STANDARDIZACE A HARMONIZACE ZNALECKÉHO POSTUPU PŘI ZJIŠTĚNÍ OBVYKLÉ CENY NEMOVITOSTI / STANDARDISATION AND HARMONISATION OF EXPERT VALUATION PROCEDURE IN THE ASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY THE USUAL PRICE (MARKET VALUE)

Brumovský, Martin January 2011 (has links)
In the current context of globalisation and development of international investment market along with increasing influence of European Union legislation and activities of professional organisations, there is an urgent need for standardisation and harmonisation of not only valuation procedures but also individual terms, definitions, approaches, methods and requirements for the qualification of valuers. This takes on special importance particularly in the field of real property valuation and market value („the usual price“ according to Czech law) assessment. At present there are three large international organisations contributing significantly to the development of this process through the development of their standards. The main objective of this thesis is standardisation and harmonisation of expert valuation procedure in establishing real property market value (the usual price), particularly in view of international valuation standards, namely IVS, EVS and the Red Book. To achieve this main goal it was necessary to clarify at first several related issues, as proper understanding of the background and context in particular is always an indispensable basis for successful harmonization process. The result of this work is thus both the design of a standard and harmonised procedure carried out by a qualified valuer in establishing the market value (the usual price), and the clarification of related issues, terms, definitions, methods and valuation approaches used in the Czech Republic and abroad, as well as the requirements imposed on the resulting report, etc.. The knowledge and information from this work will thus contribute to the development of the field of forensic engineering both in terms of theory, practice and teaching.

The theoretical part is divided into three thematic blocks. The first block is focused on the situation abroad and it is prepared in the form of an overview study of fundamental concepts and approaches to the social economy, social entrepreneurship and financing. The second part is focused on the development of social economy and social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. The legislative context for the establishment and activity of social enterprises in the Czech Republic is presented here. It focuses more on the possibilities of financing social enterprises in the Czech Republic with a thorough analysis of European funds. The third block presents the results of the performed analyses of social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic with a focus on financing. In the empirical part, the research itself is introduced. Dopady globální finanční krize na bankovní centra Evropy dle hlavních evropských makroregionů / The impacts of the global financial crisis on the banking centres of Europe according to the main European macro-regions

Hejnová, Tereza January 2020 (has links)
The current era of intensive globalisation, digitisation and expansion of FinTech companies and latter the impacts of a recent global financial crisis support further concentration processes within the banking sector. This dissertation thesis explores the impacts of global financial crisis on the European banking centres on the level of major banking centres and tiny banking centres with special regard on the development in three main European macroregions - Western Europe, Southern Europe and Central and Eastern Europe. The banking centres were analysed according financial indicators of banks headquartered in particular banking centre in the indicators capturing size, profitability and the level of risk during the period 2004-2015. Counterintuitively, the European leading banking centres (London, Paris and Frankfurt), despite their extensive exposure to capital markets, dispay a high level of resilience, which contrasts with the evolution of the other major Western European centres, which clearly lagged behind the European leaders. From a macro-regional perspective, banking centres in Western Europe exhibited the first signals of both the crisis and the recovery, which were subsequently diffused across Europe. Surprisingly, the profitability of low-ranking banking centres in Central and Eastern...

Předškolní schopnosti: Evropská srovnávací studie / Pre-school abilities: European comparative study

Neufussová, Monika January 2020 (has links)
Pre-school education improves cognitive and non-cognitive skills of children, and the positive effects persist to adulthood. The literature provides rich ev- idence of beneficial effects of pre-school, some of them even causal. However, most studies come from the US, and the research lacks a comprehensive pic- ture of European countries concerning pre-school education. I contribute to the research by providing a comparison of European countries regarding pre- school attendance, pre-school skills, and test scores in fourth grade. In Section ??, I focus on the Czech Republic. The results show that more educated moth- ers are more likely to send children to pre-school. In most countries, children with stronger pre-school skills achieve higher results on standardized tests in fourth grade, which supports the idea of the existence of the Matthew effect. In the Czech Republic, pre-school attendance may increase fourth-grade test scores by 0.3 SD. The most important pre-school skill is the ability to read, which is associated with an increase in fourth-grade math achievement of 0.2 SD. The results contribute to the literature on pre-school education in Eu- rope; however, they should not be interpreted causally, as they are essentially a description of the pre-school context in Europe. 1

Přístup k big data na základě "refusal to supply" judikatury Soudního dvora EU / Access to big data under the "refusal to supply" case-law of the Court of Justice of the EU

Ochodek, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
Access to big data under the "refusal to supply" case-law of the Court of Justice of the EU Abstract This thesis deals with the topic of access to the so-called big data from the perspective of EU competition law. The thesis deals with the question whether and if so, to what extent it is possible to use the so-called "refusal to supply" case-law created by the Court of Justice of the EU to gain access to big data held by a dominant undertaking. The thesis finds that, under certain conditions, it is possible for all necessary steps to be fulfilled to allow one undertaking to request access from a dominant undertaking to big data under the control of that undertaking. This thesis therefore firstly discusses what factors affect the so-called online platforms, which can often find themselves in the position of dominant undertakings in terms of access to big data. The thesis analyses the effects of the so-called network effects, the impact of data analysis on their efficiency and the issue of the so-called multi-sided markets in connection with the position of online platforms. Subsequently, an assessment of the individual steps which, in summary, lead to the classification of the behavior of a dominant undertaking as an abuse of its dominant position by refusing access to big data is conducted. From the point...

Vztah metodických doporučení a zákona o zadávání veřejných zakázek při zadání zakázek v rámci projektů ESI fondů

Pantůčková, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
The area of public procurement funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds is interwoven with many material and formal sources of law that the contracting authority must follow. The ambiguous hierarchy of legally binding standards has adverse consequences for contracting authorities. The aim of this thesis is to give an explanation of the links between the legal regulations of these contracts, in which the problems associated with these uncertainties lie and, on this basis, submit proposals for possible solutions to the given issue. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts such as the contracting authority or the concept of public support within the EU. In this section there are also mentioned the formal and material sources of law related to the examined topic and the interconnection of the national legislation is explained. The practical part is devoted to the impact of ambiguity in the legal regulations of procurement in the Czech Republic, ie possible sanctions, in case of any of the errors made by the contracting authority, when these facts are demonstrated on actual cases. At the end of the thesis there are outlined the potential starting points for avoiding the negative consequences of wrongly processed and subsequently implemented public procurement, which was supported by EU funds.

Dopad implementace směrnice 2013/34/EU na administrativní zátěž mikropodniků

Oberreiterová, Monika January 2019 (has links)
Oberreiterová, M. The impact implementation of the Directive 2013/34/EU on administrative burden of microenterprises. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. Member states were obliged to incorporate the directive into their laws with effect from 1 January 2016 at the latest. The diploma thesis introduces the directive including the development that led to its adoption. The Directive introduced a new categorization of entities, adding a micro category. An important part is also its acceptance in the Czech Republic. The Orbis database is used to select a suitable micro enterprise and quantify the potential impacts. In order to investigate the potential impact on the administrative burden of micro-enterprises in the Czech Republic, accounting alternatives are being examined, namely simple accounting and recording income with the application of flat-rate expenses.

Petkov, Michal January 2010 (has links)

The first part discusses literature, available data sources and a list of indicators. The thesis deals with brief outline of history and development of ethnic composition in this Central Asian republic. Another section contains a comparison of the economic and social conditions in Kazakhstan with two selected European countries - the Czech Republic and Sweden.
