Purpose: To verify that the psychodiagnostics Vienna Test System (VTS) can be used to test the critical level performance characteristics, abilities and skills which are necessary to drive a car, or which are affecting it, on long-term marijuana users. Methods: Two semi-structured interviews, questionnaire, administration of the test battery VTS. Conclusion: It is possible to construct a test battery to be used on long-term marijuana users, which can determine whether the subject is theoretically able to drive even under the influence of THC. This master thesis deals with the technical diagnostics, focusing mainly on vibration diagnostics. This problematice is described in the first part of this work on a theoretical level. The next part describes the paper machine, diagnostic system and the measuring points are classified into databases. The practical part of this work consists of a proposal for the methodology of vibration diagnostics for a paper machine, the procedure for measuring and evaluating the measured values. Part of the work is also a practical example of the measurement of the central cylinder, on which the procedure is tested, and the compilation of new limit values.

The master’s thesis deals with organizational culture and its influence on the motivation of employees in the company Foreigners.cz, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to identify the organizational culture of the chosen company and its influence on employee motivation. On the basis of the data obtained, solutions are proposed to enhance the employee motivation.

This master thesis deals with the vibration diagnostics of machine vibrations during unit tests in industrial company Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o Drásov. In the master thesis is elaborated a design of the diagnostic system which contains selected methods of vibration diagnostics, methology, procedure of measurement and evaluation of measured values. The part of master thesis is also a practical example of measurement on which the mentioned system is tested.

This diploma thesis deals with a view to the special pedagogical diagnostic issue accordance to the children with multiple disabilities. By these children whose disability is mostly the hardest character is making special pedagogical diagnostic as much as correct and accurate very difficult. This diagnostic is very important for developing an individual plan of a special pedagogical intervention. The work is focused on both the individual areas of special pedagogical diagnostic and the complex diagnostic tools. In these areas are mentioned the methods and the materials of a foreign literature which is possible to use with a group of children with multiple disabilities. In the second part of the thesis are developed the results of a survey which brings a practical look to this issue. All these collected knowledge and experience should have become the benefit which should have been a starting point for searching other partial methods. These methods are dealing, for now, with still newly making issue of special pedagogical diagnostics of children with multiple disabilities.

In this thesis, we deal with the issue of invasive methods of prenatal care from a nursing perspective using standardized classification schemes NANDA, NIC and NOC, which offer many opportunities to streamline, simplify and improve the care of women who undergo invasive procedures. The theoretical part is focused on screening in prenatal care, individual invasive methods and the most common congenital malformations of the child. Furthermore, standardized classification systems NANDA, NIC and NOC, which represent a common nursing language. The empirical part of the dissertation is processed using qualitative strategy. To collect data, we selected the following research methods: content analysis of documents, evaluation using Fehring's model. The first goal was to detect and identify the problems that women face after amniocentesis (AMC), chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and cordocentesis and second goal was to assess the applicability of selected issues of classification systems NANDA, NIC and NOC with Fehring's model of validation of nursing diagnoses. Using content analysis, we have selected three nursing diagnosis from the NANDA International Taxonomy II, from publication of Nursing Interventions clasification (NIC) 3 nursing interventions and from Nursing Outcomes Clasification (NOC) 4 expected results, which are focused on the respondents after invasive methods. From selected nursing diagnoses of NANDA, NIC interventions and NOC expected results, we have developed a research form, specific questionnaire we submitted to the validation by respondents. The survey was carried out from January to March 2015 in the polyclinic GENNET Ltd. - Centrum of Medical genetics and reproductive medicine and in a private clinic OG Medical Center Ltd. The sample consisted of 34 intentionally selected respondents who underwent amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, or cordocentesis. The outcome of this thesis is the basic concept of the nursing diagnosis, according to NANDA-I, NIC and NOC aimed at women after invasive methods for prenatal care. Research has shown that with the the vast majority of respondents significantly exhibited symptoms of fear and anxiety. In contrast, in terms of the respondents reported that the knowledge of the issue is sufficient. This result is influenced by the fact that respondents find a lot of information on the Internet, but that may not always be true. Unfortunately, the results showed that it is more a problem of communication and interest of the medical staff.

The thesis Diagnostics of rotating electric machines deals with the theory of diagnostics of rotating machines, focusing especially on the diagnosis of asynchronous motors of high power. Due to the importance of maintaining the trouble-free condition of these machines with regard to serviceability, the importance of their diagnosis is growing. Due to inappropriate working conditions or for many other reasons, different types of malfunctions may occur in the machine. The list and the way of occurrence of possible failures are included and explained in this thesis. With the growing age of the machine, it is important to check the insulation status through insulation testing. These tests are performed in the practical part of the thesis and the results are presented. In the case of asynchronous machines, each anomaly leaves a signature in the form of an electrical, magnetic or vibrational signal. These signals are analyzed and evaluated using a specific measuring equipment with the intention of deciding on the current state of the machine. Motor current signature analysis (MCSA) is considered to be the main diagnostic method of asynchronous machines in this thesis. This method is described in detail in this paper and is being applied in electrical engineering.

The master´s thesis deals with organizational culture and its effect on efficiency of VeSt servis, s.r.o. The aim of this paper was to analyse the content of organizational culture of the chosen company, to assess its content in relation to efficiency of the organization and based on the results of the completed survey the possibility of changing the real content of organizational culture to better comply with the desired content was suggested.

This thesis analyzes the current state of organizational culture and content agency Novalja and its impact on the efficiency of company operations. The aim is to analyze the current organizational culture in the selected companies, to assess its status in terms of effectiveness and, based on research to determine solutions that would help the current culture to the desired state.

The objective of this Master´s thesis was analysis of Organizational Culture in manufacturing company, detrmination of recent state and suggestion of arrangement which leads to improvement of deficiencies within company strategy and productivity. Survey about recent state of organizational culture in this company was based on written inquiry and interviews.
