Cílem diplomové práce je použití různých metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování v realitě konkrétně zhodnocení postavení firmy SAMSUNG na českém trhu, jak si zde stojí v porovnání s ostatními konkurenčními společnostmi. Dalším cílem, bylo posloužit subjektům, kteří zamýšlí pořídit si tento druh spotřební elektroniky. Úkolem bylo uspořádat výrobky podle výsledků jednotlivých metod. Zaměřila jsem se hlavně na výrobky společnosti SAMSUNG. Při výběru elektroniky musíme vzít v potaz velké množství kritérií, a to jak kritéria ekonomická, jako je cena, tak také kritéria technická. K výpočtům jsem využila MS Excel a program SANNA.

Such investments are made through environmental and social projects of public interest. However, despite the importance of the topic, there are only few academic researches aimed at improving the allocation of business resources in private social investments. This research aims to contribute to this scenario through implementation and analysis of multi-criteria decision support method ELECTRE I, which separates the process of decision-making from the subjectivity and increases the potential for efficient selection of projects. / Os investimentos sociais privados apresentam-se como importante forma de atuação do setor empresarial junto à busca da mitigação de problemas sociais. Tais investimentos são realizados por meio de projetos sociais, ambientais e sociais de interesse público. Nota-se que, apesar da relevância do tema, existem poucos estudos voltados ao aprimoramento da alocação dos recursos empresariais nesta área. A pesquisa visa contribuir para este cenário por meio de aprofundamento e aplicação do método multicritério de apoio à decisão ELECTRE I, por meio do qual o processo de tomada de decisão distancia-se da subjetividade e amplia o potencial de seleção eficiente de projetos.

Η εξόρυξη γνώση από δεδομένα είναι μια νέα και δυναμική τεχνολογία που βοηθάει τις επιχειρήσεις να επικεντρωθούν στην σημαντική πληροφορία που βρίσκεται μέσα στις αποθήκες δεδομένων τους, αναζητώντας κρυμμένα πρότυπα και ανακαλύπτοντας πληροφορίες που οι ειδικοί μπορεί να χάσουν ή να παραβλέψουν. Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει αναπτυχθεί πλήθος αλγορίθμων της εξόρυξης δεδομένων, οι οποίοι ακολουθούν διαφορετικές μεθοδολογικές προσεγγίσεις, ενώ ταυτόχρονα παρουσιάζουν σημαντική ποικιλία εφαρμογών. Η προσπάθεια ωστόσο για βελτιωμένους και αποδοτικότερους αλγορίθμους συνεχίζεται. Η παρούσα διδακτορική διατριβή έχει σαν βασικό της στόχο να συνεισφέρει στην προσπάθεια αυτή, βελτιώνοντας και ενισχύοντας την θεωρητική θεμελίωση υφιστάμενων αλγορίθμων της εξόρυξης δεδομένων. Ειδικότερα, μέσα από μια διαφορετική λογική, η οποία βασίζεται σε έννοιες και διαδικασίες της πολυκριτήριας ανάλυσης αποφάσεων, και ειδικότερα της μεθόδου ELECTRE I της θεωρίας των σχέσεων υπεροχής, η διδακτορική διατριβή αναπτύσσει ένα νέο μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο για την εξόρυξη δεδομένων. Ενσωματώνοντας στην συνέχεια αυτό το μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο σε υφιστάμενους αλγορίθμους, δημιουργούνται ουσιαστικά νέοι, αποτελεσματικότεροι και ακριβέστεροι αλγόριθμοι, για επιμέρους διαδικασίες και εφαρμογές της εξόρυξης δεδομένων. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το προτεινόμενο μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο, εφαρμόστηκε, με τις αναγκαίες τροποποιήσεις, στις διαδικασίες της ταξινόμησης και της ομαδοποίησης κατηγορικών αντικειμένων, μέσω των μεθόδων CLEDM και CLEKMODES, αντίστοιχα. Τα καλά αποτελέσματα από την εφαρμογή των παραπάνω μεθόδων σε μια σειρά ευρέως χρησιμοποιούμενων βάσεων δεδομένων, σε συνδυασμό με την δυνατότητα επέκτασης του μεθοδολογικού πλαισίου και σε άλλες διαδικασίες της εξόρυξης δεδομένων, διαμορφώνουν ένα νέο «υβριδικό» πεδίο έρευνας. Το πεδίο αυτό, αφενός έχει την δυναμική παραγωγής συνεχώς καλύτερων αλγορίθμων για την εξόρυξη δεδομένων, αφετέρου μπορεί να εξερευνήσει εις βάθος και να τυποποιήσει περαιτέρω την αλληλεπίδραση της εξόρυξης δεδομένων με την πολυκριτήρια ανάλυση αποφάσεων. / Data mining is a new and advancing technology that helps corporations to focus on the most important pieces of information stored in their data warehouses. In particular, data mining searches for hidden patterns and is able to discover information that otherwise could be missed or overlooked by experts. During the last years, a series of data mining algorithms has been developed. These algorithms are based on different methodological patterns and they can be implemented to solve a large variety of applications. However, the effort to build more advanced and efficient data mining algorithms has never stopped. The goal of this PhD thesis is to significantly contribute to the above effort by enhancing and improving the theoretical framework of existing data mining algorithms. More specifically, a different theoretical perspective is introduced, that is based on concepts and procedures of multicriteria analysis and in particular the ELECTRE I method of the outranking relations theory. Consequently, the PhD thesis develops a new methodological framework for data mining that can be incorporated to existing algorithms. This incorporation essentially develops new, more effective and accurate data mining algorithms, for a series of tasks and applications. In particular, the proposed methodological framework was applied, properly modified, to the tasks of classification and clustering, through the CLEDM and CLEKMODES methods, respectively. The good results of these methods in a series of widely used databases, and the perspective of expanding the new methodological framework to other data mining tasks as well, are able to introduce a new “hybrid” research field. This research field has the potential of producing better data mining algorithms and furthermore the potential to thoroughly explore and further formalize the interaction of data mining and multicriteria analysis.

