This Master’s thesis analyses the current status of the small selling company, which sells sport articles. The thesis investigates impact extenrnal environment on the firm and also analyse internal environment. It defines strategic targets, contains propsal of competitive strategy of the company and its time implementation.

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the real and actual state of Laufen CZ, and propose measures. It is an analysis of internal and external environment company. How to cope with the impact of firm financial and economic crisis tell us analysis like SWOT, SLEPT, Quick test, fundamental analysis and Porter five forces.

It helps to reveal current and also future development of particular economical index thus giving basis for operative and strategic management. I have concetrated on the financial analysis of a company called STAREZ-SPORT,a.s. And it is divivided into theoretical and practical part. Using technical literature I have tried to compile all the fact of this issue in the theoretical part. Then I have performed specifically the company's analysis using chosen index.

The Diploma thesis is focused on evaluation the financial health of company by methods of financial analysis. Financial analysis will be performed by analyzing ratio system and further using analysis of absolute, ratio and differential indexes. The solutions for the company will be based on the results of financial analysis, which could help to improve actual situation of company.

Master´s thesis is the proposal of real business plan for the re-opening of a music club Beseda in Hodonín city. Business plan was set in as reactions for proposal of city Hodonín, which is offering zero rental of area associated with operation of a club to potencional client. As a main information source for procesing of this work i used output of consultation with previous user of this club with assumption, that progress of situation of this club is perfectly reflecting current situation on this market.

The Master's thesis theme is „Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development“. The main aim of the thesis is to carry out a complex analysis of the problem of current situation in a company AUTOSHOP PAULUS, spol. s r.o. and its environment. Furthermore, based on results of the analysis and on the analysed state of the company, the thesis aims to draft measures leading to development of the company or to strenghtening of its position on the market and to raising its sales. The analysis of the company was based on: analysis of general and field environment, analysis of internal effects, financial analysis and SWOT analysis.

The goal of this thesis was to do a complete strategic analysis of the company D.I.S., spol. s r.o. in order to asses the options of its further developement. The strategic analysis incorporates external and internal analysis of the company including the assesment of risks and the outcomes of financial analysis. The result of this thesis are suggestions and alternative strategies for the company D.I.S., spol. s r.o.

The diploma thesis contains analysis of building and housing association NOVÝ DOMOV. Basic analytical methods are presented, later on they are applied. Based on the results new procedures are proposed to improve current situation.

This diploma thesis is concerned with a comprehensive analysis of ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. company. The main goal and mission of the analysis is to depict an actual stage of the company by some procedures and methods from the financial statements and the strategy and financial analysis, and on the basis of these analysises suggest some solutions and recommendations, which could be the subject matter towards improvement of the current situation in the future.
