The objective was articulate the geometric representations and natural language through Geometric Constructions. The research was carried out with eighth grade students of elementary, in a public school of Manaus. The sequence of activities was elaborate based on Raymond Duval’s Theory of Semiotic Representation Records. It used the research methodology Didactic Engineering, which articulates didactic action and research, also provides an organization in the work structure. It was verified that the teaching of Flat Geometry through Geometric Constructions with ruler, set square and protractor is valid to help the students in the learning of Flat Geometry, thus being able to articulate registers of geometric representations and natural language, besides not confusing the mathematical object with their representation. / Neste trabalho realizou-se uma pesquisa sobre o ensino da Geometria plana e criou-se uma proposta didádica utilizando construções geométricas com régua, compasso, esquadro e transferidor. Objetivou-se articular as representações geométricas e linguagem natural através das construções geométricas. A pesquisa foi realizada com alunos do oitavo ano do Ensino Fundamental, em uma escola da rede pública municipal de Manaus. A sequência das atividades foi elaborada tendo como base a Teoria dos Registros de Representação Semiótica de Raymond Duval. Utilizou-se a metodologia de pesquisa Engenharia Didática, que articula ação didática e pesquisa, também proporciona uma organização na estrutura do trabalho. Verificou-se que o ensino da Geometria Plana através de construções geométricas com régua, compasso, esquadro e transferidor é válido para auxiliar os discentes na aprendizagem da Geometria Plana, podendo assim articular registros de representação geométrica e linguagem natural, além de não confundir o objeto matemático com sua representação.
