The aim of this thesis is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the company. In thesis is used in the analysis PEST Porter’s five forces model, SWOT analysis and fundamental analysis. Based on this analysis were identified shortcomings and proposed improvements. The main problems arising from the resulting analysis is a high percentage of the cost of goods sold, poor payment behavior of customers, through which the company is forced to proceed to bank loans and. It is therefore necessary to eliminate these problems that the company achieves higher margins and higher profit.

The purpose of my master‘s thesis is to open new school within EWTO in Vysočina region, concretely in Žďár nad Sázavou, and consequently spread the influence of EWTO in Czech republic. Part of my thesis is dedicated to determine the best investment option, analyse external environment, define conditions for foundation of a new school, propose convenient pricing policy and compile entrepreneurial plan in order to get mid-term bank loan.

This Master’s Thesis is analyzing the FINO-trade company, relations with it’s branch surroundings and it’s working processes. It is based on easy analytical tools, which is SLEPTE analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter’s five forces model and Kralicek’s QUICKTEST. The thesis is a description of external and internal environment of company. Based on an evaluation of each analysis, proposals for improvement in the company are also provided.

This diploma thesis is dealing with elaboration of a complex business plan, which main goal is its feasibility in practice. This plan is concerning with Seedea, s.r.o. company and its individual project, which arches over. In the first part I show a cross-section of theoretical basement, on which I elaborate my knowledge in analytics and practical part. Practical part is directly focused on elaboration of business plan itself, where the main emphasize is placed on feasibility in practice.

The goal of the submitted thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation and proposals for its improvement" is based on economic analysis, assessment of the performance of the selected enterprises Montáže inženýrských sítí spol. s r.o. and identify the weaknesses of the company and then propose solutions to eliminate them. The first part is defined to theoretical and methodological bases of economic analysis. In the second part are then selected methods applied to a specific company. In this work are used to evaluate the economic performance of enterprises methods of financial analysis, PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the calculations is the synthetic part of the work assessed and management measures designed to improve the financial situation of the company.

This master’s thesis is focused on creation of business plan for creation of new company which offers services to seniors and employment of students at the same time. The base for formulation of SWOT analyse is analyse of external environment and branch analyse. Set up of strategy and the concrete business plan follow. Its practicability is supported by finance plan processed in variant.
