Elprojektering av nya lokaler / Design of electrical installation in new premises

Detta examensarbete har utförts på uppdrag av Midroc Electro AB i Stenungsund. Uppdraget var att projektera elinstallationen för en utökning av en ny anläggningsdel och ta fram ett kostnadsförslag för detta. Anläggningsdelen kommer innefatta sex nya kontor, ett konferensrum, förråd och teknikrum. Projekteringen är utförd enligt Elsäkerhetsverkets föreskrifter och svensk standard och uppfyller därmed kraven för god elsäkerhetsteknisk praxis. Belysningen i anläggningen är projekterad enligt de riktvärden arbetsmiljöverket har tagit fram då dålig belysning kan orsaka stress, trötthet och bländning. Styrning av belysningen kommer ske med hjälp av en kombination av två intelligenta styrsystem, KNX och DALI. I förrådet, korridorerna och teknikrummet kommer belysningen styras med närvarosensorer. I konferensrummet kommer belysningen styras med tryckknappar eller med fjärrkontroll. I kontoren kommer belysningen styras med en tryckknapp. I kontoren och konferensrummet kommer det installeras nätverksuttag. I korridorerna kommer det ovan undertaket installeras kraft- och nätverksuttag för trådlösa accesspunkter. Allmänuttag för kraft har fördelats enligt svensk standard. Installationsritningarna är utförda i datorprogrammet EasyEL och resulterade i belysning-, kanalisation-, kraft- och teleritningar. Dimensioneringsberäkningar och anläggningsdokumentation utfördes i datorprogrammet FEBDOK. / This thesis has been carried out on behalf of Midroc Electro AB in Stenungsund. The assignment was to design the electrical installation for an extension of new premises and come up with a cost estimate for this. The extension will include electrical installation in six new offices, a conference room, storage room and an equipment room. The project planning is carried out in accordance to Swedish national electrical safety board's regulations and Swedish standards thus meeting the requirement for good electrical safety practice. The lighting in the premises is designed according to the guidelines of the Swedish work environment authority, since poor lighting can cause stress, fatigue and glare. Control of lighting will be made using a combination of two intelligent control systems, KNX and DALI. In the storage room, corridors and technology room the lights will be controlled by motion sensors. In the conference room the lights can be controlled with push buttons or by remote control. In offices the lights will be controlled by a push button. In offices and the conference room network sockets will be installed. In the corridors there will be power- and network sockets above the ceiling for wireless access points. General sockets for power have been allocated according to Swedish standards. The Installation drawings are rendered in the computer program EasyEL and resulted in lighting-, ducting-, power- and telecommunication drawings. Sizing calculations and documentations of the electrical installations were carried out in the computer program FEBDOK.

O restabelecimento dos investimentos na área faz com que as empresas especializadas e grandes empreiteiras voltem a investir no mercado industrial, porém, tamanho investimento e exigência dos clientes privados fazem com que as montadoras e empreiteiras estejam cada vez mais especializadas no planejamento e execução de seus serviços, aumentando assim, cada vez mais a competitividade entre as mesmas. Na etapa de orçamento dos serviços, a melhor estimativa de um determinado serviço de Instalações Elétricas Industriais (IEI) é aquela que consegue representar com o maior grau de confiabilidade todos os requisitos necessários para a realização de uma determinada atividade. O objetivo deste estudo é definir uma metodologia para a determinação dos índices de produtividade mais adequados para o orçamento de instalações elétricas industriais e residenciais, resultando em maior segurança para a empreiteira na realização do serviço e informações mais seguras para planejamento e negociação. / The Brazilian market for civil construction and electromechanical assembly has been increasing with the creation and expansion of several industrial parks in the country. The growth of investments in these areas is encouraging specialized and construction companies to focus again on the industrial market. Besides this, all the investments and requirements made by private companies have forced construction companies to develop more sophisticated planning and execution methods, leading to high competitiveness between them. Regarding the budget, a realistic estimative of a certain Industrial Electrical Installation (IEI) usually represents, with more reliability, all the requirements needed to accomplish a particular activity. The purpose of this assay is to define a methodology to determine the most adequate productivity factors as regards to residential and industrial electrical installations budget. Reliable information will help construction companies during the planning, negotiation and accomplishment phases.

Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εκπονήθηκε στο τμήμα Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Τεχνολογίας Υπολογιστών του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών και το θέμα της αφορά το σχεδιασμό της ηλεκτρικής εγκατάστασης και την ακουστική μελέτη της αίθουσας της χορωδίας του Πανεπιστημίου ‘’Μάνος Χατζιδάκις’’. Για τη σχεδίαση της εσωτερικής ηλεκτρικής εγκατάστασης χρησιμοποιήθηκαν τα σύμβολα και οι κανονισμοί από τον ΕΛΟΤ HD384. Για την κατασκευή των σχεδίων χρησιμοποιήθηκε το λογισμικό Autocad 2011 και για την ακουστική μελέτη το λογισμικό CATT-Acoustic v8, το οποίο είναι ένας προσομοιωτής μοντέλου ακουστικής χώρων. Η διπλωματική εργασία χωρίζεται σε 2 μέρη και 6 κεφάλαια. Στην Εισαγωγή γίνεται λόγος για βασικές αρχές που διέπουν τις Ε.Η.Ε., ενώ στο 1ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια γενική περιγραφή των διάφορων εξαρτημάτων που τις απαρτίζουν, όπως π.χ. καλώδια και αγωγοί που χρησιμοποιούνται. Στο 2ο κεφάλαιο, υπολογίζονται όλες οι διατομές των γραμμών και οι μέγιστες τιμές ρεύματος που αναχωρούν από τους πίνακες διανομής και καταλήγουν στα επιμέρους φορτία της αίθουσας. Ολοκληρώνοντας το Α’ μέρος της παρούσας διπλωματικής, στο 3ο κεφάλαιο αφού περιγραφούν βασικοί κανόνες φωτοτεχνίας, γίνεται η φωτοτεχνική μελέτη της αίθουσας. Στο Β΄ μέρος και στο 4ο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζεται η διαδικασία της υλοποίησης του ακουστικού μοντέλου της αίθουσας καθώς και τα στάδια της πειραματικής διαδικασίας που ακολουθήσαμε, ενώ στο 5ο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα της διαδικασίας αυτής. Τέλος στο 6ο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται κάποια συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις για τη βελτίωση της ακουστικής συμπεριφοράς της αίθουσας Μάνος Χατζιδάκις. / The present thesis has been done in the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in the University of Patras and the subject concerned the design of internal electrical installation and the acoustic study for the architectural plans of Choir room of the University of Patras, Manos Chatzidakis. For the design of this internal electrical installation symbols and regulations from ELOT HD 384 were used. The construction of the electrical plans was done on the software AUTOCAD 2011 and the acoustic study was done using the CATT-acoustic v.8, which is software for simulating rooms acoustic. The thesis is divided in 2 parts and 6 chapters, where in the first chapter a general description of the internal electrical installation is given, general instructions and regulations and reference to cables and wires that are used. In the 2nd chapter, every electrical circuit that is designed is presented with the appropriate cables fuses and appliances for its implementation. Next, in the 3rd chapter, elements of light are examined and the importance of using the correct kind of technical light in C.C.C . In the 4th chapter, the acoustic theory is explained and in the 6th and 7th chapter the methodology for the acoustic simulation and the results are presented and analyzed.

