Arhitektonski diskursi promena odnosa funkcije i forme savremenog stana / Architectural discourses of function and form modifications in contemporary dwelling

Kubet Vladimir 09 October 2015 (has links)

no na razumevanju pojmova stana i doma kroz različite diskurse.
znati kroz diskurse o stanovanju.
struji (a pogotovo danas) mnoštvo arhitektonskih diskursa.
/
This thesis explores in detail the relationships between function and form of
contemporary dwelling, as well as the changes it goes through. It is based on
understanding the notions of the dwelling and home through different
discourses. Multidisciplinary approach established many explored connections
between life styles and contemporary Information and Communication
Technologies, which affect the change of the concept of a dwelling and
creation of many different atmospheres within a dwelling. This multitude is
used here as the methodological principle but is also observed as the
material myriad of different forms of housing that should be recognized
through discourses on dwelling. Reflecting on this phenomenon it is recognized
that singularities (i.e. dwelling unit) are also multitudes at the same
time, therefore every dwelling is always one concrete existence that has
many architectural discourses streaming through it, especially today.

Hansson, Annie, Månsson, Veronica January 2020 (has links)
Background: The population is increasingly getting older and increasingly has their own teeth. Despite this, oral health is a large part of nursing that is forgotten, which can cause the elderly person to suffer from oral health-related diseases and illnesses that could have been prevented. An unhealthy condition that can be linked to ill oral health is an increased risk of malnutrition, due to problems in the oral cavity and difficulties with nutrient intake. Aims: The aim of this study was to describe oral health in elderly people in nursing home and dwelling home, and possible connections between oral health and the nutritional status. Method: The study is a quantitative descriptive cross-sectional study based on data in collaboration with SNAC-B. The study included elderly people in Blekinge who were divided into two age categories, younger older (60–78 years) and older (> 81), and also the gender categories men and women. Analysis of data was performed in the statistical program SPSS, where variables to the study´s results were produced, and then reported as descriptive statistics. Result: The results show that majority of the elderly in both nursing homes and dwelling homes have ill oral health despite frequent visits to the dentist. The largest problem with oral health turned out to be chewing difficulties and dry mouth. The results show that the participants with ill oral health have no greater risk of malnutrition than those with healthy oral health. Conclusions: Teamwork between healthcare and dentistry needs to be improved, and collaboration between the two must be made possible. Oral health also the needs to be implemented in the occupation to become a natural part of the nursing work where the district nurse is responsible for the main knowledge and training of colleagues in the subject.