The main purpose of this thesis was the application of the multicriterial decision making options methods on specific decision situations in the public sector. The task was to present the most important methods and to show the possibility of their use in reality. From the methods requiring ordinal information I chose the Cook - Seiford method which can be utilized when the sources are limited. From the cardinal data requiring methods I chose the Weighted Sum Approach method and the AHP method (based on the calculation of values of the utility function), the TOPSIS method (based on the minimization of distance from the ideal option) and the ELECTRE I. method (based on the plotting of the preferential relation).

The target of this thesis is to derermine the quality of the aluminium base alloy and size of aluminium plates used for mountain bike equipment. Furthermore the thesis assigns one provider of this material for Shaman Racing company. There were chosen methods of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives to fulfill the target. These methods are ORESTE, TOPSIS and ELECTRE I. The thesis also proves the possibilities of practical application of determined methods and analyzes possible problems that could occur during handling the input data and process of selecting the "best" alternative.

Le travail de recherche présenté dans cette thèse s’inscrit dans la continuité des travaux de l’aide à la décision multi-critère de groupe (décideurs), particulièrement dans le champ de sélection de la localisation des centres de distribution. Dans un environnement certain, si la décision de sélection de la localisation des centres de distribution a donné lieu à plusieurs travaux de recherche, elle n’a jamais été l’objet, à notre connaissance, d’une décision prise par plusieurs décideurs. À cet égard, le premier objectif de cette thèse est de proposer une méthode d’aide à la décision multi-attribut et multi-acteur (MAADM) pour résoudre le problème posé. Pour se faire, nous avons adapté et étendu la méthode ELECTRE I. Dans un environnement incertain, au vu de l’incertitude inhérente et l’imprécision du processus décisionnel humain ainsi que les comportements futurs du marché et des entreprises, le deuxième objectif de cette thèse est de développer une méthode floue d’aide à la décision multi-attribut et multi-acteur (FMAADM) pour traiter le problème en question. Pour cela, nous avons couplé la méthode MAADM avec la théorie des ensembles flous. Pour la validation des deux contributions, nous avons conçu un système d’aide à la décision (S-DSS) pour implémenter les algorithmes de la méthode MAADM et la méthode FMAADM. Sur la base du S-DSS, deux études expérimentales ont été menées. Nous avons, aussi, appliqué une analyse de sensibilité pour vérifier la sensibilité de la solution retenue vis-à-vis aux variations de poids des critères d’évaluation. Les résultats obtenus prouvent que les deux méthodes proposées répondent à l’objectif recherché et ainsi retenues pour la sélection de la meilleure localisation dans un contexte certain/incertain de multi-attribut et multi-acteur. / The research work presented in this thesis is part of the works’ continuity on multi-criteria group (decision-makers) decision-making, particularly in the field of the distribution centers’ location selection. Under certain environment, although the decision to select the location of the distribution centers has given rise in several research works, it has never been the object, to our knowledge, of a decision taken by several decision makers. In this regard, the first objective of this thesis is to develop a multi-attribute and multi-actor decision-making method (MAADM) to resolve the posed problem. For this purpose, we have adapted and extended the ELECTRE I method. Under uncertain environment, In view of the inherent uncertainty and inaccuracy of human