Diploma thesis is about Padania (i.e. north regions of Italy) and about its position within Italy. Thesis will mainly focus on comparison of social, economic and other factors between Italian regions, then historical development of Italy and its regions with emphasis on differences between regions and on the scenarios that could arise, if Padania gets any form of autonomy and have impact on Italy internal organization.

1 Comparison of Czech and Russian criminal legislation on Terrorism Abstract The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide the reader with an information about criminal legislation of terrorism with regard to its currency, specifically aiming on legislation in Czech criminal law and in Russian criminal law. Both of these legislations are afterwards compared and the biggest differences are pointed out. Also, some changes are proposed to be made in the Czech criminal legislation in this area. Before analysis of criminal legislations of both countries, the issue of current terrorism is described. Also, problematical definition of terrorism is explained, with mentioning few versions of it. History of terrorism is briefly analyzed. Basic forms of terrorism are also described. Then, counterterrorist policy of Czech republic is briefly decribed, and also relationship between terrorism and human rights within fighting against terrorism. In the next chapter, criminal legislation of terrorism in Czech law is described. Firstly, formerly existing Criminal Code and its ideas are pointed out. After that, current Criminal Code is analyzed. Afterwards, individual crimes, that are related to the terrorism matter, are mentioned. Diploma thesis deals with analysis of legal and accounting requirements for mergers in Russia and comparison of conditions on M&A markets of Russia and the European Union. After description of essentials of M&A theory in the first part of the thesis the description of European and Russian regulations of mergers is performed. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of an example of the merger implemented in Russia.

A goal of this graduation thesis is subscribtion of geoeconomic and geopolitical situation of Kaliningrad Oblast of the Russian Federation. Particularly its relations with the Russian Federation, the European Union, Lithuania and Poland. Beginning part of the thesis consider historical relationship of the Kaliningrad Oblast to Germany, explication of conceptions as exclave and enclave, and economic situation of the Kaliningrad Oblast, that is affected by Special Economic Zone regime. Second part of the thesis describes relationship between Kaliningrad Oblast and Moscow, from perspective of its constitutional framework, administration, security and defence. Attention is paid to observance of the Treaty of Conventional Armed Forces in Europe and relations to NATO. Final part is concentrating on relationship with the European Union and bilateral cooperation with members of the European Union.

Aims of this work are to provide comprehensive information on the development of cooperation between the Czech Republic and Russia in recent years, to assess the results achieved in bilateral trade exchange, to describe the perspective of Czech business entities in the Russian market, taking into account cultural differences.

Diploma thesis deals with the topic of information integration. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the market of IT resources for supporting Enterprise Information Integration. To achieve its objective, it will be first introduced the area of EII. The results will serve for formulating criteria that will be used to analyze the market of these IT resources. Based on the formulated criteria, there will be evaluated market offerings and then specified its key characteristics. The author's contribution to this work lies in the submission of a comprehensive description of the Enetrprise Information Integration.

This diploma thesis deals with pension systems that are applicable in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation and comparing available products appropriate to ensure a higher standard of living in old age. In the introductory chapter is firstly analyzed demographic development. Followed by an analysis of the current state of the pension systems, with emphasis on the changes currently being performed. The aim of this work is to model examples to present the differences in opportunities pension security in both countries.

Master thesis is focused on economic problems that are linked to economic transformation and competitiveness of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The mutual cooperation and economic level are monitored in this work during last three decades. Macroeconomic figures of two countries -- of the Czech Republic and of the Russian Federation have been studied as well. This work presents the development of commercial and innovation activities and participation of the Czech Chamber of Commerce. There is practical experience included describing the position of the Czech companies operating on Russian market. Finally, the commentary of the future trade development cooperation with the Russian Federation is investigated.

The diploma´s thesis deals with possibilities and limits of export of Czech goods with a specific focus on facilities for wastewater treatment plants in the Russian Federation. In compliance with the theory of internationalization, the first chapter introduces individual forms of entry to foreign markets. Choosing some of the entry modes including export, the thesis mentions specifics of their application on the Russian market. The following chapter outlines current Czech-Russian trade relations which result from valid bilateral, regional and multilateral agreements so as from the crucial political-economic events. In the case study the thesis deals with the very specific opportunities and barriers for the export of Czech facilities for wastewater treatment plants. Therefore, in the particular subchapters the thesis analyzes the current condition of wastewater treatment management in Russia and the legislative and program documents, which stimulate the development and modernization of existing infrastructure. Moreover, the thesis discusses factors that make it difficult to enter the Russian market by Czech companies. Since one of the problems is project financing in Russia, the last chapter deals with the possibilities of financing and insuring export with state support. Overall, the thesis aims to cover the stimuli for export of given goods to Russia, the problems which the exporters might face and their possible solutions as well.

The text analyzes the reaction of the Russian Federation over the Ukrainian crisis and simultaneously confronts internal sources and causes of these reactions with own mental model and security and strategic culture of the Russian Federation. Given the application of theoretical and methodological concept, the work is divided into three chapters in order to acheive stated goals. The first chapter deals with the security paradigm of the Russian Federation. In this section, the main goal is to point out the fundamental historical factors that influenced the transformation of the security order in Eastern Europe and the implications of these factors on the foreign policy of the Russian Federation. The second chapter is focused on the reactions of the Russian state, which are examined in detail in terms of approaches and positions over the Ukrainian crisis. The third chapter agruse over the elements of hard and soft power, and determine cooperative or conflictual mental model along the lines of political and economic responses to the Ukrainian crisis.
