Optimalizace elektrodového systému tlustovrstvého elektrochemického senzoru / Optimization of thick-film electrochemical sensor's electrode system

Cupal, Miroslav January 2009 (has links)
Master’s thesis deals with thick/film sensor’s electrodes optimization. The aim of this work is to determine how the geometric size and shape of the electrodes affect the output current response. Technology and electro-analytical method is described in the theoretical part. The practical part is aimed at thick-films electrodes and sensors optimalization. It is here each optimization TLV electrodes in terms of their impact on the size of the output current response three-electrode electrochemical system using standard electrodes. Similarly, there is a study of the effect size performed on one common electrode free-electrodes sensor. Finally, there are studied various forms of electrode area three-electrode thick-film sensor in terms of their effect on the output current response. Summarized results are described in the final part of the work.

Vodivé polymery a jejich využití v superkondenzátorech / Conducting polymers and their use in supercapacitors

Gottwald, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
This work deals with the issues of using conducting polymers for supercapacitor electrodes and optimizing the technological process for their production. The work focuses on optimizing the amount of polymer used in order to achieve the most capacity. The methodology consists of creating an appropriate experimental electrode and subsequent measuring its associated capacity with BioLogic. This approach leads to creating charts which show the dependencies of capacity on the amount of polymer used.

Příprava a charakterizace elektrodových materiálů z elementární síry pro Li-ion akumulátory / Preparation and characterisation of electrode materials based on elementar sulphur for Li-ion cells

Jankulár, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with the preparation and characterization of electrode materials for Li-ion batteries based on elemental sulfur. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of Li-ion batteries, electrochemical reactions, the process of electrochemical lithiation of sulfur and solubility properties of intermediate polysulfides. The practical part of the thesis deals with the preparation of cathode materials for Li-ion cells with an active substance in the form of elemental sulfur. The prepared electrodes were investigated using cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic cycling. Physical characterization by SEM and XRD was provided.

Technologické parametry elektrojiskrového řezání drátovou elektrodou / Technological parameters of the spark erosion cutting with a wire electrode

Sámelová, Vendula January 2009 (has links)
The work deals with the technology of electrical discharge machining using a wire electrode. Described are machines, tools, wire electrode cutting parameters and advantages of this technology. The aim of the work is to quantify the cutting area with respect to dimensional accuracy, make an analysis of surface layer state and quality after wire cutting, and describe factors affecting this layer. In particular, emphasis is put on tool steel cutting.

Kamerový systém při drátové elektroerozi / Camera system with wire EDM

Gvizd, Michal January 2015 (has links)
The thesis discusses an unconventional technology of wire-cut electro discharge machining. In the beginning there is a description of the basic principle, the fundamentals of electro discharge machining and its technological application. Further chapters characterise the wire-cut electro discharge machining, the wire electrodes used, the main parts of the machine, the cutting conditions and the advantages of this technology. The practical part is focused on the possibilities of the camera system during the production on a wire cutting machine and the comparison of nowaday´s machines in the manufacture of precise cutting tools in the middle-sized tool-room.

Aplikace elektroerozivního obrábění v kombinaci s frézováním / Application of EDM in combination with milling

Drmela, Radim January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis is notionally divided into three parts. The first literature search part deals with the electronic discharge machining. The second main part solves the problem of machining plungers (movable part of the injection mold). This part also includes a technological process including production instruction cards. There are also calculated costs of production for this diploma part. The last part compares applications of electronic discharge machining technology with applications of milling technology.

Příprava modifikovaných zlatých elektrod pro křemenné mikrováhy / Preparation of modified gold electrodes for quartz microbalance

Králová, Miroslava January 2012 (has links)
This diploma work is devoted to the preparation and analytical testing of modified gold electrodes in QCM. The sensitivity and selectivity response towards selected aromatic analytes in aqueous phase was monitored. Studied analytes were 1-methylnaphthalene, 2-methylnaphthalene, naphthalene, o-xylene and toluene. These compounds are frequently used in chemistry industry and other industrial branches and, are known to be harmful to human organism and environment. Using QCM method it is possible to detect them rapidly and relatively easily.
