well as modeling system to determine public interest in the decisions of politicians. The second part analyzes the term based on the analysis of case law and legislation. The second chapter focuses on the conditions for the placement...

Klingestam, Désirée, Lindberg, Patric January 2022 (has links)
New technology is a key to be able to evolve and be in thecutting edge in system development. System developmentteams within an organization, and the individuals within theteam, must adopt and accept new technology in a fast pace.Even though teamwork is a crucial part in the daily life of asystem developer, there is a lack of studies who has taken acloser look at teams in system development and theacceptance of new technology and working methods. Theauthors therefore saw the need to investigate the correlationbetween a system development team and the acceptance ofnew technology and working methods. The study hasexamined a government-controlled organization and theirwork with introducing development principles to the systemdevelopment teams. The aim of this study is “FromTechnology Acceptance Model 3 point of view identify criticalfactors who affects the acceptance of development principles for asystem development team.” To fulfill the aim a researchquestion has been constructed “What critical factors lie behindthe team´s acceptance of the development principles?”. Theresearch question has been answered on the basis of thequalitative research approach and semi-structuredinterviews. Where the analysis takes support of TAM3 toidentify the critical factors in TAM3. The analysis resulted infive critical factors which was considered to affect theacceptance of the development principles within a systemdevelopment team. The five identified factors wereExperience, Voluntariness, Output Quality, Job Relevance andResult Demonstrability. From the identified factors, Experiencewas considered as a factor who needs further studies wherefuture research can investigate different kinds of experienceand what role the different kinds of experience might havefor each individual factor that Experience influence / Inom systemutveckling är ny teknik en nyckel till att kunnautvecklas och ligga i framkant.
