In both cases it is the valuation according to valuation regulations. But because today is often valued property for purposes of credit control, I will always be the direct comparison of the valuation according to the rules of valuation estimate just for the purposes of credit control. Furthermore, they address the issue of interpreting the concept of a block of flats (lot of flats together in one house), which is frequently used, but is nowhere defined. I found that the total price of flats according to the valuation rules, is higher by 32% compared house as a whole and the award for credit management, the total price of apartments increased by 31.4%. Faraonci: místo, prostor a lokální identita obyvatel sídliště Stodůlky / Pharaohs: place, space and local identity of the inhabitants of housing estate Stodůlky

Lehečka, Michal January 2013 (has links)
In my thesis, I made a qualitative analysis of narrative biographic inteviews and participant observation of the inhabitants of Prague housing estate Stodůlky, in order to find out the way they conceptualize their locality as a place or a space. I explore how the narrators put themselves in the framework of their lived locality and how they divide this locality. Drawing on a similar theorethical distinctions of place and space introduced by Eric Hirsch and Maruška Svašek, I examined if the narrators conceptualisations make evidence of a socially negotiated local identity and if it is the case, how the housing estate Stodůlky emerges as "home". Hirsch's distinction means that time and space appears only through the perceptions of place. In accord with Svašek I dealt with three different forms of identity - territorialized, deterritorialized a reterritorialized identity. These three forms treats identity in rather symbolic way.

Proměny Zahradního Města - Záběhlic očima starousedlíků / Changes of Zahradní Město - Záběhlice in lifestories of its natives

Kolářová, Dana January 2014 (has links)
The topic of this thesis is the way native inhabitants look at the changes of Zahradní Město and the old part of Záběhlice. It also describes its inhabitants' experience of these changes. The thesis employs the methodological approach of oral history, analyzing and interpreting interviews with people who were born or have spent the majority of their active life in that particular area. As a result, what comes to light is how much Zahradní Město and the old part of Záběhlice have changed over the last fifty years and, in a certain way, is changing still. It shows the evolution of a distant suburb as it came to be a part of the wider city centre of Prague, which faces typical urbanisation problems now. According to its inhabitants, Zahradní Město is best considered an independent part of Prague, even though it is officially "just" a part of Záběhlice. The mutual relationship of the inhabitants of Zahradní Město and the old part of Záběhlice is another topic of this thesis, as it tries to describe this relationship and find possible factors that have formed it. The thesis starts with an historical overview, following the way Prague was formed and divided regarding municipal administration. It then moves on to methodology, which describes the process of planning and the realization of the project...
