Analýza efektivnosti přídavku na dítě v České republice

Šimberská, Šárka January 2007 (has links)
Diplomová práce analyzuje efektivnost přídavku na dítě v České republice a to konkrétně účinek vynaložených administrativních nákladů v systému státní sociální podpory. Práce se dělí na tři části. První kapitola charakterizuje samotný systém státní sociální podpory. Druhá část uvádí přehled základních metod nákladově užitkové analýzy, rozbor efektivnosti a spravedlnosti a vysvětlení administrativních nákladů systému. Třetí kapitola obsahuje přehled prostředků, které systému státní sociální podpory poskytuje přímo Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. Dále zde uvádím administrativní náklady oddělení státní sociální podpory Opava a Vyškov.

Rozšíření modelů analýzy obalu dat a jejich aplikace v automobilovém průmyslu / Data Envelopment Analysis – extension and application in automotive industry

Synková, Rut January 2003 (has links)
The Models of the Data Envelopment Analysis are the instruments for benchmarking of homogenous production units. The first models had been formulated by the end of 70th in the last century and since then have been the subject of interest in the theoretical area as well as in the analytical area. The thesis refers to the models of the Data Envelopment Analysis and its development in the theoretical area. The second goal of the thesis is an application of models of the Data Envelopment Analysis in industrial environment and illustration of its possible use by investment decision. The domestic literature on the area of the Data Envelopment Analysis has not been sufficient. The thesis is therefore mapping the present stage of knowledge in this area and further widens by the Allocation Models, Dynamic Analysis and the questions of non-controlled and imprecise variables. Models, which are formulated in the thesis, where afterwards applied on the data of the foreign companies. The numerical experiments were worked out by the software support for the models of the Data Envelopment Analysis, built in the environment of MS Excel. The main contributions of the thesis are in enlargement of the Dynamic Analysis by the partial continuous dynamic analysis and analysis of Efficiency Stability of the evaluated units. The other contribution is the wide application of the models of the Data Envelopment Analysis for benchmarking the companies, which mainly produce the motor vehicles. The thesis gives the overview of the often used models of the Data Envelopment Analysis as well as of the rarely used models. It discusses the possible solution to the special situations which may occur during the application. The thesis is divided into six chapters which, in typical case, contain next to the theory the illustrative application. The first chapter comprises of the subscription of the basic models of the Data Envelopment Analysis. In the second chapter, there are presented the Super-Efficiency Models and discussed the problems with zero inputs and outputs in these models. The overview of the Allocation Models is in following part. The Dynamic Analysis and analysis of Efficiency Stability are subjects of the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter is dedicated to non-controlled and imprecise variables. The last chapter focuses on application of the models in automotive industry and its possible use of results for estimated development of the evaluated units on Investment markets.

Vztah tržní koncentrace a efektivnosti v odvětvích zpracovatelského průmyslu České republiky / Relationship between market concentration and efficiency in the Czech manufacturing industries

Šárek, Rostislav January 2008 (has links)

Financování úspor energie v ČR v porovnání s vybranými programy v zahraničí / Energy saving financing in the CR in comparison with selected programs abroad

Svobodová, Alena January 2011 (has links)
This master thesis is looking into problems of financing of energy saving arrangements in residential buildings. The paper concentrates on an analysis of all available sources of financing. After a brief characteristic of basic ways of financing, including Czech and foreign models, it introduces closer only a selection of the available programs, grant titles and commercial products. Then the attention is paid to more specific programs and products from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. This paper applies their program parameters to a model object of the residential building and assesses each and every option, using selected economical standards. Based on these parameters, it appraises an economical effectiveness of the investment in individual variations of financing from the point of view of an investor and a state, expressed with the price of a unit saved CO2 emission. By combining both preferential variations of an investor and a state, an optimal variation of financing for the model object is found.

Funkčnost protidrogových pravidel na středních školách / The functionality of antidrug rules at secondary schools

HROMÍŘOVÁ, Jana January 2009 (has links)
The creation of antidrug rules is a part of the whole system of specific primary drug prevention. These rules should make it possible for the school apart from other things to indentify quickly potential drug users among the pupils/students, to find out their parents possibly too and then to offer them goal-directed services within the bonds of a selective and indicative prevention. That{\crq}s why I paid particular attention to the system of antidrug rules in my work. I examined whether the schools had such a system, how clear, transparent and effective it was and which of the rules showed the highest effect. The research was carried out by application of the half-structured dialogue with the methodologists charged with the prevention at secondary schools. I wanted especially to put their practical experience to good use for suggesting new rules and for rethinking the present ones. I chose secondary schools for my research because just the students aged 15 to 19 years have problems with addictive drugs in many cases. They grow up physically and mentally, create new groups, become able and further develop their ability to solve problems, to take decisions, to think abstractly, to create hypotheses and to combine the facts. They become more independent gradually, leave their families and create conditions for the future life. The aim of this work was to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of antidrug measures implemented at chosen secondary schools. The methodologist charged with the prevention should try to involve the complete staff of the school in the programme, everybody should know his role as far as to the prevention and as far as to the solution of situations where the prevention itself does not appear sufficient any more. The schools prefer single prevention campaigns, but the prevention should be comprehensive, long-term and it should embrace all programmes, an individual approach, positive atmosphere at school, effective antidrug rules etc. The use of addictive drugs in the school ambience at the time when the school looks after entrusted persons or keeps them under supervision is a significant intervention in its life. It is therefore necessary to be aware of this phenomenon and to have at disposal an in detail developed crisis plan.

Ex-post evaluace neinvestičních projektů z oblasti propagace v cestovním ruchu financovaných z ROP Jihovýchod

Burdíková, Hana January 2015 (has links)
BURDÍKOVÁ, H. Ex-post evaluation of non-investment projects in the field of tourism promotion financed from ROP South-East. Thesis. Brno, 2015. This thesis is concerned with evaluation in conditions of EU Cohesion Policy. The subjects of evaluation are non-investment projects financed from the Regional Operational Programme South-East, whose implementation falls within the programming period 2007-2013. It was selected a sample of five projects, which are focused on the development and promotion of tourism in the South Moravian Region and the Region Vysočina. The theoretical part is devoted to literature review, which focuses firstly on the general definition of regional policy, its specific application in the European Union and the Czech Republic. After putting in this necessary context, it is proceeded to explain the concept of evaluation, especially the difference between program and project evaluation and detailed description of subsequent (ex-post) evaluation. The conclusion of this part is determination of procedure of ex-post evaluation, which the author observes in practical part of the thesis. This part is devoted to a brief description of selected projects and the establishment of evaluation questions, together with its own indicator system. Quantitative analysis of the data is done in consideration of the goals of the thesis, which is assessment of cost-effectiveness of projects through cost-utility method CEA. Its conclusions are complemented and explained using information from qualitative analysis - individual interviews with representatives of the grant recipients. The results of this analysis are used to answer a set of evaluation questions and also to perform comparisons using the benchmarking method. In the last part of the thesis are formulated suggestions and recommendations for improving cost-effectiveness and quality of the examined projects for the grant recipients and the managing authority of the operational program.
