Účinnost primární prevence drogových závislostí z pohledu drogově závislých a protidrogových odborníků v Jihočeském kraji / The efficiency of primary prevention of drug addictions from the view of drug addicts as well as the drug experts in the Region of South BohemiaSVOBODA, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
The name of my dissertation is ``The efficiency of primary prevention of drug addictions from the view of drug addicts as well as the drug experts in the Region of South Bohemia.{\crqq} The dissertation aims to provide an insight into the issue of perceiving the efficiency of drug addictions{\crq} primary prevention by individual target groups of the research. A method of qualitative research was chosen to reach the objective. Two research questions were specified as follows: 1.How is the efficiency of drug addictions{\crq} primary prevention perceived by individual target groups? 2. Is the primary prevention of drug addictions applied systematically, timely and to a sufficient extent? To obtain the data, a non-standardised questionnaire with rather open questions was used. The research sample contained at the end 40 addicts, possibly abstaining and 31 experts working in the field of drug problems. Using graphic charts as well as commentary description, the findings part shows the elicited situation regarding the issue. Most of the experts consider primary prevention rather effective. If expressed in percentage, 30% efficiency of drug addictions{\crq} primary prevention was the most frequent choice of answers. On the other hand, the addicts evaluated the prevention as rather inefficient; however, in the percentage expression they shared the number with the experts - 30% efficiency was the most frequent choice. What the experts considered the weakest point of the current situation was the lack of funds into the primary prevention and a strong anti-drug lobby as well as the absence or inappropriate evaluation of the efficiency of primary prevention. The addicts saw the weakest points of the primary prevention in the lack of information on the consequences, as the information on effects prevailed over the after-effects. The dissertation confirmed some of the presumptive facts (insufficient/inappropriate evaluation of the efficiency of primary prevention) and indicated the propriety of similar research with a more extended view. Such research should be systematic and long-term with a broad platform of cooperating experts and media.

EÚ, efektivita jej inštitucionálneho systému a jej ambície stať sa pólom svetovej ekonomiky / EÚ, the effectivitz of its institutional system and her ambition to become one of the world economy's polesAksamít, Juraj January 2008 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to observe the EU's institutional system from the viewpoint of its effectivity and impact on the economic growth and various trasnmission mechanisms. The EU is a group consisting of 27 countries from different cultural backgrounds, with different national mentalitities, economic, social and politic systems. The economical and political integration is not taking place in a spontaneous way, as a process of continuous cognition, analysis and learning from mistakes, but according to a plan comming from upper political levels and with emphasis on the aims more than on the means. In the EU there are at least 2 levels of legislature, executive and jurisdiction, each on the national and supranational level. The nature of these 2 levels is rather parallel than vertical. An important link and therefore effective feedback is missing between the supranational level and the national level represented through the vote of the population and the performance of the economic environment. Constructivistic efforts are encumbering the economy of the EU with balast, that can be understood as a pool of from the system arising ineffectivities. The result of this balast is an inhibition of the economic growth despite declarations to accelerate it. This thesis will observe these ineffectivities through a more detailed analysis of macroeconomic fields as are monetary policy, labour markets and tax systems. The emphasis will be put on concrete impacts of supranational policies on individual countries, areas inside the EU and the EU as a whole. The USA will serve as a benchmark, because the EU has the ambition to get ahead of them as the world largest economy and that by the year 2010. The nature of these ineffectivities is of a rather hidden nature and therefore I will preffer the studying of literature in fields of interest as a mean of identifying the ineffectivities rather than atual quantifications.

Digitalization of the sales process : Leveraging digital sales and marketing tools to increase time effectiveness of multinational SMEsTaawo, Samuel, Myhr, Oskar January 2021 (has links)
Internationalizing small and medium sized enterprises are limited in resources in comparison to larger enterprises. Through digitalization, smaller sales organizations have been presented with tools to enable the sales representatives to use time more effectively and focus on reaching organizational goals. This study aims to determine how digital sales and marketing tools should be implemented into the traditional sales process to increase time effectivity of sales representatives. Based on previous literature on related topics, sales representatives of Scanmast were interviewed and insights specific to the implementation of digital sales and marketing tools into complex B2B sales processes was gathered. The analysis of the responses in congestion with previous research demonstrated that certain ways of leveraging digital sales and marketing tools increase the time effectivity of sales representatives. These results were found to be especially present in regard to the parts of the sales process where customer interaction is considered to be low.

le Platform for Privacy Preferences. Toutefois, la logique sous-jacente de ces
garanties soulève des questions quant à leur effectivité et à leur contrôle tant par des
autorités publiques que par des associations privées. / In an electronic environment such as Internet, relationships between on-line
companies and web users must proceed in a c1imate of trust. This consideration,
particularly significant in regard to the processing of personal data, must bring the
cyber merchant to respect a number ofprinciples from which trust can emerge.
These principles pertain to consent, collection, use, disclosure, safety, accuracy
(access and correction rights), and destruction of personal data. They are expressed in
general terms in legislative instruments such as the OECD Guidelines on Privacy, the
Council of Europe Convention 108, the European Parliament and of the Council
Directive 95/46/CE, the Loi Informatique et Libertés, the Loi sur le secteur privé and
the Act C-6.
However, taking into account the transborder nature of Internet data exchanges, these
protections alone are not enough to create a c1imate of trust, their application being
limited in space. Consequently, and to take in account CUITent legal protections, it is
possible to acknowledge the development of new standards to manage the
movements of personal data on commercial web sites.
Guarantees like privacy policies, seals or standards like Platform for Privacy
Preferences are developed to complement legislative instruments. However, the
underlying logic of these guarantees raises questions regarding their effectivity and
the control public and private authorities may assert over them.
