Developmental trends in labor law in light of automation, digitization and robotization Abstract This master thesis deals with developmental trends in labor law in the light of automation, digitization and robotization. It analyzes the individual trends and gives the evidence that the dynamic pace of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has a significant impact on labor law sub-institutes and the overall labor-law paradigm. The work itself is divided into four parts. The first and second part set out the starting points and basic concepts and analyze the developmental trends that have influenced the world of work since the beginning of human history. There is an emphasis on the similarity of historical development trends with current trends. The third part of the thesis analyzes the current developmental trends in labor law by prism of the values established in the first part of the thesis. It focuses on the ability of the Czech Labor Code to regulate flexible forms of employment. At the same time, it emphasizes the factual changes in labor relations and the legal status of their participants in the digital era. This thesis is an attempt to formulate a personal manifesto of a film maker. An attempt to a reflection from a creative, technological, social and historical point of view. An attempt to find a personal answer to a fundamental ontological question: what is film? What is light? What is the nature of the relationship between film maker and the apparatus he uses. All that with a emphasis to practical application. Therefore one chapter is a case study of a special projection aparatus called Archeoscope which is both a result - embodiment - as well as an initiation of some of the thoughts mentioned above.

The technical paper deals with the application of 3D scanning for the preparation of cast machining which is a part of steam turbines manufactured by the Industrial Turbo machinery branch office of the Siemens Ltd. in Brno. There is a theoretic explanation of general terms which relate to the 3D digitization process in the first part. Further in the theoretic part, the used digitization systems TRITOP and ATOS are described in detail. In practical part, the analysis of the current process has been carried out and the alternate process of the cast preparation for a subsequent machining has been suggested. By means of above mentioned systems, the cast has been converted in a digital form and compared with the source CAD module. The comparison results in material allowance check and the suitable setting for a following machining process. In conclusion, the technical economic evaluation of both processes has been carried out.

Digitalization of cinemas brings the biggest change in the distribution of films in the last decades and its impact affects all cinemas worldwide. The new programming options, extended range of alternative content and deeper dramaturgy are among other news which have been brought by digitalization. Are these new opportunities sufficient to make the classic and art-house cinemas competitive with multiplex? The content of this work is analyse of the art-house cinemas in the Czech Republic. It explores the impact of digital distribution of films on these cinemas. Financing and technological changes which cinemas had to go through during the process of digitalization is the main focus of the work. The overall evaluation of the impact of digitization on the art-house cinemas is based on a comparison of art-house cinemas and their data relating to the digitalization and results of the questionnaire which has been sent to selected cinemas. The last part contains a brief comparison of the process of digitization of cinemas in the Czech Republic, The UK and Slovakia.

The film industry has been recently undergoing a significant technological change, which has made the traditional film strip an obsolete medium. The thesis called "Eschatology of the Film Strip" tries to define the basic differences between the photochemical and the electronical tradition of the moving image, and critically asses the transformation of the market. The thesis draws attention to many paradoxes caused by the pressured implementation of digital technologies, and argues for the classical photochemical film as a creative tool in it's own terms, able to find it's habitat in the context of fine arts. The author reflects upon the possibilities of new uses for the film strip and introduces the research project Kinoaparat.cz, focused on enlightenment in the field of traditional film art and technology.

The Master thesis deals with new forms of digital music sheets, selling musical materials and makes proposal for realization and financial options for project of music sheets database. The first chapter concerns the definition of digitalization, protection and security of digital data, and discusses a digitalization as an object of Czech cultural policy. The second chapter deals with digital and digitalized musical materials, with mention of music notation software and introduces the non-profit electronic resources of music sheets. The topic of the third chapter is development of music publishing, selling of musical materials and development of copyright in music. In the final fourth chapter the proposal for implementation of the project and possible funding of music sheets database is described.

The aim of the diploma thesis "The Role of Multimedia in Educational Support Systems" is to analyze the current role of multimedia in information systems and to explore the existent use of multimedia in the educational process at VŠE. By doing so, the reader will be presented with a comprehensive roundup of the current technological tendencies concerning multimedia and their use in the educational environment. Among the topics analyzed within the scope of the technological foundations establishing chapters are the current role of multimedia, data types, transmission channels and the digitizing process. In the subsequent section, multimedia is being perceived as a concrete tool supporting the educational process. Based on the research conducted at VŠE that analyzed the technological, financial and personnel conditions, a concept of multimedia learning model was proposed in the eighth and final chapter. The current state analysis and the proposed multimedia education model at VŠE constitute the author's principal contribution to the educational field and at the same time a starting point for a future melioration of multimedia education deployment at VŠE.

This work describes digitalization and creation of ultralight aircraft 3D model in order to create accurate moulds for fuselage lamination. Right choice of technology is based on background research. Designed procedures are described in detail as well as used equipment, hardware and software. Objective of this project is application of available methods of digitalization to create 3D aircraft model and its usage for accurate mould design.
