Evaluace modelu a konceptu rehabilitace v kontextu doléčovacího (ambulantního) programu vycházejícího z Apolinářského modelu léčby závislostí na Klinice Adiktologie / Evaluation of the model and concept of rehabilitation in the context of an after-care (outpatient) program based on the Apolinář model of addiction treatment at the Department of Addictology

Adamíková, Žaneta January 2021 (has links)
Background: The definition and concept of the rehabilitation differs across disciplines. However, the goals of comprehensive rehabilitation, as defined in the literature, could not be fully achieved without multidisciplinary cooperation, through which it is possible to apply a wider range of interventions, which is an important indicator in addiction treatment. The cooperation between individual fields has the potential not only in better quality care towards the target group, but it is also important to consider the possibility of better financing of care, which could lead to greater satisfaction of both users and service providers. Objectives: This diploma thesis seeks the interrelationships between theory and concept of rehabilitation in addictology, respectively in the aftercare program based on the Apolinar model of addiction treatment, and rehabilitation in physiotherapy - in terms of both theoretical anchoring and implementation of rehabilitation in practice. The objective was to map and evaluate the content of rehabilitation applied in the outpatient form of the after-care program in the women's and men's ward of substance abuse treatment at the Department of Addictology, which is based on the Apolinar model of addiction treatment. Finally, the aim was to assess how a physiotherapist could...

Dobšíček, Daniel January 2021 (has links)
Title: Axial system straining during martial arts and after care compensation of injuries Objective: The main goal of this diploma thesis is to bring complex view on injuries of axial system, which happend during martial arts. This thesis is going to define the ijuries and offer an alternative compensation of these injuries. Furthermore, the focus is on summarizing current knowledge about this issue Methods: The thesis is based on literary research and has an analytical-descriptive character. The studies used meet predetermined criteria. The work is divided into several parts. The first part, called the theoretical background, focuses on the description of combat, further analyzes the axial system of man and also the biomechanics of the components of the axial system. The next part discusses the load of the axial system in the fights. After that, the work deals with injuries in combat. Results: Based on the findings of individual studies, it can be said that the vast majority of all injuries incurred during judo and Brazilian jiu jitsu are orthopedic. Large joints were most affected by the injury. Injuries within the axial system occurred rather sporadically and were mostly head and cervical spine injuries. Keywords: axial system, axial system injuries, fights, judo, Brazilian jiu jitsu, combat in...

Bartušová, Tatiana January 2013 (has links)
Title: The effect of physiotherapy on balance in multiple sclerosis Objectives: The aim of this study is to compare efficacy between ambulatory individual physiotherapy and complex inpatient rehabilitation in people with multiple sclerosis on balance and subjective evaluation of general health. In ambulant program to compare effect of different physiotherapeutic methods (Motoric program activating therapy, Manual physiotherapy correction, Reflex Locomotion according to Vojta). Methods: A combined design of study. Ambulant program has randomised assessor blind design, in which subjects were divided into one of the three groups of ambulatory physiotherapy. A clinical study without control arm design is used in case of comparison between complex and ambulatory program. Results were analysed in 45 patients with multiple sclerosis (25 subjects of ambulatory program, 20 subjects of complex program). Subjects of the ambulatory program were divided into one of the three groups of ambulatory physiotherapy (Motoric program activating therapy, Manual physiotherapy correction, Reflex Locomotion according to Vojta), in which they absolved during two months 20 therapies (2-3 times per week, length 60 minutes). Subjects of complex program underwent complex inpatient rehabilitation with duration about 21 days. The...

Efekt cíleného tréninku dolních fixátorů lopatek na funkci pletence ramenního u hráčů ragby. / Effect of targeted training of the lower scapular fixators on the shoulder girdle function of rugby players.

Přibyl, Michal January 2019 (has links)
Thesis title: Effect of targeted training of the lower scapular fixators on the shoulder girdle function of rugby players The concept of the problem: Rugby is one of the toughest ball sports and there is no shortage of injuries. In addition, injuries in the shoulder area are among the most common and any possibility of reducing these injuries is beneficial. There is not much time left for compensation and targeted intervention; moreover, it is not usually led by physiotherapists but by fitness coaches and only in larger clubs. The consequence is a muscle imbalance in the shoulder girdle, which can result in the so-called scapular dyskinesis. This is turn affects the function and stability of the shoulder joint not only by the overhead athletes. It is possible to influence scapular dyskinesis in various ways. One of them is the inclusion of targeted training of lower scapular fixators into fitness training and thus their stability is improved. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to verify whether rugby players with painful shoulder have sufficiently scapular fixation based on kinesiological and biomechanical knowledge. Another aim of this thesis is to create such an exercise unit that would ensure the correct activity of the lower scapular fixators and verify this by measurement. The final...

Vliv fyziotepie na funkci posturální motoriky u výkonnostních sportovců (tenistů) / The effect of physiotherapy on function of postural mobility in high-performance sportsmen (tennis players)

Šobáňová, Jindřiška January 2008 (has links)
This thesis, entitled "The effect of physiotherapy on the function of postural motorics in competitive sportsmen (tennis players)", deals with how the activation of the deep stabilizing muscles affects postural functions in adolescent tennis players. A group of 13 competitive tennis players, aged between 10 and 17 years, were used as our probands. These subjects were examined with a bespoke set of tests of functions and then they were individually educated to train with a set of stabilization functions. After the therapy, they were re-examined with this set of tests again and the results of both sets of tests were compared and evaluated. In particular, we evaluated the changes in reactions of individual players, the changes in separate tests and in groups of tests, and the position of players in match rankings.
