El presente trabajo afirma que de acuerdo a los resultados desde la perspectiva de los colaboradores se aprecia que el valor chi-cuadrado es de 13,5 con 4 grados de libertad y el valor de significancia es el 0,009; por lo tanto el valor de significancia es menor a 0,05 lo que confirma que existen razones suficientes para rechazar la hipótesis nula, por lo mismo el liderazgo transformacional influye en la motivación laboral de los colaboradores del área comercial de productos de consumo masivo de una empresa de Lima Metropolitana The present work affirms that according to the results from the perspective of the collaborators it is appreciated that the chi-square value is of 13.5 with 4 degrees of freedom and the value of significance is 0.009; therefore, the value of significance is less than 0.05, which confirms that there are sufficient reasons to reject the null hypothesis, for this reason the transformational leadership influences the labor motivation of the employees of the commercial area of consumer products of a Company of Metropolitan Lima.

The presented diploma thesis is focused on criminal liability of legal entities, an issue which was embedded in the Czech legal law six years ago by Act No. 418/2011 Coll., On Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and Proceedings against them. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is concerned with the basics of legal entities criminal liability. The author tries to describe the concept of a legal entity in the light of current regulation according to the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, since the Act on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and Proceedings against them had been created under the previous Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code). Furthermore, the author deals with the conditions of legal entities criminal liability as well as the aspects that lead legal entities to commit crimes. The conditions for a criminal offense attribution to a legal entity are mentioned, as well. A subchapter on sanctions which may be imposed on legal entities is included. The regulation of legal entities criminal liability has particularly in recent years undergone several substantial changes. Certain amendments are examined in the second part of the thesis. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the value in use of the company Stock Plzeň-Božkov s.r.o. to 1.1.2009. The thesis consists of 5 parts -- financial analysis, strategic analysis, generators of value and financial plan. The value of the company is determined by the method DCF entity. There are 3 scenarios of future development (pessimistic, realistic, optimistic).

The goal of the thesis is valuation of the company Prestige Real s.r.o. The date of the valuation is 1.1.2016. The thesis consists of several parts. In the first part there is basic information about the company followed by strategic and financial analysis and evaluation of going concern principle. Subsequently, the financial plan for 2016 to 2020 is prepared, which serves as a foundation for final valuation. The valuation of the company is performed by two methods. The primary method is DCF entity method and the secondary is method using industry multiples.
