<p>This thesis for the Master of Science degree was performed at Oppunda Electronics AB. The assignment was to further develop an existing prototype of a dispensing equipment. The dispensing equipment doses a kind of glue, bonding which dentist use to mend teeth. The dispensing equipment is adjusted to dose 12 micro litres of bonding. With the dispensing equipment SafeBond Electronic the user can reduce the bonding consumption with approximately 50 percent. Furthermore will the handling of the bonding be more hygienic, because the photoelectric sensor allows the user to start a dosage without touching any part of the dispensing equipment. </p><p>The main requirements for the development was to reduce the size of the existing prototype and implement functions to makeit possible to change the dose time and display the current dose time. Some parts and components have been replaced and reorganized to reduce the size of the dispenser. The choice of a steep motor, which makes the rotation when a dosage is performed, is the largest contribution to shrink the size of the equipment. Also the new designed circuit board makes it possible to reduce the size of the dispensing equipment.</p><p>A LCD is used to show the current dose time. The LCD is a part of a LCD module. To change the dosing time two push buttons are being used. A microcontroller is controlling the steep motor. The microcontroller is a PIC16F877A from Microchip. The microcontroller in the dispensing equipment is controlling all the functions. The program code is designed to function in an interrupt routine. This makes it possible to set the processor in a sleep mode when the dispenser is not in use and decrease the power consumption. </p><p>More functions have been implemented in the dispenser and it is now more suitable for itsassignment. In the mean time it has been possible to reduce the size of the equipment. The chosen parts andcomponents make a good price function ratio. During the product development a lot of documentations have been done. Which make the dispensing equipment ready to be implemented in production.</p>

Desempenho energético e de qualidade de uma semeadora-adubadora de precisão à vácuo na implantação da cultura do milho de segunda safra /Kolachinski, Edson Felipe January 2020 (has links)
Orientador: Paulo Roberto Arbex Silva / Resumo: O potencial produtivo das lavouras de alta performance se define no momento da semeadura e para assegurar altos rendimentos nas culturas agrícolas é importante semear com qualidade. O objetivo geral do experimento foi de estudar parâmetros de qualidade operacional, qualidade de plantio e parâmetros de desempenho agronômico ¬¬na implantação da cultura do milho (Zea mays L.), por meio de uma semeadora-adubadora equipada com dosador pneumático em sistema de plantio direto na segunda safra. O trabalho foi conduzido em lavoura comercial, em esquema fatorial duplo (3x3), combinando-se, três velocidades de deslocamento (4,2; 7,3 e 10,1 km h-1) e três pressões de vácuo do sistema pneumático de dosagem de sementes (8,0; 10,0 e 12,0 MPa). Foram realizados dois experimentos, sendo o primeiro com disco dosador de semente de 40 perfurações e o segundo com disco dosador de 36 perfurações. Os experimentos foram desenvolvidos na fazenda Rio Verdinho localizada no Município de Itararé/SP, no ano agrícola de 2018 (milho da segunda safra). O delineamento experimental utilizado foi em blocos casualizados com 4 repetições. Foram avaliados os seguintes parâmetros: uniformidade na distribuição das sementes e plântulas na linha e em profundidade, distribuição do fertilizante, mobilização e cobertura do solo, demanda energética, dados agronômicos e produtividade da cultura do milho. Para atingir os objetivos propostos, utilizou-se análise estatística: ANOVA -One Way e ANOVA- Two Way com medidas repet... To ensure high yields of agricultural crops, it is important to have a high-quality sow. Therefore, the general objective of the experiment was to study the parameters for implementation of operational quality in the cultivation of second harvest corn (Zea mays L.), by means of vacuum seeder in the no-tillage system of soy straw, and understand to what degree these factors influence the agronomic characteristics and crop productivity. The study was conducted on commercial tillage, in a double factorial scheme (3x3), matching three travel speeds (4,2; 7,3 e 10,1 km h-1), and three vacuum pressures of the pneumatic seed dosing system (8,0; 10,0 e 12,0 MPa). Two experiments were conducted, one with a 36-hole seed disc and the other with a 40-hole disc. The experiments were carried out in the commercial area Farm, Rio Verdinho, located in the county of Itareré/SP, in the agricultural year of 2018 (second harvest corn). The experimental design was conducted in random blocks with four replications. Závislost povrchové struktury Fe2O3(012) na prostředí / Environment-Dependent Surface Structure of Fe2O3(012)Komora, Mojmír January 2018 (has links)
Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá štúdiom alfa-Fe2O3(012) vystaveného vodnému prostrediu. Súčasný stav poznania ohľadom oxidov železa s pozornosťou vkladanou do popisu alfa-Fe2O3 a jeho (012) povrchu je stručne zhrnutá. Experimentálná časť tejto práce začína s popisom unikátného zariadenia na depozíciu kvapalnej vody na povrchy monokryštalických vzoriek compatibilného s podmienkami ultra vysokého vákuua. Jednotlivé konštrukčné časti a detaily sú diskutované. Navrhnutý systém bol testovaný na vzorkách striebornej fólie a monokryštálu Fe3O4 s povrchovom v rovine [100]. Chemické zloženie a morfológia povrchu po experimente s kvapalnou vodou je diskutovaná. Navrhnuté zariadenie bolo použité na štúdium interakcie vody so známymi (1x1) a (2x1) povrchovými alfa-Fe2O3(012). Experimentálne dáta ukazujú, že voda sa viaže na obe reconštrukcie disociatívne s určitým množstvom molekulárnej vody naviazanej na adsorbované hydroxydi. (1x1) sa zdá javý stabilná po expozícii rôznym tlakom vodnej pary, zatial čo (2x1) vykazuje zmenu na (1x1) pri expozíciach vyšším tlakom vodnej pary alebo po niekolo minútovej expozíci electrónovému zväzku. Ďalej sú v tejto práci prezentované prvé výsledky z štúdie prechodu (1x1) rekonštrukcie na (2x1) pomocou mikroskpie nízkoenergiových elektrónov. Výsledky ukazujú, že táto premena na nižších teplotách je inciovaná na hranách atomárnych vrstiev a defektov na povrchu, ktorá potom postupuje smerom k stredu atomárnych terás. Meranie na vyšších teplotách vykazuje postupnú premenu povrchu naznačúju viaceru nukleačných centrech z ktorých sa (2x1) povrch širi ďalej.
