In the years 2013 and 2014 excavations of soil probes and soil samples were carried out on 14 plots. Areas damaged by water erosion with soil type of chernozem were selected. The results of bulk density and total porosity confirmed the compaction of the soil with the worst results at the foot of the slope and in the subsoil. High values of maximum capillary capacity and low values of minimum air capacity indicate a violation of soil structure. The loess covers in the middle of the slope come into contact with precipitation water and agricultural machinery and change in physical properties occures. The decrease in carbonate content in the loess caused by erosion was found in the middle part of the slope and at the point of accumulation. Humus content, as well as phosphorus and potassium content, is significantly reduced due to erosion in the middle part of the slope. It has been confirmed that water erosion has a negative impact on a variety of soil properties, even in the profile depth, and worsens the conditions for good plant growth.

Vyhodnocení druhového složení vegetace ve vinicích vybrané vinařské obce

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the species composition of vegetation in a selected wine village. The vegetation evaluation was carried out on three vineyards (Staré vinohrady, Koválov, Horní díly) using a floristic inventory of found species. There were set up vineyard passage routes in the designated area. On the free vineyards were recorded 95 plant varieties together. In addition, an assessment of the species composition of vegetation was carried out on the basis of phytosociological pictures on three different vineyards (V1-production vineyards, V3-old vineyards, V4-newly planted vineyards). In each vineyard were selected 10 habitats. At each habitats were selected 3 phytosociological images. And each images in cultivated belt, stem belt and grass belt. On the three vineyards were discovered 66 different plant species. The evaluation was performed during June and July 2016. The values obtained were statistically evaluated by DCA and CCA analyzes. The vineyard V1 was the most represented Lolium perenne L., Arrhenatherum elatius (L.) J. Preslet C. Presl a Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop. The vineyard V3 was the most represented Calamagrostis epigeos (L.) Roth, Arrhenatherum elatius (L.) J. Preslet C. Presl a Potentilla erecta (L.) Räuschel. The vineyard V4 was the most represented Amaranthus retroflexus L., Chenopodium album L. a Portulaca oleracea L.

In the introduction of the thesis is presented erosion of soil as literary research and also there is an analysis of the natural conditions of research locality. In the practical part there are evaluated factors of the erosion, then average long-term loss of soil caused by water erosion, according to Wischmeier-Smith equation and also threat levels of eroded soil. Furthermore, there is created the proposal of the measure against the effects of water erosion and determination of the efficiency of this proposal.

In that chosen area was rea-lized an analyze of climate, geology, soil, watter and other area characteristics in detail. This area have been analyze by the cross country exploration for getting information about a land use. With the gained data about the area was studied in the program space of Geografic information system from the view of relation to soil erozion. Then were designed a protective arrangements for elimination of the erosion impacts. For these protective measure were analyzed their efectivity of a soil protection.
