The object of this thesis is comparison of business plans of housing construction with passive housing construction in monitoring company. First section summarizes theoretical description of prospectus and passive houses. Another part attends to appreciation of housing construction and surrounding analyse of company. In the third section, there are proposals of realization prospectuses with alternatives of financing this kind of projects. Final part of thesis deals with a question whether realize passive block of flats or common block of flats.

Obytný soubor Brno Holásky, lokalita V Aleji / Residential complex Brno Holasky, V Aleji locality

The aim of urban concept is cadastral area of Brno – Holásky. This area is designated area for development in spatial plan for the city of Brno. Area is designated for housing, social care and education. The area has size of 42ha and it is defined by the railway in the east. From the south hit is V Aleji and U potoka street. The border continues along road towards shopping mall Olympia. The west border is consists by Holásky lakes. In the north the border goes through structure between V Aleji street and Ledárenská street. The area is relatively attractive mainly due the close connection nature sight Holásky lakes. Also interesting is location within the city of Brno. Altough the area is located outside the larger city center, there is a good accessibility to the center. The new residential housing area provides space for approximately 1400 inhabitants. The structure and vertical articulation is based on response of the surrounding buildings. The V Aleji street defines an axis that helps to create new space for central square. Another axis it the road from the V Aleji street towards Holasky lakes. This is major line connecting residential area and the surrounding with the area of lakes. This street also devide the area into two parts. Right part, northern, consisting with coherent block with dimension of 200x300 metres. Outside part of the block consists of blocks of flats. The inner part is filled with family houses and public space belonging to blocks of flats. Part of the block is also elderly house. The left, southern, part concludes the L shape block of current housing. Again the edge of block is formed by blocks of flats and family houses in inner part. At the end of the axis heading to Holasky lakes is kindergarten in direct relation to natural park. Next to the Holásky lakes there will be space for sports and recreation. Emphasis is placed on structural, space, fire safety, thermal and acoustic requirements. Masonry building is secluded and has four floors, without cellared, with a gabled roof. The building is designed with eight flats and one of these flats is designed for persons with reduced mobility.

This Master´s thesis is focused on block of flats project documentation, claims for fire safety and thermal and acoustic properties of structures. The brick building is detached and has three floors without basement. These floors are connected by a lift. The block of flats is based on the footings, external walls are insulated by a contact thermal insulation system. The tent roof is consists of truss in two levels. The building is designed for nine flats and one of these flats is wheelchair accessible. Truss design is also a part of the project.

This thesis describes the design of a low-cost Accommodation for Young people. It is an apartment building on 5 floors above ground, designed primarily as a starter housing for young people. The first floor is completely wheelchair friendly and there are 3 apartments for for wheelchair users (1x2+KK, 2x1+ KK) . In the second and third floors is a total of 20 flats (1 bedroom apartment). The fourth and fifth floor consists of 5 maisonette flats (2+KK) with access to the terrace. The house is based on the foundation walls and footings. The structural system consists of load-bearing walls POROTHERM and internal reinforced concrete columns and beams. Ceiling construction consists of of panels SPIROLL and a reinforced concrete slab. The house has two roof construction, flat monotube roof (terrace) and a sloped gable roof formed by wooden rafters. The house is situated on a large grassy area, which forms the park for rest and relaxation. On the property is a parking lot along access roads with a total of 32 parking spaces.

Diploma thesis "Block of flats" is processed in the form of project documentation for the construction, according to valid standards and regulations. Residential house is designed as a four-storey building with warm flat roof. It is a detached house on flat terrain. There is a workshop, storage and technical facilities of the building on the first floor, in the other floors are located 8 dwelling units. The whole building is made of the sand-lime brick blocks and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is based on reinforced concrete strip foundations. Material and structural solutions were chosen so that the object is approaching to the passive standard. The project also includes specialization of the diploma thesis processing at the Institute of building services

Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the design documentation of a block of flats. The block of flats is supposed to be situated in South Moravia, Znojmo district, in Olbramovice village, cadastral area no. 709930 – Olbramovice u Moravskeho Krumlova. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact thermal insulation system. Vertical constructions are designed from the Porotherm structural system. Horizontal constructions are designed as reinforced concrete structure. Foundation structures are designed from concrete. The object is roofed with a warm flat roof. The object has four floors. On the ground floor is technical hinterland and also one flat is designed to be barrier-free. The other floors are individual flats. There are ten flats in the building. Five flats have their own loggia and two flats have terrace. The building is newly built and it has a L-shaped plan.

The main task in this thesis is to prescribe the development of residential properties in the locality of Brno - Královo Pole. My diploma thesis is focusing on history of this quarter of the city until present. In the thesis is desribed in detail survey of the significant residentional buildings, construction of residentional complexes. Work us step by step through the development of these buildings from the beginning of construction on the territory to the possible future development in the area. In my thesis, there will be map drawings of the given area, old photographs of streets, residential and important civic buildings included. I would like to try to discover changes that have been made during recent years on the local building as well. In the end, I will also consider future building development opportunities in the built-up urban area.
