The aim is to analyze the potential application of digital cultural materials in teaching marketing management of cultural heritage applications in the educational environment and the importance of using new technologies in the context of e-learning site studies as a competitive element of specialized academic disciplines Arts management. Through searches of the available materials, information, studies, projects, theses, foreign web databases on the use of digitization of cultural heritage for e-learning and presentation purposes are identified current capabilities and use of these resources in the educational sphere. Analysis of the current possibilities of our universities and performing competitive analysis of academic disciplines dealing with arts management in the Czech Republic outlined the possibility of implementing new technologies in education in the field of Arts Management, University of Economics, Prague. The benefits of work are suggestions for the implementation of digital technologies in higher education teaching marketing management of cultural heritage and simultaneously use their outputs in practice

This thesis explores history and development of music industry including tools of monetization, from the beginning of music publishing, inventions of various sound recording methods and related birth of recording industry, to various forms of internet-based distribution of recorded music. It especially focuses on digital means of music distribution and their influence on artists, recording companies as well as consumers -- listeners. It maps connections and consequences resulting from over one hundred old paradigm shift caused by rapid evolution of mobile technology and Internet. Especially the last chapter attempts to anticipate future of this market segment, based on the examples of particular artists, even though it is still in a process of on-going changes.

Territorial proceedings (de lege lata, de lege ferenda) Abstract The topic of this thesis is an analysis of problematic areas of procedural regulation in territorial proceedings according to the Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll., and the submission of proposals for their streamlining. The introduction refers to the regulation of spatial planning in the area where Czech Republic is currently located, including the introduction of spatial planning in foregoing Legislation of spatial planning. Subsequently, spatial planning tools and spatial planning bodies are introduced. The third chapter discusses in detail the process of territorial management. The issue of participation of participants in territorial proceedings is discussed in detail. Furthermore, the issue regarding the methods of service of documents via data-boxes and the so-called hybrid mail post, and the possibilities of reviewing the issued binding opinions is analyzed. In the end of the third chapter, the simplified forms of territorial proceedings, which are contained in the Building Act, are thoroughly introduced. In the final chapter, due to the author's opinion, the problematic areas of territorial proceedings were analyzed in detail, including proposals for their correction. For detailed results of this comparison there will also be analysis of two digital sport channels - ČT4 Sport and Trojka - in my diploma thesis. Both channels belong to public broadcasters. Modeling legal norms with computer programs Abstract The thesis is about the possibilities how to model programmable parts of law with computer. The goal was to create a working prototype of a computer model of a defined section of law. For this purpose the thesis set down a theory that included an analytical model of a legal system, compilation of the existing approaches in the computer domain focused on expert systems and representation Rules as Code and the factors to consider during the selection of a suitable domain to model. Based on that a custom logical model at the level of grammatical sentences was created, which was then transformed into a computer program. The thesis is concluded with the proposal to incorporate Rules as Code in the context of Czech legal and judicial system. In the theoretical framework the concept of a legal system is defined as a fundamental normative system, which claims itself to be both legitimate and enforceable. The thesis presents a model of legal domain usable for versatile legal systems, which covers phenomena such as collision of legal systems, metanorms, legal pluralism and finding of law by judges. The Master's thesis deals with the proposition of a suitable methodology to produce test specimens intended for tensile testing. Considering the irregular geometries of the parts and deformations in previous tests, reverse engineering was used to obtain a CAD model that was used to control dimensions and create a machining strategy.