Innovating the Electrial Installation : Adapting to the Modern Method of House Building

This thesis was a project that was conducted on behalf of Lindbäcks Bygg AB, Träcentrum Norr and Luleå University of Technology. The goal of the project was to develop a new method of performing the electrical installation in the housing modules being built at Lindbäcks Byggs factory. This solution was to be faster, more cost efficient and improve the indoor climate in the final building. Earlier student projects had been done for solving this where the concept for new products had been produced. With that as a base, studies in the laws and standards that governs the electrical installation, a workplace study and interviews was performed and investigations in how the electrical installation currently is performed was done. From this an iterative development phase started, where the problem was broken down in to sub-problems to better be able to work them trough in depth one by one. The sub-problems that were identified was the ceiling junction box, wall junction box, wall – ceiling connection and the wire. During the development phase the need for a solution for when the wall junction box is to be installed in a double wall. To evaluate the different concepts 3d-printing was used extensively given the unbeatable possibility to find problems with the design that this provides. The results was a set of products and a new way of performing the electrical installation that combined reduced costs, shortened lead times, improved working conditions for the person performing the installation and improved indoor climate. The result of the project is presented in the form of a working prototype that can be installed in a module, used for evaluation at a testing facility and estimating production costs. / Detta examensarbete var ett projekt som utfördes på uppdrag av Lindbäcks Bygg AB, Träcentrum Norr samt Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Syftet med projektet var att ta fram en ny lösning för elinstallationen i de husmodulerna som tillverkas i Lindbäcks Byggs fabrik. Denna lösning skulle vara snabbare, mer kostnads effektiv och förbättra klimatet i den slutliga lägenheten. Projektet hade sin grund i tidigare studentprojekt på LTU där lösningskoncept hade tagits fram för detta i form av nya produkter. Med det som utgångspunkt genomfördes studier i de rådande lagar och standarder rörande elinstallation, studiebesök, intervjuer och undersökningar i hur elinstallation i dagsläget går till. Efter det kunde ett iterativt utvecklingsarbete påbörjas där problemet bröts ner i delproblem för att var för sig kunna arbetas igenom på djupet. Delproblemen blev takdosan, väggdosan, vägg-tak övergången och kablarna. Under arbetets gång kom även behovet fram för en lösning för då väggdosan skulle installeras i en dubbelvägg. För utvärdering av de olika koncepten användes 3d-utskrifter flitigt då detta gav en oslagbar möjlighet att finna problem med utformningen. Resultatet blev en uppsättning produkter och ett nytt arbetssätt som tillsammans leder till sänkta produktionskostnader, ledtider, förbättrar arbetsmiljön för arbetaren och ger ett bättre inomhusklimat. Resultatet av projektet presenteras i form av en funktionsprototyp som går att montera i moduler samt användas för utvärdering hos testningsanstalter och beräkna produktionskostnader.

Ökar hållbarhetskraven komplexiteten i projekt? : En kvalitativ studie om hur projektledare hanterar hållbarhetskrav i projekt

