Hur väl integreras ekobygglösningar hos bostadsbyggande byggherrar

Larsson, Anders January 2013 (has links)
We are living today under climate threats which more or less will affect us all. In light of this, the construction industry has chosen to start conversion towards a more sustainable sector. Meanwhile, eco-houses and eco-villages, have been built up as an alternative way to stay healthy. The aim of this work has been to examine which choices developers / clients make during the planning of new housing. I have chosen not to look at energy, but focused on the way choices are made during planning of living apartments. To find out what choices could be considered as ecological / environmental a literature review was first made. To find out how the participant companies are choosing a survey was made. The responses were then compared with a fictitious company that would follow all advice literature meant was pro-environmental. The comparison was then made by a weighted scoring. It turned out that the companies got points that accounted for roughly 50 - 60% of the fictive. The survey also gave an overview of the choices they made and what they should be able to choose in order to build even more greener. The survey showed that the companies had the potential for it.

Stavba v krajině - Winery / Architecture in landscape - Winery

Klimešová, Naďa January 2009 (has links)
What’s a building in the landscape like? It’s not indifferent. It uses but doesn’t abuse. It doesn’t compete. It is not indifferent The theme of the project is the road – as progress, as an element of composition. It starts among the vineyards and ends with a view of the hills of Pálava, the dominant feature of the landscape. In the middle, the road is enclosed by houses and passes through a large frame which creates a picture of the landscape that changes with time. Henceforth, the building is not just a building; it is also a frame through which we see an endless number of pictures. It uses but doesn’t abuse The buildings of the winery and of the wine research institute are designed according to the principles of sustainability and are as environmentally friendly as possible. Built with wooden panels on a barren plot of land, they make use of waste water. Does not compete The buildings are located amid the vineyards with a view of the Pálava hills. From the distance, they appear to blend with the landscape thanks to the climbing vines on the outside walls.

Gyvenamųjų namų ekologiškos statybos ateitis Lietuvoje bei ekonominiai aspektai / Future prospects of eco-building of residential houses in Lithuania and economic aspects

Skuminaitė, Aistė 23 July 2008 (has links)
Darbo apimtis – 84 p. teksto be priedų, 22 pav., 9 lent., 91 literatūros šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. / The objective of final paper of master studies is to analyze the development of new ecological construction materials and engineer systems from renewable energy resources and its implementation in living houses construction industry, giving the most rational solutions to this construction technology implementation in Lithuania, considering the economical aspects. In this paper there are studying the influence of harmful factors to living environment and people health, taking attention to the construction materials and engineer facility that are used in living houses construction, and giving the alternatives to traditional construction technology. Defining the engineer systems of “green energy” and ecological construction materials development in the world, there are giving its practical use in living houses construction. Considering to new construction directives in Lithuania, economical aspects and geographical conditions in Lithuania, there are giving most impossible variants of living houses ecological construction in Lithuania. According to the results of questioning about ecological construction of living houses, after comparison of mechanical features and construction costs of potential ecological house and traditional living house, in the end of the work there are giving conclusion about the perspectives of ecological house construction and its market in Lithuania. Komunitní centrum Petrovice / Petrovice Community Center

Flašková, Veronika January 2020 (has links)
The subject of diploma project is the design of complex of buildings using hemp lime composite, in English known as Hempcerete. Four detached houses are completed by building of facilities. Buildings have one to three floors. The composite fiercly reduces carbon footprint in building industry. The design is focused on different construction systems using hemp lime composite as a wall filling. Detached houses are made of load bearing timber frame with cast-in-situ hempcrete, building of facilities is made of reinforced concrete with precasted blocks. All buildings are cellarless. Detached houses are shed roofed, building of facilities is gable roofed.
