Diplomovou práci člením do tří základních oddílů. Nejprve pojednávám o právní úpravě evropského hospodářského zájmového sdružení, jakožto nejstarší formě nadnárodní společnosti. Následující oddíl je věnován evropské společnosti (SE). Opět je uvedena základní charakteristika a účel evropské společnosti, rozbor právních předpisů aplikovatelných na SE a hlavní výhody SE. A konečně třetí formě nadnárodní korporace, kterou je evropská družstevní společnost, je věnován oddíl závěrečný.

Title in English: Development of common European currency Abstract Main topic of my master thesis was to summarize current development of the European monetary integration. This part is mainly covered by chapter 1, current situation and future expectations mentioned in chapter 4. Some evidence of current integration could be found in the prewar history, but actual development covers the post war period. European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), European Economic Community (EEC) and European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom) were the real beginning of the current European union. European Union was settled by founding treaties of above mentioned institutions. Further milestones were provisions of founding treaties and new treaties of so called primary source of the EU law, of which the final goal was supposed to be the Constitution of the European Union. This constitution was approved in a modified version excluding constitutional symbols and it is called the Lisbon Treaty. This treaty can be considered as the greatest step of the European integration whose integral part is the common currency, euro. The second chapter summarizes theoretical and economic bases of the common currency. The rich theory of optimum currency areas is a dominant theoretical concept in this area. Odpovídá i na otázku, zda celý proces včleňování desítky nových zemí do vnitřního trhu Unie proběhl dle plánovaného harmonogramu, hlavně co se týká průběhu přebírání legislativy z této oblasti, a jestli se v jeho průběhu vyskytly vážnější problémy.

This thesis deals with the fulfillment of the Maastricht criteria by the Czech Republic in the selected period. The Maastricht criteria are: price stability, exchange rate stability and participation in the European exchange rate mechanism, long-term interest rates and the criterion on sustainability of public finances. In the theoretical part explains the basic concepts associated with the European Union. Also described are contracts linked with the European Union and thoroughly analyzed in European Union institutions. The practical part is focused on the fulfillment of the Maastricht criteria by the Czech Republic in selected years. Based on the values of individual criteria, it will be determined whether these criteria Czech Republic fulfills the. Specifically Maastricht criteria they will research in the period 2006-2015.

This thesis entitled Competitiveness of the European Union deals with the issue of competitiveness as one of the significant and dominant aspects that influence economic entities and political leadership of individual member states and the central institutions of the European Union. The aim of the work is in accordance with the assignment, which is an analysis of the factors of European Union's competitiveness against other major world economies and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the EU. The aim is also to assess the contribution of the policy of the EU institutions in improving of competitiveness. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issue of competitiveness and a conflict of opinion trends concerning the very concept of competitiveness and its measurement. The second part is dedicated to the selected economic factors affecting competitiveness. In the practical part is used a regression analysis to identify the economic factors most acting on the EU economic growth. Follows the forecast of selected economic factors until 2020. The comparison of the competitiveness of the EU with the BRICS, USA and Japan is made by using obtained data. At the end of the practical part is summarize the influence of EU policies on competitiveness through the assessment of the Global Competitiveness Index.

In the program period 2007-2013 the area of forestry subsidies is divided into several operations. Operation of financing the forest roads is socially the most beneficial one and therefore I decided to perform analysis of subsidies money from EU funds so that in the next period the finances could be distributed in better and more efficiently way. The starting point of the research is analysis of documents and data provided by SZIF, ÚHUL and published on the internet PRV 07-13 under operation 1.1.2.3 Forest infrastructure. The result is a synthesis of data in numerical and graphical form about the size of investments per hectare PUPFL and m LDS in every NUTS 2 region for all rounds income subsidies.
