The supporting system of the building consists of monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Infill walls of the building is made by structural system Heluz. The building is covered with flat roofs. The building is designed from traditional building materials.

The object has two floors, no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 757,40 square meters. The third object is Restaurant. The object is single-storey with no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 602,30 square meters. The building is designed in Porotherm constructional system. Ceiling structure is designed as a monolithic concrete slab. The roof system consists of wood glued laminated beams, purlins and rafters of solid wood. The slope of the roof plane is 3 %.

The proposed object is situated in region of Nitra in Topolcany district, located in suburb part of Topolcany town. The car showroom is designed as a building consisting from the car shop - showroom and the services for Suzuki automobiles. The car shop - showroom is designed as the operation for car sales and the administration part on the second floor. This part of the building is covered with warm flat roof. The second part of the object - Car service is a one-floor building covered with wood, truss purlin constructure in the shape of a saddle roof and in inclination of 9 degrees. The supporting construction of the building consist from cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame in the showroom part and from masonry system Ytong system in other parts of the building.

The subject of the thesis is processing of project documentation for the new building of biathlon bleachers and sport facilities. The compound is located in the town of Staré Město pod Landštejnem, situated on a plot of land no.1818/6. The building is detached, designed partly as a double-deck and in the remaining part as four-storey. The supporting structure is designed as a solid reinforced concrete prefabricated skeletal system, supplemented by filling brick blocks. The compound is based on foundation plinths and the bleachers on foundations. The ceiling construction is made up of POD ceramic panels. The roof is designed as a single skin flat roof with the powder of washed river stone, and the roof above the duplex part is designed as a walkable roof with a wear layer of paving on supports. The project was prepared using a computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was placed on the correct layout design, architectural design, static requirements and the safe use of the building.

The thesis contains a draft of new sport centre on the outskirts of the village Bílovice nad Svitavou. As part of the squash hall with four courts and the adjacent center, which consists of other sports, cafe, facilities for employees and staff and other technical rooms. The exterior of the object contains playground, pétanque area, a terrace cafe with adjacent playground and parking area. Primarily a center designed for practicing sports and physical activities, which serve the mentioned sports and sports facilities. Furthermore, the building is used as a cafe with adjoining outdoor terrace. The entire building is wheelchair accessible, including the 2nd floor, where is a lift. The thesis project is elaborated sports center in Bílovice nad Svitavou. We have been further processed two specializations - design and assessment of reinforced concrete perimeter wall and design of air-conditioning units and air-conditioning pipe sizing in sports areas. It is part seminary work dealing with the principles of organization of construction, the technical report of site facilities and the actual drawing of the site facilities.

The ground floor contains commercial premises as a bistro, copy centre and hairdresser's. The first floor is used for offices. The third and the fourth floors contain two maisonette with roof decks. Structural system is masonry systém of lightweight concrete block Ytong and RC’s elements. A roof is design as warm flat roof with waterproof membrane of m-PVC foil. Dominant elements are a ventilated cladding Cembrit and glass facade oriented on south-east.

The aim of this Master´s Thesis is to create project documentation for office building with nearly zero energy consumption. The topic of the Master´s Thesis is Office Building located in Brno Komárov. Thesis is divided in to 3 main parts. In a first part, constructional solution is proposed. Office building is designed for recruitment agency with capacity of 32 personnel that consists of 3 floors, green roof and green facade. Ground plan of designed building is in rectangular shape. On the first floor there is a reception, offices, registry, small kitchen and staff room. Second floor is similar to the first one but it has a conference room. Third floor is designed as staff room with coffee lounge. In second part of Master Thesis design of building services engineering systems is proposed. Building uses forced ventilation with heat recovery. Heating is provided by two condensing gas boilers. Supply of electric energy is partially ensured by photovoltaic power plant. In addition, rain water is effectively used in this building. In the third part evaluation of six designed compositions of floor with Life Cycle Assessment method is done. Software used to elaborate this Master´s Thesis are following: ArchiCad, DekSoft, GaBi, Excel and Lumion.