decision-making, the future behavior of the market and companies, the second objective of this thesis is to propose a fuzzy multi-attribute and multi-actor decision-making method (FMAADM) to treat the problem in question. To this end, we have coupled the MAADM method with the fuzzy set theory. To validate the two contributions, we designed a decision support system (S-DSS) to implement the MAADM method and the FMAADM method. Based on the S-DSS, two experimental studies were conducted. We also applied a sensitivity analysis to verify the sensitivity of the solution retained vis-a-vis to weights’ variations of evaluation criteria. The obtained results prove that the MAADM method and the FMAADM method meet the desired objective and thus retained for the selection of the best location under certain/uncertain context of multi-attribute and multi-actor.

L'objet de cette thèse est de développer une approche d’aide à la constitution et aux choix des équipes multidisciplinaires. Deux méthodologies ont été développées afin d’apporter une contribution au le domaine du management des équipes d’une manière générale et aux systèmes hospitaliers particulièrement. Nous nous sommes intéressés dans la conception de ces méthodologies aux méthodes d’aide à la décision multicritère et aux méthodes cognitives. La première méthodologie TBS 1, se base sur les expériences des opérations passées afin de fournir l’équipe adéquate pour une nouvelle opération. Nous développons une hybridation entre un outil d’aide à la décision multicritères AHP et une méthode cognitive RàPC. Dans une deuxième méthodologie TBS 2, nous combinons deux méthodes d’aide à la décision multicritères AHP et ELECTRE afin de proposer aux responsables la meilleure équipe et les liens avec les autres équipes. Pour valider ces deux démarches, nous les avons expérimentées en bloc opératoire de CHU Habib Bourguiba. Bien qu’un certain nombre de limites ait pu être mis en évidence, les retours terrain nous amènent à penser que l’intérêt des deux démarches d’aide à la constitution et au choix des équipes dans le bloc opératoire semble validé. / The subject of this thesis is to develop a support approach to the constitution and to the choices of the multidisciplinary teams. Two methodologies have been developed in order to provide a contribution to the domain of the team management in a general manner and to the hospital systems particularly. We are interested in the conception of these methodologies in the support method to the multi-criterion decision and to the cognitive methods.The first methodology TBS 1, is based on the experiences of the past operations in order to supply the adequate team for a new operation. We develop hybridization between the support tool to the multi-criterion decision AHP and a cognitive method CBR. In a second methodology TBS 2, we combine two support methods to the multi-criterion decision AHP and ELECTRE in order to suggest to the persons in charge the best team and the links with the other teams.In order to approve these two approaches, we have experimented them in the operating theatre of CHU Habib Bourguiba. Even though certain number of limits could be highlighted, the operation issues lead us to think that the interest of the two support approaches to the constitution and to the choices of the teams in the operating theatre seems to be approved.

The thesis describes the application of several methods of multicriterial evaluation of alternatives (MEoA) in various phases of the recruitment process for the position Corporate Account Manager in Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. In the first round, the group of all enrolled candidates is reduced using aspiration levels. In the second round, this narrowed down group goes through the Assessment Centre. Using other methods of MEoA, the most suitable candidate for the position is chosen.
