This student work contains description and application of complete audit works. This student work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical one I was interested in basic principles of audit, such as definition, functions, legal requirements and detailed actions during the whole process of audit. All mentioned procedures are applied in the practical part of my work. The true and fair view, especially whether financial statements present fairly in all material respects the assets, liabilities and financial position of the audited company, Company{\crq}s acting in accordance with law and verification of audit documentation are the main goals of the student work.

The graduation thesis is described economical valuation of production hey. There is described methods and condition of measure consumption a fuel of energetic vehicle and working set and demand of time for provide sinlge technologic operation of harvest. The measure value was used for assesment a general straight cost on the produciton of hey. In the next point is described technologic procedure of pruduction hey and structure technologic line. The one part of graueted thesis is analysis of using areas of perennial grass stands and their characteristic.

The present diploma thesis deals with accounting audit and it strives to analyze inner control system in a selected accounting unit focusing on long-term tangible property. The goal of the thesis is to perform an audit focusing on long-term tangible property according to international auditing standards in a selected accounting unit which is not obliged by the law to carry out an audit. The theoretical part gives a brief outline of historic roots of auditing profession supplemented with a few general definitions of audit. Furthermore, there are defined functions of audit and legal provisions of the Czech law concerning accounting audit. The law is divided into rules of law, auditing directives, and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Also, the said part includes the notion of the Code of Ethics of the Czech Chamber of Auditors. Further on, there is a definition of inner control system in a company and auditing procedures used during the review of financial statements. The next part of the thesis includes a plan concerning an audit of long-term tangible property. Practical part is divided into several parts and it deals directly with the audit of long-term tangible property. Here, acquired theoretical knowledge is applied to an existing company. First, the company characteristics is given, then there is an analysis of the company{\crq}s inner control system with attention paid to long-term tangible property, and lastly an audit of the long-term tangible property is executed only to show it contains activities before finishing order, activities related to getting to know the customer and to actual execution of the audit.

Evaluation of factors, which affect the selected economic indicators of milk production in specific farm, during two years, 2007 and 2008, was the aim of the work. The composition of dietary and its optimalization and feeding technology in stable were evaluated. The contents of basic elements, which affected the realization in every month, were set from the milk production on the basis of analyses. Indicators of reproduction are mentioned then. Evaluation of chosen operational economic indicators of milk production was based on dates about costs and revenues in selected stable. Mixed feeding ration is loaded twice a day and it is compiled in advisory way according to the laboratory analysis results of feed. It was balanced with a moderate abundance of nitrogen substances and solids in production cows and with a deficit of solids in feeding ration of very pregnant non-lactating cows in both years (about 9 %). The fat and protein contents were relatively fixed, with a decline in summer months. The limit for somatic cells was exceeded once (by 3 %) and so the TVC (by 36%) in 2008. Reproduction indicators showed annual improvement with the exception of the intervening period length. There came to reduction in number of coves on the 3rd and later lactations and to decrease of their longevity thus. Their own and purchased feed took share in costs mostly (33,3% in total). In 2007 the loss per litter of sold milk arose but the income moved to positive values after including all revenues. In 2008 a profit per litter of sold mild was reached the milk production reached 3,64% and the total income increased.

Abstract The first part of the thesis would concentrate on the general characteristics of the state of Florida, namely on its geographical, social, cultural and economic features. In the second part she will analyze some historical aspects of the colonization of the American south-east and she would concentrate on contemporary politics of Cuban immigration. This chapter is supplemented with the results of the testimonies made by people living in Florida. Another part would be devoted to the Kennedy Space Center and its contemporary research. The final part of the thesis processes the data obtained in the survey which was made in some secondary schools in České Budějovice. The purpose of the survey is to verify how much the students of secondary schools know about Florida.

The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the gradual disappearance of private enterprise in Czechoslovakia in the years 1948 - 1964 based on the analysis of relevant laws and regulations. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of legislation giving effect to nationalization, these laws puts into political and economic framework of the former Czechoslovakia. Thesis will concentrate not only on the second wave of nationalization and the state interventions in the economy that occurred after February 1948, but it emphasizes that the first significant changes in the national economy appear in the Czechoslovakia in the period before February 1948 through presidential decrees from October 1945. The analytical part of thesis evaluates the progress of the nationalization on the example of the eight selected enterprises. Thesis brings finding that the conduct of the nationalization of chosen companies largely meet legal requirements on nationalization. On the other hand, it is necessary to take into account that the legislation governing the nationalization was strongly influenced by the political means that their aim was to destroy private enterprise.

This thesis deals with selected institutes of legislation related to tenancy under recent Civil code No. 89/2012 Sb. With respect to a limited extend, the thesis focuses only on selected issues, such as definition of basic principles and concepts or unclear provisions. The thesis consists of 4 connected chapters, leading reader from past to present to gain historical and practical view on the matter First chapter is focused on legal history of lease of immovable since antiquity to nineties of last century. Second chapter covers basic principles and concepts of tenancy such as object of a lease (suitability of a rented space is now determined by agreement not by some official decision), parties of agreement, determination of rent (if it is not agreed in contract). This chapter also contains an explanation, why legal entity can not lease a flat for living and why a subsequent sublet is not a sublet but regular lease. Third chapter describes provisions considered unclear by professionals or laymen. These provisions contains new conception of surety, limits of making business or working in a flat without of consent of the landlord, receiving new members to the household (and of course definition of household) and sublet. 1 Abstract: Economic crises - nature and factors of its origin The purpose of my thesis is to analyze economic crises with focus on its origin, development and impact on society. The thesis is divided into three main parts: Introduction, Main body and Conclusion. The most important part of the thesis is the Main body that is further composed of seven self-contained chapters that deal with different aspects of the economic crises. Main body starts with introductory chapters 1-3 that discuss the meaning of the phrase economic crisis, its origin and determination among other commonly used titles that are frequently mistaken. Chapter number four describes history of important economic crisis such as The Great Depression 1929 and German Hyperinflation 1918- 1924. Chapter number five is subdivided into two parts and provides an outline of the origin of economic crisis and possible forecast of its origin. Chapter six defines the last financial crisis of 2009 and compares its impact to economy and counter-measures worldwide. Chapter number six illustrates possible solutions of the economic crisis and its prevention. Last part of the thesis is Conclusion that concentrates my thoughts and ideas about the thesis. Indian economy and trade policy have changed a lot during last 25 years. India opened to the world, became one of the emerging markets and attracted more investors. Trade policy needed to adapt to those changes. Also Czech investors are interested in Indian market and some of them already run their business in India with the help of traditional good relationships between India and Czech Republic. This thesis describes current trade policy of India, its autonomous and contractual tools, promising sectors of the Indian economy with emphasis on opportunities for Czech exporters.
