The master’s thesis is focused on fundamental analysis of stocks. The methods of fundamental analysis including their advantages or difficulties and possibilities of implementation in practice were analysed and described in theoretical part of thesis. The experimental part involved the fundamental analysis of the company ČEZ issued in a calculation of intrinsic value stock. In conclusion, the results of the analysis were compared to a current price of a stock on the Czech stock exchange. In addition, the following methods are used in the investment recommendations concerning stocks of ČEZ.

The diploma work deals with complex analysis of the firm. The theoretical part specifies selected method for analysis. The analytical part applies the findings into the selected firm and followes them up to the recommendation as for decreasing them as for solving some of them , all in condition of the enterpreneurship branch and contemporary economical situation.

The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of selected joint-stock companies of the European automotive industry for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous investment opportunities. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the most common approaches and methods of fundamental analysis of shares. In the practical part, these findings applied to the analysis by BMW AG, Daimler AG, Fiat SpA, PSA SA, Renault SA and Volkswagen AG. The investment recommendation is proposed in the basis of the comparision of the results gathered by the analysis.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to do a fundamental analysis of shares of Komerční banka. A part of this master´s thesis is to work out global analysis, sectoral analysis and corporate analysis. Using the most commonly used methods will be determined intrinsic value of shares of Komerční banka. Based on the comparison of the intrinsic value to the market price will be proposed an investment recommendations.

The subject of my thesis is an analysis of the selected enterprise. Subsequently, ways of improving its situation will be proposed. In my work, I will gradually address all aspects of the company analysis. Working on my thesis, I will use theoretical knowledge gained while studying at the Faculty of Business at VUT in Brno, as well as practical experience that I have accrued working for the company.

In the practical part of the work a fundamental analysis on a global, sectoral and company level is performed. Outcome of this work is an investment recommendation based on the comparison of an observed intrinsic value of a stock with current market price.

It analyzes internal and external surroundings of the selected enterprises and it describes historical development of their ordinary shares. It further deals with the particular comparison of selected investment opportunities in order to find most preferably one. The thesis should enable potential investor to orientate in the investment field
