The topics described in this diploma thesis belong to the area of digital systems testability analysis. Basic concepts as dependability, controllability, observability and testability are explained. Methods of raising testability and dependability of digital circuits are mentioned including the metrics which allow to evaluate testability parameters. Furthermore, the thesis describes the formal model of digital systems which introduces the implementing part of the thesis. Within this part, a program tool is demonstrated, which allows to identify the components of digital circuits and their function. The other function of the program tool is to create control circuits that check the correct function of such digital circuits.

Text in English / The purpose of the study was to explore and describe the perceptions of the HIV positive pregnant mothers regarding the PMTCT Option B+ programme in order to identify and describe gaps; and also help the Swaziland government address these gaps. The study was conducted in one of the public health units in the Manzini Region of Swaziland. The qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research design was used and data collection was done using individual interviews and field notes. Permission was also requested from the participants in order to record the interviews. Population of the study were all cases of HIV positive pregnant mothers enrolled on PMTCT Option B+ programme, and were aged between 18 and 40 years. Number of participants sampled was 20 and only 17 participants were interviewed. Themes of the study were: perceptions of being enrolled on the PMTCT Option B+ programme, understanding about PMTCT Option B+ programme and information needed with regard to PMTCT Option B+ programme, perceptions with the care received from the nurses and their assistance on PMTCT Option B+ programme, effectiveness of the PMTCT Option B+ programme and challenges of taking ARVs. The findings revealed that Option B+ programme was perceived as preventing HIV from mother-to-child. It boosts the mother’s immune system, prevents opportunistic infections and prolongs life. Knowledge and understanding of the programme was displayed by the participants even though challenges such as discrimination and no support by families and partners were mentioned. Improvement of the programme on how to prevent the spread of HIV to babies and strategies to assist participants on how to disclose were recommended. Describe la frecuencia de tipo de reborde residual alveolar según la clasificación de Seibert asociado a edad e historia de uso previo o no de prótesis completa. Estudio descriptivo, observacional y transversal, la muestra está conformada por 30 pacientes. Mediante examen clínico intraoral se registra la información obtenida en una ficha de recolección de datos. Es analizado mediante estadística descriptiva, aplicando el paquete estadístico SPSS 21.0. De los resultados se concluye que el reborde alveolar residual tipo 2 de Seibert es el que más se presenta en la muestra. La reabsorción del reborde alveolar residual aumenta en pacientes de edad avanzada y un factor que influye es la prótesis dental. / Tesis

Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que descreve os processos identitários da organização por um olhar interpretativista, pelo entendimento das relações simbólicas que permeiam essa organização, observados em discursos dos sujeitos. Para coleta dos dados foram utilizadas pesquisa documental e entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais. As entrevistas foram realizadas com cinco sujeitos da organização nos meses de setembro e outubro de 2014. O método de análise foi a Análise de Conteúdo (KRIPPENDORFF, 1990) que busca investigar dados textuais através de técnicas que permitam compreendê-los com seus significados, referências, valorações e intenções. Pretendeu-se contribuir, com esse estudo, para a compreensão da identidade organizacional, em uma organização pública, no contexto da defesa sanitária e inspeção agropecuária. Os resultados permitiram identificar o Idaf como único e distinto de outras organizações e como essa identificação está relacionada às transformações do contexto agropecuário.
