Topic of this thesis is to create a practicable business plan for foundation e-shop with hair. Specifically, the hair used for extensions. Company will be founded as limited liability company. The theoretical part deals with setting up company and creating business plan.

This master’s thesis is engaged with composition a business plan for the development of retail stores with online store with beads and other equipment for beading. An important part of the work constitutes mainly a thorough analysis of the enterprise market, the company will enter. The diploma thesis deals with formulation of business plan for travel agency. In according to the theoretical background and analysis is prepared a business plan that will be used as a base for establishing successful business.

This diploma thesis describes a proposal for establishment of a new department in the company ABC Ltd. The proposal was created in the Microsoft Project 2010. In the creation of this proposal were used the methods and process of project management. Intended division will be selling ICT equipment and as a major distribution channel will be using a web shop situated on the current websites. A part of the project will be the creation of new warehouse. The investor will be using this proposal as a guideline for the project realization.

Online-Lexika bieten Informationen kostenlos, bequem und schnell. Die Digitalisierung besorgt den Rest. Zeitschriften, von denen Bibliotheken häufig ohnehin nur einzelne Jahrgänge besitzen, sind im Internet komplett verfügbar, und selbst von gerade erst erschienenen Bücher liefern Google und Amazon inzwischen mehr als nur Inhaltsangaben. Kurz: Internet und Digitalisierung machen den „realen“ Besuch von Bibliotheken mehr und mehr überflüssig.

The following thesis is focused on Czechoslovakia and an establishment of the State of Israel. It outlines the historical context of the state of Israel and focuses on the development of the armed forces. It describes the situation in Czechoslovakia in the post-war years and mentions the specific situation of the Jewish minority. It describes the international political situation, focusing on the relations between these two countries and monitors the role of Czechoslovakia in the establishment of the state of Israel. It deals with Israeli training camps that support emerging state. By analyzing biographical narratives of witnesses describes the motivation for active involvement in activities which helped to promote the birth of the State of Israel.
