This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a small business, whose main activity is the sale of jelly confectionery and other sweet candies Le Bonbon near the center of Brno. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and practical part.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment and evaluation of the current state of the information system in the company ABC, s.r.o. Based on the outputs of the analyzes, author of this thesis evaluated the achieved results and then proposed possible solutions which should lead to improved work with the information system and increase the efficiency of its use.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the information system in the joint-stock company UNIKOM a.s. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter presents the theoretical background necessary to understand the concepts related to this topic in the field of information technology and information systems. This section also presents the analytical tools that were used to elaboration of analysis in the following section. The second chapter of this diploma thesis is focused on the company UNIKOM a.s. and analysis of its internal and external factors and assessment of the information system using selected methods. The output of the second chapter is information about problematic parts of the company and the IS. In the third part, the information obtained in the analysis section is used to create suggestions for improvement of the situation in the company.

The main focus of the Hotel “Pod Zamkem” Diploma Thesis is to project and propose the best marketing strategy and use the most efficient and appropriate promotion method.The Diploma Thesis consist of two parts. The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Furthermore the hotel quests have been asked to complete questionnaire in order to ascertain their view on future hotel development in order to utilise and enhance customer service in wellness and fitness.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic situation of the selected corporation and provides suggestions for its improvement. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of individual analyzes, which serve as a theoretical basis. In the second part of the work, the characteristics of the selected subject are given and according to the findings from the theoretical part, several analyzes examining the current state are performed. In the third part, based on the results of individual analyzes, suggestions are made to improve the identified situation of the company.

The subject of this diploma thesis is creation of business plan for founding a company, whitch focuses on production and selling trio-flavor protein powder. In first part of this thesis, I focused on theory. In second part can be found all kinds of analysis, for example competition, market research, to be sure we are entering right market. In final part there is calculation for product, financial plan and so on, where from all relevant information will be decided, if the company is realisable.

The diploma thesis is focused on the financial and business performance evaluation of the company New Yorker CZ, s.r.o. The evaluation is created using the method benchmarking. The company New Yorker CZ is being compared with its five competitors within czech market in the analytical part. In the first part of this thesis there is a summary of selected methods and approaches. The next part focuses on comparing selected competitors using method benchmarking, which is concluded with SWOT analysis. In conclucion there are individual recommendations and summarization of findings of the performed analyzes.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of selected corporations and proposals for solving their current situation. The first part of the thesis explains the basic concepts and methods of use in the analytical part of the work. The second part of the thesis presents the characteristics of the selected subject and proven individual analyzes. In the last part, based on the proven analysis, proposals are made to improve the processed situation of the company.

The thesis‘ topic is “Assessment of the company's information system and proposal of changes.” The thesis deals with the information system of Brno-based company Sneakergallery s.r.o., that sells clothing, footwear and offers commission sales services. The thesis is concluded by a proposal of changes for the insufficiencies pointed out in the analysis, improving the functionality of the company’s information system.

This master´s thesis analyses problems connected with writing the business plans – including the methodology of writing the business plan, its layout and contents requirements, types of the plans and ways of possible use. The outcome of my work is a concept of business plan for specific family business for purpose of its expansion.