Att hantera hållbarhet har blivit en viktig faktor att ta hänsyn till för organisationer och derasprojekt. När det gäller byggbranschens omfattande påverkan på miljön, studerasbyggbranschen med inriktning på elinstallation i den aktuella studien i syfte att undersöka hurhållbarhet i elinstallationsprojekt hanteras. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur hållbarhetskrav implementeras i projekt och få ökadförståelse för hur hållbarhet hanteras och prioriteras utifrån ett projektledningsperspektiv. Studiens forskningsmetod är kvalitativ och primärdata är insamlad via fyra semistruktureradeintervjuer som har fokus på att tolka intervjupersonernas svar. Information har även samlatsin via företagets interna nätverk. Vidare har studien resulterat i att ekonomi och ansvar är två faktorer som är högt prioriteradei projektarbeten och styr hur hållbarhetskrav hanteras och prioriteras. Vidare genereradestudien två egna figurer som förklarar att hållbarhet är ytterligare en faktor somprojektledningen behöver ta hänsyn till i sitt arbete. Fortsättningsvis bidrar studien med ökad förståelse för hur projektledningen hanterarhållbarhetskrav och nya synvinklar inom området gällande hållbarhet och projektledning samtdess komplexitet som det innebär. Slutligen resulterade studien i två områden som vi anser behöver mer forskning. Det finnsbland annat ett behov av mer forskning gällande beslutsfattandet inom projekt som har storpåverkan på hållbarhetsarbetet. Det behövs också mer forskning kring jämförelser mellanprivata och offentliga sektorer för att kunna göra en mer rättvis och tillämpbar studie på andraprojekt. / Title: Do sustainability requirements increase the complexity of projects? Managing sustainability has become an important consideration for organizations and theirprojects. Regarding the construction industry´s extensive impact on the environment, theconstruction industry is studied with a focus on electrical installation in the current study withthe aim of investigating how sustainability in electrical installation projects is managed. The purpose of the study is to investigate how sustainability requirements are implemented inprojects and gain an increased understanding of how sustainability is managed and prioritizedfrom a project management perspective. The study's research method is qualitative andprimary data is collected via four semi-structured interviews that focus on interpreting theinterviewees' answers. Information has also been collected via the company's internalnetwork. Furthermore, the study has resulted in finance and responsibility being two factors that arehighly prioritized in project work and govern how sustainability requirements are handled andprioritized. Furthermore, the study generated two own figures that explain that sustainabilityis another factor that project management needs to take into account in their work. The study continues to contribute with an increased understanding of how projectmanagement handles sustainability requirements and new points of view in the area ofsustainability and project management as well as the complexity that this entails. Finally, the study resulted in two areas that we believe need more research. Among otherthings, there is a need for more research regarding decision-making within projects that havea major impact on sustainability work. More research is also needed regarding comparisonsbetween private and public sectors in order to be able to make a more fair and applicablestudy on other projects.

Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εκπονήθηκε στο τμήμα Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Τεχνολογίας Υπολογιστών του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών και το θέμα της αφορά τη σχεδίαση της ηλεκτρολογικής εγκατάστασης στα αρχιτεχνονικά σχέδια της κύριας αίθουσας του Συνεδριακού και Πολιτιστικού Κέντρου του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών (Σ.Π.Κ) και στην ακουστική μελέτη του αμφιθεάτρου. Για τη σχεδίαση της ηλεκτρολογικής εσωτερικής εγκατάστασης χρησιμοποιήθηκαν τα σύμβολα και οι κανονισμοί από τον ΕΛΟΤ HD384. Για την κατασκευή των σχεδίων χρησιμοποιήθηκε το λογισμικό AutoCAD 2008 και για την ακουστική μελέτη το λογισμικό CATT-Acoustic v7.2I,το οποίο είναι ένας προσομοιωτής μοντέλου ακουστικής χώρου. Η διπλωματική εργασία χωρίζεται σε 6 κεφάλαια όπου στο 1ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια γενική περιγραφή για το Σ.Π.Κ. Στο 2ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια γενική περιγραφή για την Εσωτερική Ηλεκτρική Εγκατάσταση (Ε.Η.Ε) , γενικές οδηγίες-κανονισμοί και αναφορά στα διάφορα καλώδια και αγωγούς που χρησιμοποιούνται. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο, εξετάζονται στοιχεία φωτοτεχνίας και εξηγείται αναλυτικά η σημαντικότητα της χρήσης του σωστού είδους τεχνητού φωτισμού στο Σ.Π.Κ . Στη συνέχεια, στο 4ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται η παρουσίαση του κάθε ηλεκτρικού κυκλώματος που σχεδιάστηκε και τι αγωγοί, ασφάλειες και συσκευές προτείνονται για την υλοποίησή του. The first part deals with the issue of intelligent electrical installations. It describes the types and their advantages and disadvantages. It deals in detail with the wireless system iNELS RF Control, which was developed by ELKO EP s.r.o. It describes the principles of communication and selected elements of the system. It also discusses the Android platform and its capabilities. Another part consists of requirements analysis and application design for control of the system iNELS RF Control. Application design consists of used architecture model, description of communication, database model and application logic’s model. The fourth part describes the implementation of applications, including the technology, development tools and system components. It contains a description of the final application parts. The fifth section deals with testing of the application. It contains methods, tools and techniques. The conclusion contains appreciation of the work and achievements.
