Voltametrické stanovení diazepamu a nordiazepamu na meniskem modifikované stříbrné pevné amalgámové elektrodě / Voltammetric determination of diazepam and nordiazepam on meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrodeSamiec, Petr January 2013 (has links)
Voltammetric methods for the determination of diazepam (DZ) and nordiazepam (NDZ) were developed. Techniques differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and DC voltammetry were used for determination of DZ and NDZ at meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrode (m-AgSAE). The effect of pHa on the intensity of signal was observed in the mixture of Britton-Robinson buffer and methanol (9:1), and in the mixture of 0.1 mol.l−1 NaOH and methanol (9:1). The stability of the signal during repeated measurements in the mixture of 0.1 mol.l−1 NaOH and methanol (9:1), and in the mixture of BR buffer and methanol (9:1) was monitored. Optimal pHa 13.2 of medium of 0.1 mol.l−1 NaOH and methanol (9:1) was used for determination of DZ with DPV and DCV techniques. Optimal pHa 10.1 of medium of BR buffer and methanol (9:1) was used for determination of NDZ with DPV and DCV techniques. Under these conditions linear dependencies calibration were measured. Concentration range of DZ was measured with DCV in range of 10x10−5 - 6x10−6 mol.l−1 and with DPV technique in range of 10x10−5 - 2x10−6 mol.l−1 . Concentration range of NDZ was measured with DCV technique in range of 10x10−5 - 4x10−6 mol.l−1 and with DPV technique in range of 10x10−5 - 2x10−6 mol.l−1 . The limit of detection for DZ was calculated 6.6x10−6 mol.l−1 with DCV and...

Modifikace detektoru z uhlíkové plsti měděnými mikročásticemi / Modification of carbon felt detector with copper microparticlesBaroch, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The first aim of this work was to develop copper modified carbon felt electrode for detection of amino acids, which are not electrochemically active on ordinary carbon electrodes. Phenylalanine solution at a concentration 1.0 mmol dm-3 was chosen as the testing solution. Electrode modified with electrochemical deposition of copper from mixture of copper(II) sulphate and sodium sulphate provided very low responses which were decreasing during first measurements, apparently because of insufficient amount of copper. Therefore, further experiments were performed using copper microparticles as a modifier. Copper microparticles activated in nitric acid at a concentration 80 mmol dm-3 were applied at carbon felt by several techniques and in different parts of the felt, i.e. by stirring the felt in microparticles suspension, by dripping of the suspension to the part of the felt in contact with capillary (proximal), between two parts of the carbon felt (sandwich) and at a part of the carbon felt in contact with electrolyte in a measuring cell (distal). Electrodes modified in the distal and in the sandwich arrangement were chosen as the best ones. In the last part, calibration dependences for phenylalanine in concentration range from 0.025 mmol dm-3 to 1.0 mmol dm-3 were measured on the last two electrodes....

Studium růstu ZnO krystalů ze supersaturovaného alkalického elektrolytu / The Study of ZnO Crystal Growth in Supersaturated Alkaline SolutionBannert, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the study of growth of zinc oxide crystals from supersaturated solutions using a scanning electron microscope and XRD methods. The work is divided into a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part analyses issues related to the principle of operation of electrochemical cells with an emphasis on Ni-Zn batteries and phenomena limiting the life and efficiency of Ni-Zn batteries with a focus on phenomena that affect precipitation processes of zinc oxide crystals. It also analyses and compares the appropriateness of the methods that have been used to study the growth of the prepared zinc oxide crystals. The experimental part describes the preparation of a supersaturated solution, the process of each analysis and its evaluation. The results of each method are compared with the theoretical assumptions and among themselves. The experimental part also contains a chapter dealing with the design of in situ X-ray diffraction analysis methods of the obtained zinc oxide crystals.

Záporná elektroda olověného akumulátoru pro hybridní elektrická vozidla / Negative lead-acid battery electrode for hybrid electric vehiclesDvořáček, Daniel January 2020 (has links)
The thesis briefly discusses the issue of electrochemical power sources, especially with a focus on lead-acid batteries operating in modes that are typical of hybrid electric vehicles. The theoretical part of the thesis should be a good basis for the subsequent practical part, in which several experimental electrodes and their parameters will be performed and evaluated. The output of the practical part will be conclusions regarding the influence of different variants of modified carbon used as an additive in the active material of the negative electrode on the capacity and life of cells

Výzkum interkalačních vlastností elektrodových materiálů založených na expandovaném grafitu / Study of intercalation properties of electrode materials based on expanded graphiteVencelides, Lukáš January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of electrochemical cells and deals in detail with lithium-ion batteries. The thesis describes the history of development of lithium-ion batteries, basic information about lithium and basic types of electrochemical cells. The work is devoted in detail to the description of characteristics and operating principle of lithium-ion batteries with emphasis on the negative electrode and negative electrode materials. Of the negative electrode materials, both the most widely used material graphite and modern materials with a great potential for the future are described. In the measurement methods the work describes methods CV, GCPL and EIS. Great emphasis is placed on the explanation of the principle of the function of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and its application in measurement of electrochemical properties of materials used in lithium-ion batteries. There is also described the procedure of calculation of diffusion coefficients using the results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In the practical part, two methods are used to calculate the diffusion coefficients of lithium ions into the negative electrode made of expanded flake graphite using the results of a series of electrochemical measurements.

APLIKACE GRAFENU V ELEKTRONICE A TECHNOLOGIE PŘÍPRAVY / GRAPHENE APPLICATION IN ELECTRONICS AND TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARATIONZahradníček, Radim January 2020 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the study of graphene application in electronics and technology of preparation. In addition to the basic properties of graphene, the theoretical part of the work also describes the methods of its preparation, transmission, characterization and possibilities of application in electronics. The experimental part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the production of graphene by deposition from the gaseous phase, its transmission and application in the field of solar cells. The Poly(methyl methacrylate) polymer was first used for transfer of graphene, which was later replaced by Rosin due to less contamination of graphene at the end of the transmission process. The second chapter deals with the preparation of quantum dots by exfoliation in the liquid phase from graphite and its application in voltammetry. Voltammetry was utilized in this work to detect hydrogen peroxide using a gold electrode modified by quantum dots from graphene and other dichalcogens (MoS2, MoSe2, WS2, WSe2). In the last chapter, the influence of the substrate and the deposition conditions of graphene is studied by means of a plasma-reinforced phase-out of gas to growth, while the prepared graphene was characterized by imaging and spectroscopic methods. The entire experimental growth of graphene was managed and evaluated using a planned experiment.
